I thought the pretzels were very good. A little overpriced if you ask me. The inside was extra small, but they have some seating outside if you want to sit and eat. The workers were helpful and quick. The options for pretzels and dips were good. The cream cheese was actually excellent. Not sure what brand they use, but it was delightful. We got regular and chives/onions and they were both delicious. Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend to others!

Not the standard Bavarian pretzel you are probably used to. These pretzels, the flavorings and the dips are unlike anything I have ever had. Do not sleep on the jalapeno popper dip or Cajun pretzel. We also got the sampler, jalapeno cheddar pretzel and the cheddar cheese sauce. Everything was amazing. Wish we had tried them earlier in our visit! They also offer catering!

Fantastic workers who gave great recommendations that we listened to thankfully, super fast turn around time for my order. Love the pairing of the garlicky cream cheese with the cajun pretzel the perfect amount of spice and texture for a pretzel. My fiance got the parmesan and garlic pretzel it paired perfectly with the good tasting nacho cheese for dipping sauce. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone just walking around down town playing tourist and wants a quick and cheap bite to eat. Will for sure be back in the future to this location.

Just finished eating two of their regular large soft pretzels, and they were amazing. We got the garlic dip and atomic mustard, and both were DELICIOUS. They were super friendly, and when their machine went down, they gave us our order for free even though we asked several time if they were sure. Super friendly, and we're for sure going to return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Pretzels were outstanding. The inside is very tight, but there's some cute yellow tables outside to sit and eat at. My only complaint was we were told there would be a 10 minute wait on the Pizza Pretzas and it was easily moreso 20+ minutes. It happens though, would definitely be back for a quick bite the next time I'm in TC.

I definitely love this place! Original Pretzel & Nacho are champ! Such as friendly staffs and I am so happy that I stopped by! They always keep it warm and fresh! It’s highly recommended! It’s small place but good price! I will totally come back when I visit Traverse City!

The pretzels were good. However, the customer service; mediocre at best. Coming from a customer service worker, I’m highly disappointed in the way the employees treated their guests. The girl who took our order (I did not look for her name) took our order at about 2:15 pm on 8-6-22. She was so rude and made hand gestures that clearly displayed her impatience and judgement for us not ordering in the exact way she wanted us too. I understand it’s probably not ideal to work in a muggy work environment and hey, maybe she was having a long day. But no one should ever treat their guest so condescendingly. It’s disrespectful to not only the guest, but the owner of the store. I’d suggest going to a chick-fil-a and taking notes on how they treat their guests. I almost wonder if they treat guests like that so they order online instead. 1 star because the pretzels were pretty good though.

It was a pretzel for sure, I'm not sure if it was an off day for the staff but the pretzels were doughy and undercooked. They were covered in grease and had what seemed to be popcorn power coating the top. If this is what your into I highly recommend it. Cream cheese is on point.

We bought 2 regular pretzels with a side of cream cheese and cheese sauce with a coke. It ran us $14 and change. We sat outside at the tables on the sidewalk. It was quite breezy, but you could see the water and the buzz in town was quiet and calm. Perhaps everyone was at church. Either way, we enjoyed our food. The flavor was excellent!! Our service had been great. Overall a fabulous experience.

I normally don’t post but I got so annoyed I had to say something. I’ve been coming to this place every few months. The past three times something went wrong. First time I ordered stuff and received the wrong items. Another time the pretzels and hotdogs were burnt. I would have come back if I even knew but by the time I got home it was too late. The most recent, I specifically ordered the pumpkin special. When ordering I said pumpkin pretzel with cream cheese frosting. I did not receive the items I ordered. When I went back to get the order fixed all I got was “well I didn’t hear you”. Instead of trying to fix the issue or offering a solution he just looked at my like it was my fault. This was the last straw. I will not be going back to this place. The quality has gone down so much. Your prices are no longer worth the aggravation that happens each time.

Outside seating only, the inside is just big enough to order and wait. The pretzels are hot and soft and buttery, so good.
