We booked the spa & massage package for 4 ppl as a birthday gift for my boyfriend's dad. According to the description the spa was going to be great... However, the real experience wasn't quite what we expected. First of all there was a strange man wearing a suit that introduced us to the spa. Instead of being a relaxing experience he was loud and kept explaining things much longer than needed. The steam room wasn't in use but we were not advised about this beforehand. Also, there were no beauty products available such as shampoo (except body shampoo), conditioner or body lotion. The massages were very mediocre... I'm not actually sure if they could be called "massages". 2 of us asked for the deep tissue massages that were so light that we had to constantly keep telling the masseuses to make them stronger. Even then nothing changed. We were a bit disappointed about the whole experience and told the manager afterwards... He didn't do anything about it. It's not easy to find a good massage/spa places in general but I cannot really recommend this one after our experience.
