I'm very happy thanks to Darren & good heart who work there & delivery my home for the heavy big bag of the cat litter (l didnt know at the time that they have got it). Save me heavy carry & hard for me for my breath from other pet shops & supermarkets or garden centre while I was ill (no help) plus took bags of nuts & worm to delivery my home too. No more goes to others. Feel better & take easy for me. Relief.

I love this pet shop and so does my dog! They have a really good variety of treats — my dog loves the rabbit's ears they sell — and if they don't have what you want in the shop they'll do their best to get it in for you. So helpful and friendly. I also find it's really well priced and actually better value than buying things from Amazon or large chain stores.

Darren has an excellent knowledge of the pet industry and a fantastic selection in the shop for all tastes I have now changed my dog food supplier to urmston pet shop and I will be saving over £25 a month 👍 Fantastic service every time I go in the shop , and I feel like I am supporting the local businesses in buying from Darren . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff have been beyond helpful. I just got my first cat so they arranged for everything I needed to be delivered and even ordered in extra things that they didn't currently have.
