Do not shop with this company. They shipped my order with my private information to a different customer. They lost the other customers order and now won't refund my money for my order they have confirmed is with another customer! They will not call me and are holding my money until they find the other customer order that they have lost. They have mixed up 2 customers private information and given out private details to the wrong people!! disgrace! appalling customer service

Avoid this place! I made order on farfetched and as a partner boutique, they send me a parcel only contains EMPTY box, that is right, an EMPTY BOX without actual item. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst online shopping experiences I ever had! Through farfetch's own review page, it appears that in mere last 7 days, there had been various horrible review about this place sending out wrong items or items never received!

Fast shipping for international, I received my farfetch order in just under a week. I saved a decent amount since the shoes were cheaper here than anywhere in the USA, and shipping was only 10 bucks. The shoes are very high quality and fit well, I will definitely continue to shop with this boutique

I ordered a Givenchy bag from this boutique via farfetch. After reading the google reviews I was terrified!! However, when the bag arrived it was in perfect condition with the dust bag, tags, original plastic covers on the hardware, etc. As usual from farfetch shipping was speedy and it was exactly as ordered.

I have ordered Prada wallet using Farfetch and the stitching was terrible and I was even missing an authenticity card. Without this card, how would one trust that the product is authentic? It was a very terrible experience.

Disaster! Avoid this company!! Placed order over ten days ago, still hasn't dispatched the order. No update whatsoever. Had to call them to chase up but utterly unhelpful. Don't buy from this company.
