Worst experience of my life, I’ve never had my hair done so badly, I asked for T-zone highlights, I don’t think the stylist ever did highlights in his life. I came out looking like a striped tiger. He had the audacity to charge me £200 for it. I came home and cried, I had to buy box dye at a shop and fix the hair at home.

Nice service! Give great suggestions to dye my hair and use Japanese products which have a very decent presentation

Just had a hair cut with Eagco, very professional and skillful, the cut is stylish but easy to handle, great for lazy bones like me ;) highly recommended!

I had a haircut and digital perm by Martin yesterday. Very pleased with the service and result. I highly recommend this stylist and salon.

Booked an appointment for a gents cut with Will Yu, one of the hairstylists, who is apparently famous for styling hk celebrities' hair. Let's start by saying the service by him, 0/10. Arrived on time for the appointment but waited 20 minutes for him to cut the customer's hair. My hair was fairly wet after washing so Will can easily style and cut it, but Will apparently was still cutting other customer hair. My hair was left hanging wet for 10 minutes. Thought he finished cutting the customer's hair and came by to cut my hair, started cutting my sides for 6-8 minutes and later went to the other customer's hair. I set a timer while waiting and my hair was left hanging wet for 20 minutes. (Note that I've booked an appointment, Will Yu, you have a poor time management). Unacceptable for a top-class hairstylist who cuts hk celeb's hair. Cutting was poor too, felt like the quality can be achieved in a random barber shop with a £10 budget. I've gone to a lot of Manchester's top salons, this is by far the worst! If you know what a definition of a mushroom head hairstyle is, that's the hairstyle I got. Yeah, absolutely absurd.... Overall, the service he gave was poor, hairstyling and cut were poor, waited 20 minutes and another 20 minutes with my head wet! Will Yu, if you don't have the passion to cut other's people hair or dislike their race just because they can't speak your language, just tell them. You don't need to ruin other people's hair. Took a £20 Uber for a single trip just to have a cut from you, never knew you were that unprofessional. Guess you only take it professionally when cutting hk celebs' hair, but not to a normal person. Hope you notice it and improve your attitude and time management, I don't want to post you on a Chinese social platform where 100k+ people knows about this, it will hurt your business a lot.

Oh, the joy of having wavy, thinning hair that only a select few hairdressers in Hong Kong and Japan seem to be able to tame! Unfortunately, thanks to the pandemic, my travels had been limited and I was left looking like Medusa until I stumbled upon Will Yu. And thank goodness I did because this guy is a genius. I don't expect less of the products and services, you see, but I need someone who sees "me" and can reflect that to my hairstyle . And Will aces it every time. He knows his craft, going above and beyond to perfect the task. Although, his dedication costs the appointments to overrun sometimes. But you know what? I don't mind waiting because I know the end result will always be worth it. So, if you're like me and have hair that's a bit of a nightmare to deal with, give Will a try. He's the man and a genuinely great guy to boot.

Had a Ladies wash, cut and blow dry today. My hair is very straight and quite fine. Have had many different stylists in the past (Qualified Stylist to a Top Salon stylist). And Eagco did a great job, probably one of the best I've had. The layering on the ends of my hair was beautifully layered, exactly what I wanted! He did it with great skill and care - something which not many stylists I've had have been able to achieve. He advised on good hair care habits and products for my type of hair & scalp. The only thing I've ever been advised by other stylists was to buy their Salon products! The price at CLS is very reasonable too. I would definitely go back when visiting the area again. Give them a go!

Came here today for Hubby’s hair cut. Very impressed with the stylist. If you’ve been to a high end Hair salon in Hong Kong before then you will recognise the skill here. Will be coming back again !
