Pros: 1. At a walkable distance from main temple 2. Air-conditioned rooms with western toilet and geyser in attached bathroom are available 3. Family rooms with 5-8 beds are available 4. Extra amenities like towel, toiletries, packaged water, Television are available 5. Lift is available 6. Lot of eateries and shops around Cons: 1. Tourist vehicles are not allowed on this street which makes carrying luggage a bit difficult, need to hire local auto for transfer from parking area at around 500 meter 2. Family room with 8 beds is on mezzanine floor that has less height and only two bathrooms 3. Lift door is not smooth so is left open a lot and gets stuck on floors 4. No in-house restaurant available as of now 5. No room service 6. Staff behave as if they do not care and are borderline rude

The Hotel is neat and clean. 2 minutes away from the Temple. Parking not available and can be done at the Pay and Park behind the hotel.

This Hotel Is Beautiful And well Equipped. The Staff Are So Helpful And Efficient. The On-Site Restaurant Makes Really Good Food. The Real Beauty Of This Hotel is its location from the Temple. It is a 5 min walk away To The Temple. Also Hotel Owner Is Very Much Polite and Cooperative Who Given Proper Guideline To Enjoy Around Trambakeshwar And Really So Many Places In Trambakeshwar To Enjoy Like Anjaneri, Brahmagiri, Ganga Dwar Etc.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful at first glance and the cleanliness is amazing. The staff is also very helpful. The temple is 2 minutes away. It is a very convenient and safe place to stay.

Location is very nearby to temple , just in the parallel road to temple.. Rooms are good but there was no lift when I we visited the place . For sr. Citizens or those who need assistance to climb steps - there is no ramp at the entrance, it will be good to have a ramp for wheelchair but they gave us the room in ground floor which was helpful. Also the staff helped in picking up the wheel chair for my aged mom who can't walk. Food and service can be to the room. They give extra beds for extra ppl or kids with extra charge. All in all .. its a good experience with this stay.. there may be others pls exploŕe

Benefit is only near to the Main temple, walking distance except that nothing good, Poor services, no meal serve in the room, very unhygienic *bed sheet, washroom, etc., mosquitos, bad experience not recommended at all.

Nice hotel to stay we reached at mid night even we have not pre booked ....n we were 6 ladies ....they quickly responded ...privacy terms were also at its best...some views from the roof top of hotel

Rooms are satisfactorily good But room no 201 needs renovation fans regulators are not working geasure giving over boiled water seapase may be harmful .Owner was good and the humble staff needed training for polite behaviour

Rooms are very unhygienic, curtains and other furnishings items are very ugly seems like they haven’t washed since ages. Sole reason for guest is that it is close to the temple rest everything is hopeless.

1) Appreciation to Mr. Yash There was only one guy who was on the night shift named Mr. Yash he was the only guy we met who was dedicated about his work. That 1 star i gave for service for his dedication towards his work. 2) Non professional staff on Day Shift The staff on the day shift have no professionalism while dealing with the complaints from guests. We felt like they were doing favours to us by allowing to stay in their hotel. As if we are staying for free. 3) No free Parking Facility They don't have their own parking. You need to park your car on the ground behind the hotel which is paid. 4) Timepass Room Service Staff The room service staff seems like they are just doing work during summer vacation. Rooms are small. One window opens in the corridor deprives occupants of privacy. Food is ok. Paring is at public pay & park parking. hotel doesn't have its own parking space. Ok for the price as very close to trambakeshwar temple.

It is actually a Lodge. Do not expect feeling of a Hotel. Rooms are below expectation.

Too much mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room which was making me and my family more uncomfortable. Hence, hotel staff need to check sanity level before customer check in and provide warm welcome to customers.

Room are excellent, food takes time to prepare and serve. It took 1.45 hours for us to complete dinner and go back to rooms. We ordered at 8:50 pm and got at 9:30. Then again some of us ordered for second round. We left at 10:20. Pm

Worst hotel ever one of the worker was peaking through bathroom window and when i caught him everyone in hotel everyone was bullshiting abt some water leakage but it was a clear invasion of my privacy i didnt had enough time to complaint about it or take some legal action but never gonna suggest this hotel

Unhygienic, I would suggest not to book online during off season and go to reception directly it's cheaper, only good thing about it is that it's near to the temple

I had food here which was very basic. Masala Dosa is dry, Sambhar is just like water. No taste nothing.

The only plus point is location. Rooms are 1 star rated. Service is poor and Food is Pathetic. We stayed in a AC room for 5 people , double beds were extremely small, even smaller than queen size and single one was just bigger than a 2ac berth. The place is very close to the temple which is a plus point. Also it is inside the market place. Car Parking - They will ask you to park the car at a car parking location about 100 metres away which will bear a Rs 100/- charge for a day.

Rooms are very good & clean. Rate is also cheap. But room service is very very poor. There was no hot water available. No any person solve your problem. After 2 hr of waiting, they give us 2 nos immersion heater between 3 rooms. Due to this we getting late. Very bad experience. Only the plus point is hotel is very near to temple.

The hotels staff does not have manner to talk. The ac of the rooms does not work. The water heater also does not work and the timing of checkout is of 12hrs but they told to leave the room before the time.
