Lovely place and the staff were really welcoming. I had never done this before but had always wanted to try it out. Very relaxing experience :-)

The staff here are super friendly and incredibly accommodating even when we were the late ones! All all the treatments/ floating is amazing, thank you zero gravity!

This is one of those things that I've always wanted to try but never been brave enough to do. I'm do glad that I did! I was worried about feeling closed in if claustrophobic but needn't have feared. The helpful staff talked through everything beforehand. After I felt amazing, very relaxed. I think next time I go I will likely fall asleep!

This place is wonderful. I was a little nervous, but was completely put at ease by the person who explained everything. They’ve got everything covered. You don’t have to be in the dark and there is options for everything!! I faffed around for a short while, but then I settled and was so relaxed. It didn’t feel like being in water. The temperature is perfect. I actually fell asleep. It was 10.30 in the morning!! (Strangely I found the pillow comfier the wrong way round!! Yeah, I faffed that much.) What a lovely place. Never tried floatation before- we were welcomed in and introduced to the rooms. They have thought of everything to make this experience as relaxing as possible and it works. Also highly recommend the massage chairs! The host was excellent and calming.

I've not even been yet and am still compelled to write this - had a booking for my partner and I - a couple of hours before we're due to attend we've had a family emergency which means we can't go - staff couldn't have been more understanding or accomodating and have allowed me to have vouchers to rebook at a time when we're able to go. Superb service and customer interaction. I'll update this review when the time comes ❤️

I’ve been coming to Zero Gravity for around 3 years, I’ve done floating but now primarily use their massage services. I have cupping by Hannah every month and I recommend everyone to give it a try - you won’t regret it. I also had a deep tissue massage by Sammie and it is easily the BEST massage I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Sammie is calming, personable and the best at her craft - I cannot recommend Sammie enough though

Had my first float here after a relative bought me a voucher for Christmas. Well I can certainly say I will be returning as regularly as I can. What an incredible experience. Staff were so friendly, explained everything that you need to know. Facilities were great and you only really need to take your own more personal toiletries if you have any, otherwise the usual suspects are provided. Lovely clean float tank room, nice hot shower, and hair drying room with good hairdryers, straighteners and mirrors for those applying make up. I would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience, staff was lovely and really explained the process of flotation tanks. Eased me into knowing exactly what to expect and how to use it, i’m looking forward to becoming a member so i can do more sessions more regularly- would definitely recommend to anyone who is trying this out for the first time.

Visited yesterday for the first time. Fantastic experience. Everywhere was spotless, the atmosphere was lovely, the drying room was a lovely touch. Slightly disappointed we weren't offered a hot drink afterwards, looking at all the teas that were on display. But everything else was amazing.

This place is a 10/10, Lovely Staff and Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. They gave me and my friends a tour of the rooms and talked us through the process, price is extremely reasonable. They are very knowledgeable about the Floats and Massages Cris, Simon and the other staff thank you 😊

Me and my partner have used the float pods twice now and we love it, Chris is a very welcoming person who explains everything that we needed to know and after the float makes sure we had a good float he’s an amazing member of your staff

Such a wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly. I was a bit worried been a larger guy if this would be suitable. Not a problem at all. This is definitely suitable for larger people too. So relaxing everything is taken care of for you. Everything was explained beforehand about what to expect. The whole experience was so calming. Would definitely recommend to unwind from a busy lifestyle and will 100% return

This place has saved my sanity. Floating is probably the only time my brain really switches off, and I just exist for an hour. I’ve now floated 4 times, and will be back! Both mind and body come away feeling renewed and refreshed in ways I can’t explain but that I’ve not found with anything else. Cleanliness = top notch. Staff = amazing, knowledgeable and nothing has been too much. Website easy to use. Easy to get to/find. I am not local, but it’s easy to get to in the car & there is a car park just around the corner that isn’t expensive. I’m obsessed, and regret not knowing about floating sooner.

Zero Gravity is my no.1 place in the North West for floatation therapy! The staff here are always lovely, calm and welcoming. I always leave here feeling my best. I recommend having a massage prior to floating for maximum relaxation. A bonus here is the small room they have with hairdryers and straighteners - which is something a lot of floatation spas don’t offer!

This was my first experience at Zero Gravity, and I went for a 75 minute massage session with Hannah. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but I can honestly say this was the most relaxed I have ever been during, and after having one. I will definitely be returning for some more much needed relaxation in the future.

Great place to relax and wind down we dis the floating and it was amazing . We even did the massage Chair which was aslo a great price ill definitely ve going back again

Researched about the float and massage, suffers from anxiety, tensed, relaxation, pains and aches in my body, needed soemthing to treat myself. Was very nervous at first but thought why not give it a try and see how i feel. i booked both Massage and Float session and wow i never felt so relaxed free, next day i had work felt anxiety free , pain free from the float session and massage session . I booked a second session both float and massage to help with my pains, aches, anxiety, worry, oh and the epsom salt was soo good it made my skin feels sooo soft too. Thanks Zero Gravity Float Spa. Will be choosing you again and recommending you to others to try out if they are feeling run down, suffers from anxiety/panic attacks, less creative, not be able to think clearly.Hands up High Five .... i RECOMMEND BOOKING the float session and massage it will help you distress, be more creative, less anxiety, etc.The staff are very friendly, and helpful too all the time.

Amazing experience from the moment I picked up the phone to book. Lovely staff so calm and reassuring. The float centre has a lovely relaxed feeling and the actual float was mind blowing. Clean and modern. Can't wait to return.

I had a deep tissue/gua sha massage from Hannah and I honestly think it was the best massage I've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable and removed so much of the tension I've been carrying around. Would recommend to everyone.

Had a great sports massage by Simon, then an hour in the flotation tank to relax and unwind. The shop is super clean and the facilities are very good. Everything was properly explained.

First time visit today! £48, 1 hour relaxation & deep tissue massage. We had a mini consultation prior to my session to discuss any injuries and areas I’d like to focus on and we sure focused on them! Was so thorough and felt knots in areas I didn’t even know I had. In total you’re there for 1.5hrs as it covers the hour massage and time for a chat and getting changed. I’ll certainly be making this a routine trip! ❤️❤️

Everything about this place is amazing! I love to just hibernate here and have self-care time. The float spa staff are so friendly. It's a beautiful serene place where you can just be. I also have brilliant creative ideas whilst floating. Big bonus! Oh and I fall asleep often and snore occasionally too haha.

I was given some gift vouchers for my birthday, but didn't really know what to expect, it was excellent!! I've already booked up for next month, and think I'll try the massage too, thanks for all the help to the friendly staff today.
