Went through the drive through and were told to wait as the food wasn't ready. We found a parking space which wasn't easy as the parking spaces were all full of people waiting for foid orders. One of the staff was aimlessly wandering around the car park with bags of food going cold. When I asked him what he had it turned out to be my food, which was now cold. The chips were just emptied in to the bag, items were missing and he also gave us somebody else's food. I then went into the store where there was a queue of people also waiting to get there orders. The manager remade my order as it was cold and looked like someone had been playing football with it. The food that people were waiting for was in a pile going cold and the staff were just stood around laughing at the whole situation. Avoid at all costs, it is the worst macdonalds I have ever been to.

Staff were very rude and clueless when I asked them about how and when do you change oil in your fryers than manager came she answered. Our burger came out cold again and cheese slice was dead solid in it. Best place to take your kids there and they will never ask for burger or junk food again in life.

Late evening, staff busy on big orders for delivery drivers at the expense of walk-in customers. One unisex / disabled toilet, utterly disgusting and seemed to be the primary facility for every delivery driver that came in. Lesson learnt - avoid.

Pleasent dining experience but with only one toilet (also it being a disabled toilet) meant I could not prepare and inject my heroin and inject it without people constantly knocking on the door. Also there were ladies sanitary products all over the place and none of them had any blood to drink (I'm a vampire you see). Bad times were had but your milage may vary. Please sort it out guys.

Went here as nowhere open in the glittering cosmopolitan mecca of the North West. Must not have been any football on, as was dead. Waited an age as they prioritised drivers and the greasy tap the app breed. I stupidly went for the vegan option: most pitiful, rancid, cynical joke ever. Look at the pics. There can be NO-ONE on this planet who would accept that unless there's seriously something wrong upstairs,right? I really think the big meat companies are actively driving down a non-meat option by making veggie/vegan options a complete joke.

Wrong orders and terrible wait times in general. This is my most convenient restaurant locationwise but sadly since the pandemic because of increase in Deliveroo and Just Eat on top of drive-thru orders wait times are terrible. They prepare massive delivery orders and in-store customers have to wait until they get prepped, at peak times waiting delivery drivers block the very limited space in store. It is 11am practically no one in and I am here waiting since 10-15 mins for two meals. It could be swap over from breakfast to lunch menu takes time but it is rather slow for fast food restaurant. We also have to double check takeaway orders because we’ve had few times missing items. It used to be a fast food restaurant. It is not at the moment. Online orders should be perhaps prepped separately esp at peak times. Hope this will get sorted and in-store customers won’t be sidelined for online orders. Finally it is often impossible to order a milk shake, I have no idea if this is a Brexit bonus or what the reason is but since a while there are intermittent supply problems. On the plus it is a clean restaurant with polite staff.

A typical Maccy D’s. Handy if you need to come off Chester Road. Drivethrough and car parks is always busy on a lunchtimes and dinner times, if your in the car, best coming at quieter times. Queues are alright with the self service machine. Usually takes about 5 to 10 mins for your food to arrive which is alright for a McDonald’s. Others take longer . Can get crowded quickly and seats taken. It’s ashame they close the upstairs on an evening. Because it’s quite a busy place and would do nicely with the extra seating.

The management was rude and implied to customers and didn't listen to anybody, just kept on saying it takes time to cook and the place was nearly empty It's a good job he doesn't run a busy one like Macclesfield or Stockport.

Ordered a mc Donald's off the app. Was 3 happy meals and one chicken nugget meal . The only thing what turned up was two happy meals. Yet they get all the drinks right. This has happened a few times. It's like they have the worse staff ever working their. The management must be the worst managers in the world. Not being able to check a simple order .

This is a fairly good mcdonalds compared to others in the area. I would suggest checking your bag before driving off as I have been told by friends that they often miss food off. A Scottish lady served me, she was friendly. As was the girl at the first payment window

Good location. Easy to find the parking. Prepare the food quickly and burger tempeture is good . Staff is polite and willing to help. Restaurant and tiolet are clean. Easy to find tiolet to use if you need. Better than other Mcdonlad in city center

Very much like your everyday McDonald's however this building looks pretty new. Two story building, looks like an upgrade to the usual single floor McDonald's you see everywhere. Staff here are nice too with food that doesn't look like it's been thrown in a box and packed quickly.

Online order from always arrive with items missing. Just yesterday the kids want to treat themself and asked to order. But half of order was missing. This order was for the children. Got in touch with JustEat immediately. Store claims it's with the driver🙄 JustEat claims there is no refund😡. Half of the food came. So I'm pretty annoyed where is the other food? Where are the missing order, with the driver? Who is going to take ownership and refund? This goes to show how online ordering is so messed up. The kids were not happy at all and had to deal with a lot of emotional stuff.. I really need to get this on a blog somewhere for people to share their experience.

This place truly is the best! Always great quality food, great service and a special thanks to the management, they run a great store and on the small number of occasions I have had problems, have swiftly corrected them. One of the best maccies around 😊😊

Shout out to the staff, it's lucky they don't lead by example from their manager; my experience at the drive thru was pleasant to begin, but not even a hello or any eye contact from the manager at collection...it doesn't take much does it?!

Fast service, friendly staff, and fast food, good breakfast 6am on the dot. No compromise on service, and that's nice to see.

Ordered through the app Half my order was missing Phoned to tell them about the problem Spoke to some little twerp who claimed to be the manager who told me I should come visit the restaurant to get the issue resolved - not what you expect to hear when you order for a delivery. He wouldn't even give me his last name and just said I need to go through Uber! What kind of service is that. He didn't care and was very dismissive. It was very clear he didn't want to help or deal with the problem himself. Very disappointed in his attitude. I hope there will be serious repercussions for him once I've taken this through all the correct channels. He shouldn't manage anything as it's clear he is inept at dealing with these kind of situations.

Quiet frankly i feel sick feels like something is stuck in my throat to my surprise was munching on egg shells tried ringing them they won’t answer the phone line absolutely terrible

Food is what you expect from a McDonald's. It wasn't busy but service was still slow. I went through the drive though, it took me over 40 minutes with 4 cars before me.

Just been for a bacon cheese flatbread and bacon roll. Flatbread now half the size, was ok. Bacon roll… virtually raw, green bacon, odd fishy smell and taste, couldn’t even eat the one mouthful, so foul I vomited the flatbread on the side of the road. Thanks Ronald!

The main doors were really noisy, staff did stop it by locking the door open but only after a while. They also had the service door entry for staff propped out with the full draft of the drive through window coming into the store 🥶. We had to wait over 25 minutes because they had a delivery order for thirty, instead of a committed team for that they all got it ready, yet again deliveries taking precedence over the human stood in front of them having already ordered. Stores should respect the fact that people still go to the store no matter the weather and still deserve the service standards Set out by the store before deliveries took off.

Consistently terrible. While prices have gone up they've managed to stay consistently poor. Cold food, most times items are missing from the bag, sometimes it's a burger, tonight it was incorrect and cold food, no sauce on burger, no straws, no napkins. Person serving knew the drink was wrong but still just handed it over without saying anything.

No Qualms about the visit, only small criticism were the hash browns slightly soggy so an out change due I'd guess. Nice atmosphere inside, clean and modern with 2 floors.

Absolutely useless staff.....especially the Polish (?) guy with big belly and white shirt aged around 30 ish. He has got my order wrong TWICE in the last week. Soooo annoying when i arrive home with the wrong order , AND less food than i paid for 😡😡. Pay attention and concentrate. Also , 2 of the order takers have NO customer service skills and are really miserable. If you don't want the job , go and work somewhere else.

It's an okay macdonalds. Plenty of seating but the upstairs closes at certain times of the day. There is limited outdoor seating and a small car park. Drive through gets busy so there is usually a delay inside. Often see staff cleaning the restaurant.

This review isn’t from a single experience, it’s from years of experience of this store. The staff are friendly enough, but the food quality is trash, large drinks are mediums, large fries are a small. And whenever you go in, you see orders sitting on the side and not where they are supposed to be, just getting cold. Is definitely worth the drive to a different one where your more likely to get fair customer service and value for money!

Don't bother. Customers waiting for food whilst priority is given to just eat drivers. Burger was dry and tasteless. Always loved mcdonalds but definitely not the same at this venue.

Went to this McDonald’s to buy food. There was a Deliveroo driver asking for delivery order. Member of staff was so rude and actually swore at him and walked off and was screaming and crying behind the counter. Disgraceful customer service. We were waiting ages to be served whilst staff were busy with this staff member, who again, behaved despicably towards the Deliveroo person and in front of customers. I will never use this McDonald’s again. Customer service is non existent.

Read several reviews mentioning long queues and cold food. I went on a Sunday around 6pm - very short queue at the drive-through and was served quickly. However, the food was indeed cold. My fries (large) were more like a medium as they didn’t fill up the container.

It's not a bad McDonald's. Staff are good. The McCrispy though. £6.59? That's in their premium burger territory, and it isn't premium. The quality of the chicken is much lower than the chicken legend, and more expensive. Thin pieces of chicken, looked like mechanically recovered - I don't care what they say. And more coating than chicken. Won't be going back for that again. Just a rip off dreamt up in HQ.

Just like a normal mcdonalds. Food = 7/10 Service = 7/10 It was very clean and quite nice. I drove past and enjoyed my food. It was very warm food and service was quick.

No one seems in a rush to serve, lots of staff chatting around a food station with just the one person handing out, needless to say delivery drivers are acknowledged first... When I was eventually served, I was pleased with the attitude and service just a shame you feel ignored to start with.. food temperature and quality is hit and miss..

Good one for dining in but the issue is it doesnt have much parking space so at times will struggle to park. Especially if you have big cars the spaces are too tight.

Went through drive through. The guy asked me to pack and he'll bring my order. When he came he forgot the sauce, but insisted it was it the bag. Rudely walked away. Had to walk in and collect the sauces. In the frenzy, forgot all my drinks. Called them the following day. Complained and manager was apologetic and issued our drinks too. Daughter has had a good few issues with them too.
