    Food Valhalla! In Italy from north to the south and east to west you could not find anything that might come close to this place. The feast begins with an antipasti brought to you on a rustic log. We were warned that ordering antipasti to share, and each a primi and secondi would be too much. Still we did not believe soldiered on the task. By god, the wine choices! The fest of Dionis has a worst wine selection! The staff! Friendly, shy angels bringing plates and plates of the most wonderful food. All of this while you see how your food is made! This is wonderful and if I could give 10 stars I would!

    Very good food and the place is wonderful. The owner is a very nice guy and he even invited us to visit his butcher shop where they make salamis, one thing that I really liked is the mortadella with orange 🍊, it tastes wonderful

    We visited Trapani by accident and we came in Campo to avoid traditional trattoria for once. Well Trapani was a real surpise and this restaurant a real pleasure. Excellent indeed. If you don't plan to stay in Trapani you should change plans, if not for the city, just for this restaurant.

    Gorgeous views. Delicious food. Properly made steak. I wouldn’t do local steak though. One of the best cheesecakes of my life. And the sunset is stunning.

    Had high expectations due to the positive reviews however food was very disappointing. Chose an expensive sharing steak and it was very chewy, mostly inedible. Staff were friendly and gave us another steak at no cost which was a nice touch, however overall definitely not worth the cost.

    It's as if a fantastic butcher opened a great restaurant, in a location with one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful sunsets. The cold storage is visible within the restaurant so you can see huge sides of lots of different breeds of beef, and many other quality ingredients. There's a very decent wine list, and prices are great considering the quality of the ingredients. My favorite dish was the locally-sourced 'Km0' steak tartare (or was it the black pig sausages?), but everything we tried was delicious.

    Sadly, after seeing this restaurant was so well reviewed, it did not live up to expectation. This may have just been an unfortunate one-off situation that doesn't happen often. We asked to sit outside and the waiter kindly let us despite not having an outdoor booking. Extensive wine list which is great, but you will likely struggle if you don't know what you're looking for. When ordering the sharing steak for two of us (prime rib) we were suggested to try two types as we were undecided. The minimum weight would be 1.2kg for these which is way too much food for two. Proceeded to order the prime rib Sakura Yoza (Marbling 7/9) after being told it was one of the best on menu. At this stage I felt if I hadn't researched portions we would have been wrongly encouraged, just taking advantage of English. Nevertheless, we were excited for the food ahead. The steak arrived and looked amazing. However we had no steak knife to cut and was also expecting it to be pre sliced as the table next to us had received. After waiting a while we asked for a knife so we could start. The cut was extremely chewy and inedible, I sadly had to spit out the majority that I tried. We asked for it to be cut up in case we weren't cutting against the grain. Once returned it was still just as chewy which I mentioned to the waiter. He just said it was supposed to be like that. Thankfully, another member of staff noticed and quickly intervened and offered an entrecote instead. We agreed and this was significantly better so massively appreciate this. The sides and starter were delicious and the actual flavour of the steak was too. I think we just had a bad experience and unfortunately means we wouldn't return. It did feel like they were happy to take advantage of people with lack of knowledge on what to order. Would recommend to stick to individual steaks to be safe.

    Reasonable terrace and nice to see the different meat and bottles of wines. We ordered 3 antipasti, and 1 kg of meat with potatoes. 1 of the antipasti never came, the meat smelt and tasted bad we couldn’t eat (we presume it went bad) and the potatoes which came with it were extremely salty. Wine recommendation was fantastic though and good price too. However, they saw that we could not eat the meat and potatoes and gave us limoncello and 15% discount but we would still not recommend the place.

    Food served is average. Waiters are very rude and not welcoming at all. The place is well accommodated so don’t get caught by the wow!

    Starters were good, prices seemed decent. What made me rate this place with 2 stars was that they charged 5 euros for a salad which was nothing more than lettuce, the main courses were good but could be better and it’s located next to a very noisy and busy road. We were also constantly overlooked by the staff. Would not eat here again.

    Having been in Sicily for 2 weeks eating wonderful sea food, pasta and pizza, Campo Norcineria was the perfect way to end the holiday. The selection of hot and cold meat dishes was almost too much to choose from, but the staff were helpful and efficient and we had a fantastic meal. But make sure you book as it gets busy. Of course it gets busy, it's the best meat restaurant in Western Sicily!
