Store well stocked,plenty in but it's a bit like a maze. The major downside is the woman who chews gum with a her mouth wide open like a few reviews mentioned,she's either really friendly or rude and abrupt throwing change at you.for this reason alone I'd rather not shop here.

The manager here is one of the rudest vilest women I’ve ever come across. The tills are in chaos, an old man has just packed the majority of my shopping as his own and left me too pay for it. I asked this cocky little madam to open another till and she said she was dealing with a shop lifter, she was chatting to two members of staff.

I was at the checkout at 2pm on the 24/1/23 an elderly lady in front of me. She had around 15/20 items. As it was quiet and no one behind me I told the lady I was in no rush. I placed my basket on the belt waiting for her to finish before I unloaded my items onto the belt. The checkout lady with coloured hair asked me to unload my basket before she had finished with the lady she was serving. I told her I was in no rush again, this was the only till open and no one was behind me. Before the elderly lady had finished moving her items off the packing area she was scanning mine!!! No one was still behind me waiting. The elderly lady then just started putting her items straight into the trolley, not her bags. I paid for my shopping and the elderly lady was by the door packing her bag from the trolley!!!I apologise saying I wasn’t trying to rush anyone and did ask the checkout out lady to slow down and give you time. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. No consideration from B&Ms to help particular customers! They also never hand you the receipt which really annoys me even when I put my hand out. They just drop it with my shopping without even looking at me.

Great shop, good prices and staff are lovely but I've been in 3 times over the past 2 weeks and its really, really freezing cold. The poor staff, some elderly are going to get sick working in that, literally shivering at the tills. They need gloves and coats atleast. Apparently the cold air fan is broken and they haven't fixed it so cold air is blowing on the cashiers on top of the cold air coming in from outside. Totally unacceptable. Corporate needs to sort it out as these are unfair working conditions.

It's not always as cheap as you imagine. Some things advertised online are rarely ever in stock and many of the plants inside and outside were dying from neglect and watering, which is a disgrace. The store is a bit scruffy, however it's handy and I love browsing there.

Its like every other b&m but there's never a staff member, they all sit in a room upstairs and if your upstairs on your own, you better believe they're gonna come watch you

I go here for my protein bars and sometimes the booze as it's cheap. There is usually a really long wait in the queue, and whoever is serving doesn't call for assistance until about eight customers are waiting in line.

Store is good but staff problem one lady’s on cashier any time I went in store there with pink hair she’s very rude she spoke with me really bad each time and I saw with another customer as well ,I’m regular customer just for her I don’t like go there any more I know few customers have same problem it’s not new problem few years she’s there and same happened but today it’s too much she’s speak with me really bad and she shouted what’s happen just we come to scan stuff and pay that’s it I feel really bad she’s going to worse and worse behavior each time I go to stores I’m really let down after few years I decide write comments because not 1,2,3,….time each time same happen unbelievable

Great B&M. Visit at least once per week. Has everything you need. Love the stuff they sell and defo get some bargains. Deb on the checkout is always really friendly and always has a chat with you. She's a credit to the store.

What's not to like? Bargains a-plenty. Free parking. Two floors of shopping. Good mix of food, toys, clothes, DIY, decorative, and handy items. Can't fault it. And the staff are always lovely.

Far too cold in this store. I was shivering and had to leave without buying anything. I won't return until they fix the heating and I'll tell everyone I know that it's too cold to shop in here in December and January

The shop is ridiculously cold. I couldn’t bare to walk around it it was that cold. It’s not even at the front of the shop where the doors are opening it’s the whole shop. It’s unbearable! The poor staff that have to work in there, I feel incredibly sorry for them. I had my jumper, coat and scarf on and I was still shivering whilst walking around. My face was frozen and I’m not even imagining it. Please do something about this like they did in the Wythenshawe branch and have the heating sorted. I will not be coming to this shop again and will venture to other branches. Absolutely ridiculous!

not sure what's with the reviews saying its really cold, when I went It definitely felt like they had heating, like it was warmer in there than outside. other than that yeah it's a b&m, good deals and all that

Bought this cheeky scran and may I say it was a 10/10 on a bad day.50 different flavours in one bar how could you not scran this like I did.

I like this place lots of great bargains, the staff not so great. Most are quite rude. Once I had paid its as if they want you out, my items were practically thrown at me and the next persons items being shoved at me before I had time to pick my items up.Although one nice lady that serves you she is always bright, cheery and welcoming I think her name is Debbie?Always a bargain to be had though. This is in Sale. No changes yet.

This is such a depressing store. The stock is always good and that's why I shop there. But very low on staff and very rarely is there more than one cashier on at a time

Love B&M. Always get what I want there. Good quality products at reasonable prices in a local store. We have 3 within less than a 15 minute drive. Brilliant.

I've always found staff pleasant and helpful. Can be crowded at times and a bit of wait at checkouts. A lot of choice though.

Why are none of the staff wearing masks? I came today because mask wearing still a legal requirement til Monday. One member of staff (man) physically bumped into me while I was queuing. No PPE worn. I've got vulnerable people in my household so I won't be visiting here again. Very disappointed.

Good store location and exactly what you would expect to find in a B&M store. Staff were really friendly and helpful on my recent visit. Parking at the store itself and the car park can get busy and spaces are in demand. If the stores car park is busy there is Public parking directly opposite at sale Waterside or if you're looking for a more secure option then there is a Q-Park next to the store itself but more pricey as an option.

Very well stocked but one member of staff on till, with queue of 5 people waiting is poor.

Good free coffee! BUT... Until about Easter of 2023, this site is also hosting a complete BMW dealership from a mile away, whilst the BMW dealership is refurbed. Chaotic and inadequate parking is the least of their problems, but cheerful staff are doing their best. Might be worth avoiding until April 2023, or be patient AND careful when visiting this site. 23OCT2022.

Great store for everyday essentials at reasonable prices

Pink haired woman is so rude,she's cashier ,I'm regular customer but she's to much today ,it's not happen for 1time even 5times randomly I understand but each time I think to much she's there for few years but I never go to store again. I saw she don't care customer just chewing gum and shouting ,what's happen ??? We just want to pay product and pay that's it ,she make my day trible . it's better she train ,and more care about customer .

It's a good shop which covers almost everything in a small area. It has a lot of good toy/game collections for kids , bed to paint, seasonal gifts and anything which is required for home except vegetable

B&M has some of the best prices I've ever seen, this shop is absolutely amazing if your looking for somewhere to go B&M IS the place

My phone died init so couldn’t use my contactless so i had a quid lying around in my pocket i went in for a fanta which was £1.05 the muppet at the till didn’t even let me off for 5p dgmj🤣

Has all your needs in one store from pet food to tin food to tools curtains toiletries everything you need and is good qaulity and very cheap I've had curtains bedding lampshades pillows from there and much more
