Laura is such a nice, friendly and honest person. I wish there were more honest business owners especially in skin and beauty care and not just profit driven. I wanted the Cryolipolysis treatment so badly but I had my fear and concerns which I expressed to Laura, she was honest with me and I definitely agreed with her that I wasn’t ready. I ended up getting derma-planing, she talked me through the process, I couldn’t have trusted anyone else with my skin as I do with Laura and her business. She’s got me as a customer forever!!!! Can’t wait to go for my next facial treatment 😊 I highly recommend Laura and her business (Serene Skin and Beauty).

Had an underarm wax and, unlike previous salons, I wasn't left with stubble or missed hairs. We briefly discussed facial treatments including botox. I was advised that there are other measures possible before starting something like botox (e.g. face treatments). The discussion we had felt professional and well-informed. I'm booking in for facial treatments soon. Definitely recommend.

Loved my dermaplaning facial with Laura. Just had my second session with her and by far the best salon I’ve been to for this treatment. The products she uses whilst dermaplaning and the cooling mask afterwards is great. Within a few days, skin looks vibrate and skin care/ makeup sits so much better. Thanks Laura !

I can’t speak for the other services but I wouldn’t recommend this place for waxing. Ive been waxed a few times here to give it a try and each time I’ve been left with hair on my body that I’ve had to remove at home. The last time I went the owners friend was the one who waxed me and resorted to tell me that she’d never waxed anyone before which did not fill me with any confidence. I’m also left with wax on my body and clothes after I leave.

Laura is amazing at all her treatments. I have had dermaplain and thread vein treatment and I wouldn’t ever choose to go anywhere else for these treatments. She is professional, friendly and always makes me feel really relaxed and at ease during each treatment. Thanks Laura!

At serene skin & beauty I was treated by Laura! She was extremely polite, friendly, conversational and very informative about the procedure I was about to receive as I was feelings anxious! She did everything to reassure me. I was amazed and extremely happy with the results so now I am a regular there! Fillers and Botox etc can be really addictive and Laura strives to make sure her clients don’t go overboard, as with a lot of places they don’t care as long as they are getting payed however, Laura genuinely cares for her clients and builds a relationship with them where they feel safe and has there best interests at heart. I will continue to use the services at serene skin and beauty and would recommend you to also.
