Definitely will not be returning only 2 other tables occupied but such a long wait to even take the order on a Thursday night! When the two curry dishes arrived they were full of oil and tasteless when we told the staff they thought taking it and adding some ‘powder’ to them that this would rectify it! We literally ate a popadom each and abit of rice so were happy to pay for what we ate only, the little bar man decided to argue with me telling me about the curry which I cook on a regular basis and can do a lot better! After a 10 minute back and forth bicker the manager came and agreed to not charge for the non eaten curries! Would not recommend at all left hungry and annoyed!!

The guys at Neel Paneer are polite, friendly and always go the extra mile. I usually order off the menu and they're always happy to oblige with tasty, fresh ingredients. Big thanks

Excellent indian food, quick service and nice people. Very good value for money too..they knocked off a few quid because I picked it up and even threw in a couple of free beers. Highly recommended.

Twice I've been to this establishment this year. First time was on fathers day so was expecting it to be busy, however tonight a standard Saturday the service again was atrocious. Made a reservation and was seated promptly, from then onwards was expected to look after yourself. I felt very uncomfortable having to pester the staff to get some service, when I could see they were spending most of the time on their mobile devices. The restaurant seem to be more bothered about getting out their take away orders, rather than the people that are there to enjoy an evening meal. Took an hour for starters then another 25 minutes for the main and each time we had to ask about both courses then got served the food. The bill was hiked up, by ordering the only thing which would arrive promptly and that was the poppadoms. The meal was nice and I would highly recommend it, if you are not hungry when you arrive and you have 3 hours to kill.

£91.00 for a feast for 4. Can't go wrong at that price. Nice food and good service. Vegetable sides were top notch.

A busy weekend visit for a pre-booked dinner for two having been recommended by a work colleague. Very friendly attentive staff, fabulous food and good atmosphere. The menu is excellent with something for all tastes and appetites and great authentic flavours. Two draught Cobra beers of which one was Malabar IPA (fantastic). One of the best Indian dinners we’ve had for some time. We will definitely return very soon.

Went for Anniversary meal with hubby. Fantastic restaurant. Such a large menu. Meals are fantastic. Served hot. Guy in charge was brilliant, helpful, entertaining. Brilliant night.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Had an amazing Jalfrezi after some very nice starters. Only perculiar was the tikka masala was incredibly sweet which was strange as all other food was great. Would recommend.

Food was delicious😋! Staff were friendly and there was a good positive vibe about the place. The staff made me feel welcome and were attentive. Food very well displayed and the portions were filling and it was very tasty. Well priced too!

Been in 3 times and on the 4th time one of the owners remembered us and asked if we wanted a platter based on what we've had before. We agreed and were definatly not disappointed.

Great food & great service. We've never had a bad meal here. The staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Really can't fault it.

Lovely food, great service and nice buzzing atmosphere!

Tried here for a change. Ordered poppadoms, jalfrezi, madras and tikka massalla takeaway. Meat and Paneer were good, however all the sauces had a sweet and out of a jar like consistency, which was really off putting, plus it was quite expensive compared to other places we have tried. Poppadom sauces and chutneys were the same, or watery. Definitely won't be using again.

Atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were fantastic and the lamb samber was the best I've had anywhere in Manchester. 100% recommend and I'll definitely be going back

Enjoyed their food as both a delicious takeaway and dine in at the restaurant and cannot fault the quality of the food or service. Would highly recommend. (Booking not essential but it does get busy and the dine in area is only relatively small so to avoid disappointment I’d book) The staff are all lovely, the night we attended a brand new member of staff were on their first day, and to see how truly caring the owners were supporting them on a busy night reflected their personalities.

Lovely time at Neel Paneer. The staff were super nice and helpful. The mixed starter tasted great, but the curries… was a container of sugar accidentally dropped into them? I’ve never had such sweet curries in my life before. Had we been prepped for a selection of high-sugar/sweet curries I would have asked for something completely different or gone elsewhere.

Far too long for delivery and when the food arrived it’s was very poor which really ruined our evening.when the food eventually arrived there were two free alcoholic drinks (unfortunately we don’t drink 🫤)

A restaurant with personality, the sort of place which you would look forward to returning. There is a wide choice of dishes on the menu and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. Full credit to the staff for their attentive service.

Went here tonight for a family meal for my 60th birthday and Xmas. The food was fabulous, the staff were amazing, nothing was to much trouble for Mo and his Team. Taz kept us topped up with food, the young man taking drinks orders was so on the ball and polite and friendly. Meals came out and delivered efficiently to the right people, no confusion, no fuss. Went smoothly and was a fab night. I cant wait to book for Xmas next year, definitely made a change to my boxing day routine. Thank you Mo to you and your fabulous team for making my night special. Sad to say we had probably the worst one yet from Neel Paneer, it was just not the same as we know it. We've ate in a few times and had takeaways before and we did consider it the best we've had tbh but this one was a massive let down, like they've changed the Chef! Something was definitely not right. Real Shame.

This is a really lovely place to go for an evening meal. The staff are polite, friendly and approachable. Food was delicious, I had the chicken korma and it was beautifully seasoned with a hint of sweetness.

Shocking service - 2 hours to deliver a takeaway on a Tuesday evening when quiet.. food cold when arrived and very expensive...never again. Go elsewhere people

Amazing food and venue. We went in a big group of friends, one couple are are regulars and insisted we go and we were not disappointed and we will certainly return....Good & very tasty food, portions generous and service great with good vibe. You can see the owners are hands on !

When you are welcomed like family. This is our go to place to eat in the village and we are welcomed with open arms, thanks Mo. I have never seen Neel empty!! The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is plentiful and delicious. What can I say. Don't change, you are doing things just right. Thanks to Dutch Courage Sale also for supporting local business. Pics are half Korma and Tikka Massage and a Tandoori Mixed Grill with Vegetable side sauce.

A bit disappointed. Ordered few times from here for takeaway and its been good so wanted to sit in and have a nice meal, took a while to get someone to serve us drinks, tried to order both food and drink at the same time but was told someone else will come for food order but asked if we wanted poppadoms, so agreed. After eatting poppadoms for a good 15 minutes and asked waiter if we could order food, we have been in the restaurant for a good 20 minutes by that time, was asked if we wanted more poppadoms, agreed as we were hungry, food took a while and could see it was busy but saw alot of takeaway orders in and out fast. Went to ask how long for food as we havnt had starters and been their for an hour, it came out after a while and rushed through it as hungry, then mains took a while and I was debating if we should go after that, had to ask again of our food was coming and ordered a drink a while ago too and asked of that was coming too. Either way, we paid alot for poppadoms which we ordered since it was thw fastest thing to come. Spoiled our night a little after looking forward to it, food is nice but maybe in future we may order a takeaway or eat in somewhere else.

Went last night love the food.. I love the people who serve the food. Very friendly. Great service. Felt safe with covid situation. The door was open . Letting ventilation in and not having to touch door handles. Makes me feel better. Been locked up too long!
