My daughter had her ears pierced today and when we've looked at them properly the girl has missed the dot she drew so the earrings are not level. My daughter is currently in tears over it. Since this I have spoken to Danny at the store and he has arranged for my daughter to have the problem sorted at our local store. Thank you Danny.

Sammi was fantastic today! Helped my partner and his son find the perfect, length, width and metal of his first chain. She was patient, and very happy to chop and change through various designs whilst he tried to decide on the perfect one.. made what we thought would be a stressful visit, seamless
