I took a day off my work and drove today to the shop to have haircuts for my three children during the working hours of your shop but been told that I need an appointment which doesn’t say on your website or anywhere. I am really upset about that my time was wasted and I’m not thinking of going there again.

Great haircut, very reasonably priced too. Best barber I've been to for a long time, both guys are equally skilled. I've had my hair cut here probably every 3 weeks for the last 6 months and it's spot on every time.

As a new customer, I sat down and waited in the 'queue' for 10 mins, at which point another person came in. Another 5 mins passed, by which time it was my turn. The person who'd arrived after me (who was clearly a regular and known by name) ignored me and sat in the chair be served next That was frustrating, but not as frustrating as being completely ignored by both barbers. Obviously, at that point, having already wasted more than 15 minutes, I simply left the shop. They were clearly not the least interested in my custom, despite the fact there are at least 4 other barbers within a 5 mins walk. I won't be bothering to go here again

we had a great experience at Barberian. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I got my hair cut short and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to barberian for a few months. Each time i go i am not disappointed. welcoming as soon as you step in the store get offerd a drink while you wait or while your having your haircut great atmosphere great laugh i dont know why you would go anywhere else in trafford prices are very reasonable but would recommend booking as they get busy during bank holidays and evenings Rez keep up the good work

Didnt realise the shop mainly operates by bookings but Rez took time out of his lunch break to cut my hair and did a great job, will definitely be back.

I have always had a great experience with Barberian. I have been to a fair few barber shops in Manchester and they are at the top of the list when it comes to a professional, good quality haircut at a reasonable price. The guys in there are very accommodating and make you feel comfortable while your hair is being cut. I recently had a haircut and noticed something wasn’t quite right, upon messaging them I was back in the barber shop within the hour and it was resolved quickly - no explanation needed and a happy customer.
