The new store has a lot of nice stuff and all reasonable prices the only down side is that some other items that we could only get at dealz at low prices are no longer available like the yarn, acrylic paints, arts and crafts bits guess we have to go else where 🤷🏻‍♀️

Was in this store today shopping for Christmas gifts, came across the most ignorant elderly blonde lady working there, she was very rude was looking us up and down and we went past her and she stopped and said something with a smart tone so we walked out will not purchase from this store every again! Very bad customer service

Great for art & craft bits and occasional items, i.e. mothers Day, Easter, etc

Good prices and a large selection. I don't like the self service though as they require staff assistance for the slightest mistake and staff is usually too busy to override the machine. Do not use the self service if you are in a hurry!

Young staff who try there best, No Garda patrols on the street so the shop is robbed to death, I'm amazed how this company does not have security, they walk out the door with stock and don't even hide it

Store is clean, staff polite but didn't have what I was looking for. It's disappointing that they don't stock clothes as they do in Killarney. I think the Killarney store stocks a much bigger variety of items.
