An amazing service from Mark and the team. Unfortunately I lost my business partner during Covid who handled building warranty matters. In challenging times ABC were able to track all previous correspondence from as far back as 2018 and resolved the issue of certification, working with the original inspector to organise a final inspection with a qualified and briefed colleague over the Easter break at short notice to support the sale of our properties. I am a conveyancer and have worked with Mark across a few matters where we were required to replace a CRL warranty, and each time Mark has been extremely responsive, courteous and efficient in providing exactly what we needed. As professional a company as you're likely to experience. ABC have signed off circa 10 projects for us over the past 7 years and from their surveyors through to their office staff and technical team they are a joy to deal with. They turn their paperwork around very quickly which is vital when deadlines need to be hit.

ABC Warranty, are in the process of giving us a warranty on our house , I am impressed with the service I’ve received, start to finish. Both office staff and surveyor had all the answers and punctual on visit time . Excellent service . Un common in todays world . Russell &Vanessa White .

Paid £1620 for a 6 year warranty. Presently they are refusing to issue anything and also refusing to refund. I may have suggested their warranty is not worth anything and they are now being awkward. I have worked so hard to pacify them to no avail. They chop and change there ideas and I get the impression they don't know what they are talking about. Eg, they suggested the new roofing slates might be porous and wanted verification from the manufacturer that they would not leak. I kid you not. Other items they have flagged are a similar nonsense. I've been a general builder for 30 years so there is a conflict of opinion and they have decided to do nothing. I am forced to go down the MCOL route. Insurance companies frequently have poor reviews. They only want the premium and their warranty is next to useless.

I would thoroughly recommend all developers to consider a 10 year ABC+ Structural Warranty. We've just completed on the 66th property with ABC using their Warranty and yet again the team has been a pleasure to work with. They all have a "can do" attitude and have worked to some very tight deadlines for us. Almost all of the properties we've sold have required mortgages and every lender has accepted the ABC+ Warranty without question. ABC+ offers us a very cost effective solution for 10 year structural warranties. The surveyors visiting site don't just carry out inspections, they have also been pro-active in offering solutions when we've occasionally encountered construction issues. Five stars - and I'm not a shareholder!

Fantastic experience with ABC+. I contacted ABC as I needed a professional consultant certificate to sell my flat (did have a warranty through CRL Alpha who went bust in 2018). When I first contacted ABC, I was very stressed and worried about how to get a PCC for my flat, Jatinder reassured me straight away he could help and took me through the steps I needed to take in order to proceed. Everytime I contacted Jatinder he responded within the hour and was always very helpful. Within 2 weeks of first instructing ABC I was sent the PCC. Very professional and outstanding service from start to finish.

The service provided by ABC+ was excellent. The Certificate was required in a short time scale, which required a comprehensive and timely technical response from us, but ABC+ made an appointment for the surveyor to attend for inspection, he arrived on time was courteous and completed his report to enable the Certificate to be issued within seven days. On this basis I consider consider the service warrants five stars.

Brilliant service from start to finish, Sam Reid was our point of call and ran through all options with us. We had to provide a PCC certificate & warranty at very late notice which could have been complicated however with Sam’s guidance and expertise this was provided quickly and efficiently and resulted in our bank accepting these documents and agreeing our mortgage. Very quick at getting back on emails to us and very clear in what was required for our project. The survey was booked in the same week we confirmed to go ahead and once the survey was carried out, we had the certificates back to us within a couple of days. I would like to share our complete satisfaction and appreciation for all the help and advice the whole team at ABC have given our very complicated barn development. I worked with Jatinder at ABC+ to obtain a PCC for our newbuild house. He was extremely quick at getting back to me and helped make the whole process as simple as possible from start to finish. The guys kindly upgraded our 6 year architects certification to a 10 year warranty on request of our property buyer. They did it in a matter of maximum couple of days, fabulous service and really helpful and stress free. Will definitely use again for our next build. Brilliant.

Brilliant service, requested an architects certificate urgently fro the purposes of a remortgage. Sara booked the architect in at 4pm on the Monday and he attended the site Wednesday morning and the certificate was with me later that day. could not have asked for more, brilliant.

I cannot recommend ABC+ more highly. In a very grey world of deeming a converted victorian flat a new build property they have taken their time and patience to help me understand everything and exceeded my expectations on everything they said start to finish. Every single member of staff I spoke to was absolutely excellent. In the process of finding a product I spoke to at least 3 other competitors and was let down time and again after a lengthily process with overly complicated procedures. Lucky enough for me I was referred to ABC+ and not only will I be referring them to other developers, I will be using them shortly again too.
