😠 Poor choice of casual trousers in size 16, and similar with light raincoats. Surprised at unwelcoming staff in cafe..and surprised that long hair is allowed to be left loose in a food area. 3 staff, hardly any customers but dirty tables and floor. Come on M and S...this is shoddy. I have driven 30 m... People often mention staff, store, cafe, Trafford, Centre, free, experience, time, visit, service,

Very poor returns experience in the ladies department. Staff Attitude was shocking. When trying to return a item purchased 2 weeks previous with receipt produced. She decided to do a Sherlock Homes job to try & prove the garment was not faulty. I’ll Give M&S a wide birth from now on. Not the store it once was.

Some really lovely good quality food. A great selection of biscuits and snacks too. Also every time I visit there are always yellow sticker deals. Some absolute brilliant discounts on all sorts, pies, fish, veg etc.

This is a new and revamped Marks and Spencer store that opened in the Trafford Centre just before Christmas 2023. It is much better than the previous one in the Trafford Centre (and that one was really good anyway). This new store is huge. It has a fantastic food shop with lots of beautiful stalls as well as the usual M&S staples. There are several floors packed with quality clothes for Women, Children and Men as well as some house hold stuff and clothing accessories, make-up moisturiser and plenty more. There is a super cafe, all the food you can get in the cafe is also available in the M&S food store. Basically, if you are visiting the Trafford Centre this store is well worth a visit. There is plenty of parking outside, the Trafford Centre has many free car parks around it however it gets ridiculously busy at weekends so it is best to visit during the week. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s best to come in the morning. Thanks for reading.

Another overwhelming floor layout! So many concessions under one roof, you'd think there would be plenty of all sizes available. Queue to pay with only 2 ppl on the tills. Sometimes too much choice is detrimental. Clean and tidy store, ladies fitting rooms well maintained, glad to see gents not allowed in female fitting rooms and staff member comfortable with saying 'no' despite being pressured by customer.

The Best food Hall in Trafford Centre. Well presented. Little expensive but high quality.

I popped into store desperately looking for a nursing bra, as all other places don't sell them or are online. A lovely lady called Steph sorted me out, and went above and beyond to find me a nice bra, fitted it, and advised me on when next to get measured. She reassured me, and solved a huge problem. I will definitely be recommending and returning!

Nicely organised store ckean and tidy well msintained. Good selection of men's, women's, children's and home ware products. Small but nicely organised food hall. Sad to see the dreaded self service terminals are even making their way into Mark's and Spencer's now.

My friend requires gluten free...we assumed being M&S, there would be a choice of cakes but there was only one, a scone in a bag.....lots of other lovely cakes for non gluten free. We went to a local garden centre for our coffee and cake. Disappointing.

Quite possibly my worst experience in an m&s. Firstly, the price is outrageous, it cost 5 pounds for a single pack of sandwiches, which where awful. The chicken was filled with peppery mayo and rocket so it tasted like ground pepper between two pieces of bread. the egg and cress sandwich could barely be considered food and the chutney and cheese sandwich had a very unusual taste. overall the service was poor, the cleanliness was poor and there was a very small selection of cakes, definitely not a premium quality despite the premium price tag. please m&s fix this place.

Really impressed with my last visit at M&S. they really upgrade to the newest trend regularly but manage to keep the price decent- for most things. Special thanks to John - who patiently helped me find the best fitting jacket for my son. As the right size for the chosen item was not in store, he kindly ordered it on line for us. He made sure we were satisfied when we left M&S. Great experience and well looked after!

Been to the cafe here today… first time going and will not return. Ordered Crushed Avocado on toast with poached egg, something I’ve wanted to try for a while. It came first of all without the poached egg and was told we’d not ordered them, which was not the case. When staff agreed to add poached egg the staff left the rest on the order on the hatch where everyone had access too and 5 mins later added the eggs. Once we had our full order the poached egg were hard boiled and not poached. We enquired about this and was told “we don’t cook the food its already done and this is the way it was” very disappointing as it was hot, so some sort of cooking or heating must happen which could have resulted in them being hard boiled. After reaching out to staff again and complaining, we did receive more but the service was not what I would have expected from M&S

45 minutes to return an online.order this morning. Pleasant but confused staff, no managers (in a meeting) then eventually a manager who was visibly irritated with me. I'd been given the wrong refund twice but was spoken to as if their errors were my fault. I spend thousands a year at M and S. I won't be using this branch again and suggest M&S invest in some staff training.

Asked them to warm a croissants and they wouldn't. Place was empty so not as though they were rushed. Will not be returning.

Went in to buy a new suit, the two members of staff in the suit department were amazing, very helpful and brilliant at what they do. In fact the gentleman who served me at the till was also great he went above and beyond too! It's quite clear M&S staff are picked very carefully. well done guys!

New Marks and Spencer is spacious and bright, there are a lot of people footfalls everyday , so I couldn’t get my favourite dessert every time before it sold out🥹, staff there need more attention to put customers try on back to shelves tbh, it seems mess for the next customer to try on

Cafe amazing. Easy to order at the self service points similar to those in mc donalds, no queues. Great variety of food including vegetarian options and gluten free. I was very happy today as i had a gluten free cheese and tomato toastie that came hot and wrapped up, with a packing label on the side so i could make sure it was gluten free. the gluten free chocolate cake is amazing. staff super polite and friendly, would return again. store had plenty food options and lovely clothing choice too.

Went for a bra fitting met Stacey who was awesome, made you feel relaxed. Stacey new just what type of style bra would fit, ended up buying three in different colours. Took my Mum week later, good all round. Thanks Stacey (Trafford Centre) Definitely recommend Stacey. 😉👍

4* because I needed the loo and it was ok - back corner of top floor, reasonably clean And did I mention, I really needed the loo Not keen on the one sheet at a time toilet roll dispensers though (Btw, didn't look at any of the clothes, probably dull, or the food, probably very tasty) Didn't post a photo for obvious reasons

A great store over 4 floors. Also has a food Hall. You can collect on line orders in store. Staff are very friendly. Close to John Lewis.

Extremely helpful and polite staff. I was able to purchase what I wanted today with the assistance of 2 members of staff who guided me to available products.

Love M and S for their Boutique and Rosie lingerie, their beauty offer, percy pig range- more for ladies please. Food is delicious- love the new snack pack olives as does my youngest daughter. My eldest loves the vegan unicorn and panda bao buns- we all like the vegan churros. Clearly lots of work being done around the food area, cafe near the exit abd main cafe.

Queues everywhere. Rude customers really impact the experience and staff certainly overworked. Visited the cafe, huge queue, apparently 30 minutes to heat up a microwave meal that you can buy from there... I only wanted a cup of tea and queued for 15 minutes for it in a cup. Get more staff.

Glad that they put self-service tills in place eventually some time ago. I don't usually visit this store, but when I do I mostly go to the food department, which feels tidied and clean.

Cafe very messy, nobody tending to the display counters, very little left and everyone clearly been touching the cake stands, not great for hygeine/COVID. Tables left with pots on. Only one or two staff serving, doing their best but it's slow going. It's easy to predict it's going to be busy on a bank holiday? Perhaps better when less busy. No windows. The manager needs to have a look at the city centre cafe which is an oasis compared to this one!

Been in the premises for a shopping visit and i have to say that I have found that the premises is laid out in a strange configuration. So this person is strictly open minded on the premises on this occasion.

I love this new store and the cafe has moved into modern times with self-service counters and no queue as before. Only problem is is you can't fully customise your drinks like you could before without alot of hassle. Could be fixed with some basic upgrades to the user interface. It's a really nice touch that kids can have their own trolleys and even a Colin or Percy ride-on basket trolleys but a few members of the public ruin it for the rest of us and take off with them around the Trafford centre. Little one is always really disappointed when there's none there. Could do with some security tags on those to stop people getting a free ride instead of paying to rent one from the Trafford Centre.
