popped into Toast on Altrincham for a coffee and cake. Good vibe in very pleasant surroundings. Good to see they do an interesting little food menu as well. for another occasion 😀

Loved this place. We have been many times for breakfast and the experience just gets better and better. Food, service and atmosphere just amazing. We really like it so much. It's our favourite place for a breakfast/brunch. ❤️❤️

Tried here after visiting the hospital next door, wish it was nearer to where we live. Enjoyed lovely coffee and cake and my husband had Apple pie on toast!! Great twist on a classic and was absolutely delicious. Really friendly staff would definitely recommend this place.

Lunch here today was delicious. Naan bread served with spicy chicken thighs, coleslaw, grated pink onions and chilies ! Wine was lovely too as were the staff.

I first discovered Toast when I was attending Altrincham General next door. It’s in a good location on the main road near the metro/bus stops. I originally intended to visit only after my hospital appointments but decided to go on a regular basis as it is so lovely there. The ambience helps a lot, it is in an old building with character, a modern place with formica tables just wouldnt be the same. The food is completely delish, you don’t have to stick with the menu you can ask for food that isnt shown there and also combine different items from the menu. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Everywhere looks clean.

Super friendly staff and tasty food. The coffee and juices are also really nice, will be back. Try the blondies warm with ice cream!

Food was very well presented. Could have been a 5 if there were gluten free/egg free sandwiches on offer, but there were other options available if your stomach isn't quite as fussy as mine. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. All in all, a nice experience although a little pricey.

We came in on Thursday 9th Feb and it was such a lovely atmosphere and amazing service. It was my birthday and the staff brought me a cake with a candle in it free of charge. I am really fussy about coffee and the staff were so happy to accommodate. I was also hesitant to try the Tom Yum toast of the day and they brought me a slice over to try with my meal - again, on the house. Amazing food and amazing service. I could not fault it! Best place in Altrincham without a doubt.

I've visited Toast, Altrincham, many times and each time is good. It's a smart place yet casual in feel. The staff are friendly and interesting. The food is delicious, with the portions being just right in size. If you park in Goose Green (£1.80 for three hours) it's less than a minute walk to Toast. Today it was snowing, so that was really handy!

We stopped by on a whim and they were able to seat our group of seven without a problem. The beverage selection was impressive and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was delicious! I absolutely loved the soup; it was very rich and flavorful.

Toast is fabulous, the food and service are excellent. All of the staff are really friendly. The soup's are out of this world and for anyone who is gluten free/ Coeliac all needs are catered for. A beautiful setting to eat and drink in.

Our Stroke group just had our Christmas lunch get together here. I was so impressed!! The food was amazing, I had cod loin with smashed peas, the flavours were fantastic and it was beautifully presented. Portions were a good filling size and the deserts were very generous. I couldn't fault anything. The service was excellent and attentive, all smiles. The atmosphere was warm and cosy. Just an all round excellent place to unwind, dine and converse with friends. I can't wait to come back!!

Went for lunch with partner. Had the chicken and my partner had the goats cheese and both were superb. Not cheap but you get excellent service, good food, hot decent coffee and great ambiance. A few people also working from the restaurant so a great all rounder. Highly recommend.

I usually love it here but wasn’t happy on this occasion. My mum was served burnt food that was completely black underneath. We told the waiter and fairly it was replaced but I was unhappy that they attempted to serve it to a paying customer in the first place. I usually like the relaxed atmosphere and am happy to pay the prices charged but if the food standard drops it instead just feels low-effort and silly paying that money. However this was the first time I have left feeling disappointed so if things are better next time I will delete my review.

We had a fantastic Xmas meal last week for our Stroke Peer Support Group. Justin, Jordan and the team were very friendly and made us very welcoming. A perfect afternoon!

It's got to be one of the best cafe's, I've been in. The owner, is a really friendly guy. His staff must be handpicked...so friendly and chatty. The food was superb. As for the cafe itself..a lovely ambience and lounge type chairs..6 stars for this place. Pay a visit..you won't be disappointed..

Really nice environment and the service is good. Food was pretty underwhelming though, I had the French Toast and it was dry/bland... Wasn't expensive though.

I've been to toast a few times now, and I have to say regardless of the amazing food. The service is second to non. The ladies who work so hard, literally make the experience amazing. They found out it was my birthday weekend. Gave me Guinness cake with a candle. Sang and played happy birthday, chatted to us. Always make us feel welcome, it's like they've known us years. And I got to meet felix the new pup. I literally had the best time. The number one hidden gem of Warrington. Thank you for making it so special.

Tasty toasts! It’s about wanting a bit more, well done and correct from your side for business. A bit too expensive though for that size from our side. The service was really good, nice atmosphere. Recommended!

A interesting concept for a restaurant that works rather well! A large range of food to go on a large range of bread. You're bound to find something you like on the menu. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and happy to go out their way to make you comfortable. Cant recommended the sweet side enough either as a foodie with a big sweet tooth! Definitely going to visit again soon.

Fabulous atmosphere and amazing open sandwiches/toasts. Great teas and coffee. Caters for the gluten free as well. Well worth a visit.

Most recently we went for early (around 9am) breakfast with our 2 year old. It was quiet but still had a pleasant atmosphere. Service was great and very friendly/accommodating. We sat in a booth which was good for toddler control! Food was delicious and even our toddler ate loads (beans on toast).

Really cosy vibes here. Very friendly staff. My food came quite quickly eventhough it was peak busy. The chorizo and Potato hash is amazing. A little limited menu but everything on there is exactly what you want for a lunch or breakfast.

Edited review as Toast quite rightly pointed out the re view I thought I had left fir the post office was not for them lol. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Toast, I can highly recommend the omelette and the atmosphere is lovely.

Eaten here many times for brunch and went to their live music night sat 1st October had a fantastic night as usual service and hospitality was fantastic highly recommend to everyone
