Maria’s Diner

Funny design of restaurant. I Didn't take food. Only coffee, which was ok.. Toilets not very clean. Outside, it looked like a junkyard despite all the bins.

Very nice diner. Really good and fresh pastries 🥐. Excellent service and clean location. It was busy but not their fault, they handled it well. Thank you

Coffe is ok. But prices are very expensive. Cool interior. Nice view. Big space. Has also pizza and burger. They charge tolitet 50 cent ...not cool.

It is a fast food place but very clean and our schnitzel was great. Portions big..😁 Service/atmosphere rated 3 only because there is no table service and there were not many people there (which was actually great).

Less than fully clean place, also vegetation around the diner has not been tended to for a while. Some trimming might do it good. Also the terrace when we arrived was dirty - paper bags on the floor, and general impression was that for Austrian standard, this is not clean. Also on the side of the diner there is something that looks like poorly organized storage. Prices are wildly overexagerated, pizza slice (big one) is 6.5 EUR, and hamburger almost 20 EUR. Lady that work the cash register is kind and nice. And I like the American 50s diner concept. The toilet is very bad, it is charged but I almost threw up when I took a breath on my nose. It stank

Bit wanna be, 50s style diner but nevertheless nice decorated. We had the Cheese steak sandwich and very positevely surprised by the quality and taste! But please change the toilets in the gents bathroom.. they're more then weird.

After a long wait in heavy traffic at the Karawanks Tunnel, we stopped at Maria's Diner. I had left a harsh 1-star review out of frustration, which I now regret, so here's a fairer review. The 1950s-style building and interior are great, but the visit felt a bit chaotic with many people crowded near the counter. The pizza on display looked like it had been sitting out, the prices were higher than expected, and the counters and floor could have been cleaner. We decided not to stay and eat, but I appreciate Maria's Diner reaching out for feedback. The place has real potential, and I'd like to give it another try in the future

Spent 60e for overpriced burgers, was not allowed to use the bathroom without paying extra. You are apparently supposed to use the bathroom before ordering, which is total BS and not my problem. Paying customers should have access.
