Best breakfast we had on our trip. Friendly staff and big rooms. Design seems a little bit old fashioned and could use a little do-over in the next years. But everything is clean and tidy, so if you need a stay in tralee, I can recommand this Hotel.

A little gem of a hotel. Fantastic location. Amazing value for money. €60 per person per night B&B, glass of persecco, cocktail and yummy pizza. Yes €60. The staff in this hotel are so friendly. Food was great, and the cocktails, well… we just wanted more. The decor is quirky which I love. There are not too many hotels in this country who offer this deal. Fair play to you Benners ( Orlagh Winters operations manager). This hotel is a must if visiting this beautiful part of our country. 👍👍👍👍👍

Gorgeous inside. Great place to dine. Good place to meet a friend for tea/coffee. Staff are engaging and polite.

The room we stayed in was beside lift extremely noisy as doors need to b banged to shut on the rooms. At front of hotel where we were there are 3 pubs opposite and very noisy after closing. The toilet didn't flush properly (reported 1st day but not looked at) and also had a leak from cistern ( sent photos to hotel but no response) that I had to clean many times. The breakfast was good but make sure to b there before as after that no croissants or fresh fruit ( how long does it take to chop up a few items of fruit)with no apology upon bringing to their attention.

The bar is very cute. There are a lot of nooks and lovely undercover sitting spots. It would be perfect for a casual dinner with friends.

The hotel was great, comfy beds, clean, very helpful receptionist Eleonor. Such a fantastic deal we got for a besties night out! 60e per person, prosecco, coctail, pizza, bed and breakfast! Super atmosphere! Highly reccomend! Will be back for sure!

Well, stylish, but rooms to the street have no air condition, so as over the street is a bar, there is a lot of loud peoples until 2am and is not pleasant to sleep there peacefully. BTW, good restaurant and nice staff.

Well, I am laying down in one of their rooms right now. Checked in over an hour ago. I'll update if my experience changes but I doubt it will. THIS HOTEL IS GREAT! Lady at reception provided the best service I have gotten in the 4 hotels I have stayed in. Room has all the same amenities and comforts as others. Even has mini split A/C unlike other 4 star hotels (i do not know if every room has this) Hotel is charming. This place is a gem. Hoping I get an appetite so I can try their restaurant. I'll be having breakfast in the morning here. No parking lot or garage. Need to park down the street. No big deal. Only thing I can possibly criticize so far.

Stayed 1 night with a family of 4 for a function in the hotel. Adquet room for family room.Nice friendly staff. Great food and cocktails.lots of snugs to seat couples and small groups to enjoy food and drink. Good value for 3 star hotel right in the center of Tralee.

The receptionist Elaine was superb she couldn't imagine how she made my day. The room was beautiful, and that steak on the special menu absolutely delicious. The foyer was all decked out in Christmas finery and the staff made this a wonderful place to stay.

Great spot for a few drinks and meal with friends! Lots of cool different booths and areas to sit in, nice and cozy vibe.

Really basic budget depressing rooms in the hotel, fabulous courtyard area with a warren of interesting cubby holes obviously there was investment here but the rooms are so basic in the hotel and are screaming for renovations very disappointing after spending a great time in the courtyard going back to the room is soul destroying would recommend a visit to the courtyard but certainly not a stay afterwards in the hotel

Hotels is SUPER noisy at night with the music from the Pub/Club until 2AM not for light sleepers. In the morning it’s an orchestra of banging doors from all the rooms and cleaning staff. Carpet did not looked vacuumed (huge hair ball in the middle when we came in) Was there only for one night (gad it’s only one) Gastro pub was okish, service a bit slow. Receptionist was kind but did not mention breakfast hours and I almost missed it (was included) Breakfast was good

Very central location rooms were basic and clean nice bathroom a little noisy at night but it's to be expected because of location rally nice restaurant menu dining area outside also was very nice and live music also great spot with very nice staff to top it off

Hotel did the job, but I'm not sure I'd come back. Restaurant was nice, food was good and staff was lovely, but the hotel room and bathroom were a little dated and fairly dirty. There were cobwebs on the ceiling that were covered in dust, and the floor in the room was quite nasty. Behind the door hasn't been vacuumed in MONTHS, it was a thick thick layer of dust, the desk was sticky, and the mouldings in the room haven't been wiped down in weeks. It was a little disheartening as it just didn't feel clean. We were just in town for one night as a stop over, so it did the job, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness.

Went in for food, chicken burger and pizza was lovely, washed down with a pint of cider 😁. Service was too notch too

Had a good stay here. Central location. Attached bar/restaurant with good food -- if you're ordering the steak the black pepper brandy sauce is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 minus one star for a ?cigarette smell coming from the bathroom. Dissipated somewhat after leaving the door open. Staff were attentive and sprayed some air freshener when I asked but the smell simply came back the next morning.

Went for bar food. Fantastic and the staff so frienly. Always go here when in Tralee.

Didn't stay we just had the food at the restaurant but oh my god the food was incredible. I had a 10oz steak and my girlfri3nd had the burger. Both were exquisite. They were cooked exactly how we liked them and the staff were so friendly

We went to a wedding in Tralee stayed in benners. I’ve never had a hotel experience like it before. The staff where absolutely amazing very friendly and attentive. Definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone

Great place we stayed here 4 of us for the bestie offer. Omg such great value. Staff were so nice. Our pizza and cocktail s amazing. Orla was so nice and really looked after us. Great place for a girls night away. The courtyard out back is class. We danced all night. Will definitely be back.

This hotel is just more than what we expect. The staff is so friendly and also so helpful 👌food was beautiful 😍 we came to tralee for 4 nights for our 1st wedding anniversary 🥂 and this hotel made our hoilday after being let down by tralee hoilday lodge when we got to tralee bare in mind we were 4hrs away from home and this hotel done everything they could for us to make our stay special would recommend this hotel to anyone and it is in the middle of tralee town 👌also ben the bar man was such a lovely guy and so friendly helpful and lovely to talk wish him the best of luck in his future 💙 💙

We had a work outing this evening. Found the staff very friendly and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would have no problem recommending Benners to any group of my friends for a night out. Hope to see ya soon

I had no idea of the scale of the place out back. Great staff. Lovely interior design. A pizza oven out back. The only down side was the basic beer menu. No craft at all.
