😐 Visited here as an away fan. Poor disabled facilities for away fans. One burger bar with massive ques. At the end of the match the narrowest of exits for everyone to make their way out. A definite pinch point . Some of the other exits needed to be opened to allow an easy exit at the end of the matc... Always had an eye on Alty. Started years ago in childhood days when reading the 'Pink'. More recently my interest has come from the many connections of staff and players with Crewe Alexandra. That and the fact I live in Manchester again. Unfortunately, as a season ticket holder at the 'Alex', I don't often have the chance to see other local teams. However, Crewe had a 10-day period without a game. So, on Bank Holiday Monday I watched 10th tier club Abbey Hey beat IOM 3-2 and then made my way to Moss Lane on Saturday. The result there was also 3-2! The match was a great one for the neutral but then I wasn't really neutral. Anyway, my admission, as a senior, was £14. I didn't enter the clubhouse as I'm still a bit nervous but I know from previous occasions that it's well worth it. There is also a 'Fanzone' in operation/development but I can't give an opinion as I didn't know of its existence until I read the programme on the way home. However, I WILL recommend the matchday food on offer (but not if you're having a big meal later in the day!). They offer a pie meal deal, with chips, peas, gravy and pie(!) for a fiver. I could have had a generous chip butty for £3. I walked round the side opposite the stand and enjoyed my meal. The ground, generally, still has a bit of a 1970s feel about. There certainly is case for a bit of refurbishment, though I believe they have plans. Also, I obeyed the NO STANDING area by the fence next to the pitch only for latecomers to suddenly fill all the spaces up just before kick off. As I said, it was a great game and a very enjoyable visit. I would all locals to give up supporting the Man Uniteds etc and get down to Moss Lane and support your local team.

Traditional football ground, a mixture of different size stands. Home fans behind the goal were making it a good atmosphere, then they change to the other end of the ground at half time. If you're in luck they come round with pies for £1 near full time. 🥮

I hired the hall back in 2016 for a joint birthday party that I organised in my own. 30 children, 8 tables and one of those giant adventure bouncy castles and yet there was still tons of space in the middle still for activities, party games, dancing, x3 display tables and tea station / drinks station. I've hired many halls out around Altrincham since then and here I am, again, looking to hire the hall for another joint birthday. Out of all the places to go this place comes to mind first. Why? - I recall the staff being nothing short of helpful from my first phone call start to the emptying of the hall. - The hall was so spacious my plans were limitless. - I recall there being multiple safety exits. - Restrooms for the little ones were very clean. - They offer packages were you can just get the drinks and tea separately or you can pay per child per party meal. Prices are affordable and low for Altrincham. - Hiring this hall out, despite it being such a big party, was the least stressful event I've ever organised. - It's across the road from me so local to the school children that were invited from my sons schools. - I think the price to hire the hall was cheap for Altrincham. Other places charge more with a far less space and no staff to assist in emergency / to make sure no children escape. - Adults were able to stay behind and relax out of the way if they chose to because you can live the tables around to wherever you want. - Table hire was included in the hall hire. - They leave ample time between set up and set down unlike the majority of other places in Altrincham that don't care about you needing to set up and clean up and that this feeds into the hire time. I hope this was helpful haha. Rant and a half but I just had to leave a review, this place is great. Sorry for not leaving one sooner.

Took client who's a Wrexham supporter, Ground staff were accommodating to his needs very helpful. Wrexham lost on penalties I'm sure the Altrincham fans were happy for the result. A cold but enjoyable evening

Had an awesome day. Stag party of 19 and couldn't do enough for us. Food was good as we're the drinks. Even let us get everyone playing hall cricket in the community part after the match. Could not fault this and excellent value

Came to see Alty Vs Halifax. Not the result Alty hoped for. £19 for a standing ticket seems a bit steep, not much parking locally and plenty of parking tickets for people on the way out. This game was a sellout so no chance to try the food. Massive queue for the toilets.

Nice and spacious, even with a packed house. Great service, warm in the winter, and has big screens showing other matches from around the country.

Watched a Manchester United under 21 match. Friendly staff, easy access to the stadium, refreshments available.

Was here for Alty vs Oldham in the away end as an oldham fan, staff were great performance not so much line for food was too long and staff struggled to cater for 1,606 Oldham fans. Toilets were a Shipping Container so was the “bar” the stewards didn’t help people to separate for hygiene the so called "concourse" for the away fans was basically the standing terrace for spectators to watch the game

A lovely family orientated and friendly atmosphere. Entertaining football with an exceptional goal (when we saw them against Yeovil) by Toby Mullarkey 👍😁

Use the function room regularly as part of a baby group. There's air con in the room, clean toilets and baby changing facilities. Very easy to navigate too... And it's always nice to be able to look out to see a football pitch :-)

Nice little ground, away end terracing uncovered also they stop you bringing in your own drinks (amongst other things) so you have to buy from their kiosk (which is convenient and I suppose brings in extra revenue)

Welcoming experience. Altrincham fans were friendly. Undercover seating and areas to stand. I would say a safe environment.

Lovely football ground. Great food and drink a very family feel through out the game. Football team is amazing. When they score all the children run to the barrier and the team run over and shake their hands. The kids loved it. Great team great atmosphere

Attended christening party here, room was big and airy, there was room for a full size bouncy castle which was great for kiddies. The buffet was lovely, the lady behind the bar was lovely, she went out of her way to make coffee for me and brought it to the table for me as i have mobility issue.

Had our works Christmas party here. Room a really good size and no problems waiting for a drink at the bar. Drinks reasonably priced compared to some function rooms around Altrincham. Would recommend for any parties or christenings.
