Family owned restaurant, with friendly staff. We've eaten here twice. Got the octopus dishes, Lamb roast, various appetizers, but.... came back for the seafood chorba. The man cooks a mean tajine. The longer it lingers in the bowl, the better it gets, just don't let it too cold. Bowl licking good stuff. We'll come here again when returning to Trapani.

Nice place, staff were excellent and food was great - a little different from elsewhere. Price was reasonable, I’d give it 2 to 3 euro signs rather than 4! Overall, excellent and would recommend.

This restaurant was very quiet on a Monday evening. There were tables outside but we chose to eat indoors. We enjoyed a litre of house red. We had baba ganoush and a salad of potatoes, eggs and tomato sauce to start. The latter was delicious but the baba ganoush was very smooth and lacked the smokey aubergine taste we like, it was more yoghurt than aubergine. The celcek we wanted was not available so we went for meatballs and fatoush. The meatballs were tasty but overcooked. The fatoush was poor. Service was good throughout and the final bill with water and good coffee was only 39 euros. Would definitely return to try other dishes as a pleasant change to Italian food.

Very interesting place. Food is very good and well seasoned. The only "not recommended" thing is whatever comes with sea fruits (overprocessed and gummy).

This is not Arabic food!! Do not fall for it, we happened to pass by and see that they sold shisha. The man said we must eat there before we can have shisha, so we did. We ordered hummus, kofte and kebab with rice. I ate the chips on the side of the kebab, with a salad that we ordered too. I tried everything and let me tell you, the meat either smelt, or wasnt what you expect to be hummus or kofte. I would give it zero stars if I could.

The Falafel was very dry. The fish in the couscous wasn't cooked properly and was chewy...

Delicious food, reasonable prices, big portions. We had fish cous-cous and pasta with seafood, both came with really a lot of sea food, not just a few pieces like in some restaurants. Each dish was 10€, this seemed like an average price in the menu.

Below expectations - unfortunately. The mix appetizer plate - Mano di Fatima - Is an interesting concept, but you are better off taking 3 or 4 different appetizers by choice. U won't economise much with it and u won't get things like potatoes and mayonnaise portion... some things are good in the mix but I really think it's better to even spend 5 euro more and take what u want hoping it's a good choice! The falafel were bitter and on top of that burnt. Pity! The cous cous with veggies is not worth it. I wouldn't take it to start with, but if you re a vegetarian like my girlfriend, you might. It's quite dry and not very tasty. The pasta with fish was ok, but unfortunately I have the string feeling it was microwaved... Sword fish was quite hard but overall the taste was ok. House wine also not particularly good. The guys working here are lovely and some of the food is objectively good but I was really not impressed, and considering the options you have in Trapani, I wouldn't recommend it and certainly won't come back. The atmosphere is nice although you are literally in the middle of the street. Price wise it's quite average, and I would have appreciated them offering a limoncello or coffee considering we left most of the cous cous, a falafel and the potatoes from the appetiser... You have options so consider them!

The mixed appetizer (“chef’s imagination”) was boiled eggs and boiled potato in 5 variations (with mayo, with whisky sauce, with tomato sauce, and some lamb sausage with egg and some seafood with egg). Our side dish called “spicy green peppers” was boiled egg, canned tuna and canned olives with oil and spicy sauce. Squid in tomato sauce with olives was way too salty and olives were also from a can. Why not use real olives in Italy where they’re so good, cheap and are available everywhere? The lamb stew with potato tasted good though and the portion was large.

Went for the mezze plates, very good. Falafel a bit dry but the rest very tasty. Friendly service, a good experience

Four starts leaning to a five. Good cooked, the lamb that we tried was amazing. It's called mensef !

Horrible food - you should expect tasty meals but the food misses taste and spices - the falafel was extremely dry and no fresh herbs - the same goes for the hummus which wasn’t silky and smooth. The other dishes we tried disappointed as well and was extremely oily. The service was however very nice
