Looked nice, unfortunately they served an uneatable spagetti vongole. And also refused to understand my complaints which means that this was my first and last visit.

Typical sicilian food. Bread was good the rest not too bad but squid was over cooked.

I am from Germany and went to 'Poseidone' first time in June 2021 twice. In September 2021 I visited Sicily again (round-trip on the island) and had to stop in Trapani again just for eating here! in 2 weeks I am going to Trapani again, because my wife wants to eat again all the food which can be seen in my photos. The stuff is very friendly and attentive, the cook is in love for the detail and the sushi is also very good. [Gault & Millau and Michelin guides check this place out] And a personal note of myself, because I was wondering why this restaurant "only" has 4,3 stars by the time of writing this: Obviously; beware of the 'fake' reviews and have a look at the photos of my and the other reviews!

Terrible service. We’ve waited an hour before we got water and two hours for the food. Waitresses were running around with plates, mixing orders, forgetting them. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Two stars because food was ok. Once it arrived. Although, after waiting for so long I would be happy eating bread.

A really nice restaurant with great staff! Everyone was so accommodating and nice. And of course pet friendly. There is English speaking staff as well. The food was so good. If you’re in the mood for some sushi, definitely come here. The hand roll and specialty rolls that we had were so good and fresh. The squid ink spaghetti was a great dish. delicious and unique if you’ve never had it before. Don’t worry, your teeth don’t stay black. They even gave us these little Bibs (maybe a tourist thing). Wine choice was huge too! Definitely highly recommend eating here while in Trapani!

Great food but too expensive

This restaurant is extremely good! If you like sea food and you want to try somenthig amazing try the couscous vulcano. The best plate i ever had in Trapani! The chef Umberto is very kind, he has a lot of knowledge and he is always there, ready to explain the Sicilian culture that is behind each recipe.
