This place is a hidden gem. Happened upon it as I don’t live in the area but would make an effort to come back. The breakfast burrito was so good! Didn’t like black pudding so they happily swapped it for avo and it was the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever tasted. They also do a mean oat milk latte. This place is well worth a visit.

Popped in here for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday and left feeling pleasantly full. I had the full breakfast wrap and it was full, not sure it could have contained anything more, and everything cooked perfectly..definitely going to be popping back for another quick bite! Update: I went in for brunch on a Friday lunchtime, and was not disappointed with my return, had the Breakfast Burger special and it was fantastic. Also finished off my wife's eggs which were cooked to perfection. I would go as far as to say this place is definitely worth making a diversion to visit.

Recommended by friends, so had lunch & coffees here yesterday (Wed) & it was understandably packed, but served very quickly. If you want smg different to your normal everyday meals this is the place to go,a little hidden gem. Lovely 😊 staff.

Booked a table for 5 of us and all of us had a fantastic lunch yesterday. I chose the roast chicken dinner and it was amazing. The chicken was tender and the veg cooked to perfection. And staff was lovely too. Highly recommend this gem of a bistro!

The food is amazing as for the same with the staff who are very polite . I have quite a lot of allergies and they always accommodate to my dietary requirements. It’s a cosy atmosphere and we always feel welcome.

5 adults and a 10 month old on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Great service and food really good. Highly recommend the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Toilets spotlessly clean as well. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed eating breakfast here. Helpful and diligent staff with the food being very nice and the portion size being brill too. I like the atmosphere, quality of the coffee too. Do try their tapas too, again its excellent quality.

The best place for breakfast! We have visited lots of places and this is where we decided to stick with. The best selection and everything is made to a high standard. We visit here at least once a week. The avocado, poached egg and wild mushroom on sourdough is a favourite.

I actually live in Birmingham but I am always sure to visit Cafe Bistro when I am visiting family over here or staying in Manchester - the food is that good! I've been several times now and the food is always delicious, lattes are excellent. I had the Sunday lunch for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious. My 5 year old enjoyed his dinner too. If I had to find one fault, it would be that I was charged £1.60 for a little extra gravy which seemed a lot for the very small jug I was given, and for the price paid, this definitely is more than covered in the cost of the meal. I wasn't advised when I asked for a little more gravy that there would be a charge, so just one small flaw, but overall I highly recommended and the staff are otherwise very attentive and accommodating.

An actual hidden gem. Was working un the area and seen some photos posted of the food and we decided to check it out. Its amazing, the staff are lovely, food was awesome. What else can I say?

The roast dinner was amazing, came out within 10 minutes and even the portion sizes are very generous.

Went to lunch with my mum and daughter today. Mum had the steak sandwich, daughter had the new york bagel & I had the quesadilla. All the meals were gorgeous and really great value for money. The bistro's clean & cosy and the server was lovely. We'd seen it recommended on a local social media page with great reviews. Now we understand why! Would thoroughly recommend too.

Tried Cafe Bistro for the first time and loved it. So much great choice on the menu and what I chose (pulled pork benedict) was delicious! Really reasonable pricing too, and the kids portion was also really good sized. Will definitely go back, but now I have the dilemma of whether I go for the same thing (as it was so yummy) or try something new!!

I almost didn’t eat my Latino brunch because it looked so spectacular. Then I tried a bit and had to scoff the lot. It was the best meal Ive had in ages. Really felt like the type of dish served in a up market restaurant rather than a cafe. I definitely want to visit again quite soon.

Amazing food. This is the best cafe in the area. Courgette and halloumi cheese on sourdough bread and the hint of sriracha sauce. If you like a little kick, you must try it

Ordered the All Day Breakfast and it was delicious! Everything was seasoned well (loved the mushrooms and black pudding) and non greasy. Service was brilliant and very attentive. I look forward to coming back as the menu had other great selections of dishes! Cappuccino hit the spot too.

Clean,modern looking cafe. Sausage barm was lovely,and really enjoyed the truffle and Parmesan fries. Coffee is great 👍🏻

I can only recommend this place. I am quite sophisticated with food (maybe my italian blood has an impact on it), but the pictures already draw my attention. Food was incredible, fast and responsive service and cozy environment. A must if you live close by and a worth drive if you live a bit further.

The freshest and most varied food I have ever tasted. Everything made to your order and delivered by a waiter who is so happy you can tell he loves the cafe and his job. Everything is home-made and you can almost taste the pride behind it. I just had to beg the chef to give me some of his own tartare sauce to take home - it was an amazing burst of flavour. The atmosphere is relaxed and not commercialised, I felt as if I was dining at a friend's house and that I was welcome. I came away with a feeling of euphoria. All I can say is, don't take my word for it, try it for yourself - you'll thank me for it!

Called here on Sunday for quick brunch. I had eggs Royal and it was beautifully cooked, just as I like it. Not been here before but will definitely be back. The staff were lovely too.

We enjoyed a tasty lunch here. All the food is delicious. The staff are so helpful and provide excellent service. The 'All day breakfast' is amazing and as for the 'Fish Finger sandwich' it's just outstanding. A wonderful treat, we'll be back.

Really nice food..staff have always been pleasant. Sometimes can be a bit of a wait on food but as a treat its something we factor in. Only constrictive criticism is the breakfast can be a bit too greasy sometimes. However, the quality and taste of the food is second to none

Nice coffee. Quick service. Full breakfast was over priced for what you get. I had veggie falafel be warned it is sprinkled with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds which isn't stated on the menu but I was expected to go through my allergies with them upon arrival. But it stated egg and so I asked without egg... mention seeds and I will say without seeds... usually works.

I went last week with my daughter and it was delicious. I am a big eggs Benedict fan and they were the nicest I have had in a cafe. My daughter is quite a fussy eater and she loved here breakfast too. I will be going back 💕💕
