    Agência de Trapani Porto, funcionários muito mal educados, perto do limite da incompetência e incapazes de falar outra língua que não Italiano. Numa agência de viagens, funcionários que sabem pelo menos arranhar o inglês é o mínimo que se pede. P.S. This is my reply to your answer. First my language is Portuguese and if you do not no the difference between Portuguese and Spanish then I think you should had chosen another profession. Second, I speak Portuguese, Spanish, French (country where I live) and English, and if you really think that you speak English you should try to make the TOEIC, because I seriously think heaven un A2 should be difficult for you. Instead of wasting your time using Google translate to answer in Spanish you should waste your time in English formations and social skills. Have a nice day

    When we asked if there were any Ferries to Favignana they told us it was sold out. We then asked if there was another ferry company offering trips there and they said no...only Liberty Lines. In fact there is also another much cheaper ferry company 'Siremar' just down the street near piazza Garibaldi. The service was terrible.

    Great place to get all types of transport / trips. We used it as the local bus service does not run on a Sunday from Trapani to San vito lo capo. They had several services on a Sunday.

    Great English tourist help! Helped us purchase bus tickets for Erice and explained the public transit since google maps does not have the information. Also helped us buy tickets for the ferry to Favignana, and airport bus. They even helped rebook our ferry when I gave them the wrong date. So helpful!
