Burger was superb. Really delicious. Very expensive though. £8.75. Fries are another £3.75 (I didn’t bother). You are in a food court so zero atmosphere. Only come here if you really really like their burgers.

We had three different burgers and a large fries to share, we also had different shakes too. Not cheap by any means, but there was more food than we could actually manage, and it was sooooo tasty! Didn't wait long either, never do really. All cooked fresh and fast, what more could you want. You'd be hard pushed to find tastier burgers, fries & shakes from any other place.

Hectic and horrible burnt chips with holes in them, burger was shocking. Overpriced and overrated. It was my first try and I will never visit again.

Love coming here they are the best burgers so tasty and a great choice of free fillings,the chips are awesome too and the milkshakes are amazing!! Well worth the money.

As with all the Five Guys I have visited the service is friendly and fast. Only problem is they do seasoning to the excess. Salt on the chips is again to much and this time mustard was way too much for a burger of that size. The meal was great all the same they just need to teach there staff not to go wild on the seasonings.

Only go for the milkshakes. Literally the best milkshakes ever, love that you can put add ins and try different combo’s. They’re so thick and just a great treat. Service is always fast and polite too!! Vanilla and salted caramel or peanut butter and salted caramel are good combos and I’d highly recommend keep it up five guys🥵

Standard run of the mill five guys, the food was very tasty and what you’d expect from a Five Guys. This place was absolutely heaving with people, they definitely need to work on their management of queues as it was chaos. Tables were also left dirty with bins overflowing. I also heard quite a lot of staff swearing at each other which was weird when kids are about.

Love the fries they are yummy and awesome . Loved it . But as for the one star less , it's because of the menu as they have less variety with burgers . They only got bacon burgers not beef or chicken which is utterly disappointing . So ordered just the fries . Shakes are nice but little on expensive side . It lacks variety though . But i hope they make changes in their menu so it can enjoyed by alot more people who love beef and chicken too. 🙂

The guy who greeted was super friendly and polite and the girl Hannah on the till was great too as well as the guy who brought our food up to us! The food was excellent and hot however, my partner asked for BBQ sauce on his burger and he didn’t get any. Apart from that it was great! We did however witness staff fighting in the kitchen which was extremely unpleasant and then when we were leaving we experienced a very unpleasant member of staff who didn’t explain where the exit was he just shouted and pointed instead of being polite about the situation and explaining where the exit is! Then watched him begin using his phone which seemed super unprofessional! Some of the staff were lovely and then some others seemed to have a super bad attitude to work!

Definitely come back, the food was delicious and worth the money.

Came by yesterday with the missus and the guy on the till was super friendly cracking jokes and helping us decide what to get. The food was amazing the fries were gorgeous and the burger was ace. Nice seating area and the overall vibe was nice too!

The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, but if I'm paying nearly £9 for a burger, I want to be blown away. Sure, it was all 'a bit' better than McDonald's and Burger King (a pretty low bar in fairness), but not so much better as to justify the price. I don't mind paying for good food, but I think 5 Guys are over valuing their fare, without providing anything that makes the experience worthy of the price tag.

Five Guys is my go to spot at the Trafford centre, I love their fries and burgers and the milkshakes are legendary. A must try is the Oreo, peanut butter and bacon milkshake you won't regret it. I can't wait to come back again. I'm yet to have a bad experience here.

First time trying a Five Guys and it's definitely a decent burger place. I had the cheeseburger and my wife had the hamburger, which are definitely the stars of the menu. We tried both the regular and Cajun fries, both were tasty (and plentiful) but my wife found the Cajun fries a little too spicy. The soft drink dispenser was particularly fancy, with a lot of flavours and options. We visited late on a Friday, and as we'd never been before, wanted to look at the menu. It looked like there was a bit of a queue but others were also looking at the menu. The member of staff at the till was a bit impatient with those deciding what to order, so I rushed my toppings order and regretted it a little, but otherwise staff were polite and the food was ready quickly.

I was so pleased with the service I received from this restaurant. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect burguer. I was very impressed with the quality of the fries I received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Amazing customer service from the manager Lucia .thank you so much

Just got served by a young lad called Ahmed, absolutely sterling lad, were new to the place and he could tell, he kindly guided us with our order, made sure we got exactly what we wanted. not sure his position but hes obviously a leader in the team. a Top lad, deserves a bonus or a promo

Having eaten at Five Guys in The States this UK franchise is an absolute p*** take. £55 for 2 (small) Burgers, 1 (miniscule) Bacon Cheese Hot Dog, 3 Fries (mainly thrown into the bottom of the greasy bag), 1 Soda and 2 Oreo Shakes???? Burgers were sweaty and soggy; chips limp and over salted; the Shakes tasted cheap and synthetic and clearly had only been shown the outside of an Oreo packet, as it proved impossible to find more than the occasional fleck of 'black biscuit dust' then I had to double check my 'Dog' wasn't a dog toy!! It was rubbery, chewy, completely inedible...didn't squeak though. Fair play to them, we got an apology and refund from the Management and were told to keep the food. The Fanta was fine but sorry to say the rest of the order was binned. I know Commercial Rents and Overheads are extortionate, but come on? Ah well, lesson learnt, never again.

AMAZING customer service. Visited on Friday 28th October at 22:40pm and the team was super helpful with a specific request. Staff always make the biggest difference and they showed they cared. I managed to get two names ELYANE and RIO but there were others who also were very nice and helpful on shift. Please reward them they are very deserving

After a long day doing various activities activities & events at Trafford Centre, we decided to give this place a try as it's so highly rated. Staff blatantly either can't hear or don't listen. Our order was wrong. A portion of fries short. No bacon hotdog. Random cheeseburger. No salad/sides. Food looked like it had been thrown together. Grand-daughter knocked milkshake over as soon as we got it! so I bought replacement but staff never helped clean it up. The only reason it got one star is because everyone liked the fries. Defo not worth the money

Got to love a cheeky five guys when at the trafford centre. Despite it being absolutely rammed, food was done in good time. Still amazes me the amount of fries you get.

Excellent burgers, excellent fries and amazing milkshakes. Very filling too, love it. If you go for a shake, get bacon and cream, you won't regret it at all.

Stopped over on way back home over the bank holiday weekend. Given the choices available, went with Five Guys and it didn’t disappoint. They could do with a better selection of shakes.

Went to try five guy for the first time with few friends, milkshakes and fries were really nice. The burgers are also good if you're a beef person. Price is little high. Long waiting times for take away or earing inside on weekends and special occasions, after allyou're in Trafford Center! Normally not too much crowded during week days.

Sumptuous burger cooked to perfection and delicious cajun fries, would easily get 5 stars if it wasn't for the price!

Best Five Guys around. Although all stores of a chain should provide the same quality service and products we all know that's not the case, there's always one location you prefer...this is ours. Been going here since it opened and have never been disappointed. The staff are always on point, and the food is always perfect. The burgers from this location just seem to be better than from others, hence why I don't mind the 44 mile round trip for a takeaway.

Grilled cheese sandwich everytime, a milkshake with whipped cream is mandatory too.

Basically Fast Food on steroids but it works! Burgers are great quality and you more chips than you can eat in a portion!

Quite pricey but worth it. Large portions and the food is delicious! Sharing a large fries between 2 makes it a little cheaper than buying 2 regulars and there will be plenty!!

Amazing , I loved this place. Cameback again yesterday night , the team was so happy and fun , smiling all the time . Food was hot and fresh , loads of fries and perfect vibes. Thank you all.
