Oryana Community Co-op is a great place to shop. Always lots of delicious food with a broad selection. Produce fresh and generally ready to eat. Many of the departments have fantastic selection. The bulk foods area far superior to other grocers. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Great nut selection and nut butters, even if you like to make your own.

Such welcoming and friendly staff, a great selection of goods one can feel good about sharing with family and friends. An investment in health, community and environment that pays so many seen and unseen dividends.

I love your delicious meat spheres that are served in the hot bar. However with the recent increase in price to 11.99 per pound. I can no longer afford. And for this I'm sad. :,( so long oryana its been a good ride I will have to seek nutrients from another.

Great place to shop for all the things you just can't find anywhere else, or, hey, just all the things. Bulk treats, local eggs, specialty cheeses, fresh, frozen, and pre-packaged foods. Great selection of skin care items! They also have essential oils and supplements. Beautiful produce. Shop your local co-op. Very welcoming and happy place. It feels good to shop here.

Delish, healthy, clean, hip. Had the BLT on sourdough. So good! Sorry, I started eating and then remembered to snap a pic!

Oryana is a wonderful place for interesting groceries and fresh produce and bulk legumes and refilling your jars and containers by weight with a whole lot of things. Quality is clearly top priority but they've also got all the hip varieties.

Both Oryana stores in Traverse City are beautiful and clean. Super fresh organic and mostly local stock. Upscale healthy living choices around every corner. Don't miss the fresh/hot deli sandwiches and deserts. Treat your body well today!

My husband and I went to shop there for the first time to check it out. Will never shop there again. It is definitely not an everyday person's grocery store. Too expensive! Spent a little over one hundred dollars and only got two grocery bags that were 3/4 full. Why does a box of cereal have to cost $10? The customers we were around were rude and in a hurry. The staff didn't pay customers much attention either. It was definitely obvious the market they cater to and it's not the local market even though they are a local co-op. Their prices are not "local's" prices. Yes, the place was clean, that's about all I can say that's positive.

This is the best place in the area to shop for healthy, hard-to-find groceries that other stores don’t carry. They are very discriminating about what they carry, which means that people like me with dangerous allergies can be sure of shopping safely. Plus, their prepared foods section is wonderful, whether you want to stay for a quick lunch or take home a whole dinner. They are responsive to suggestions, and will order things that customers request. We are fortunate to have Oryana here.

Great selection but man, those prices are over the top… even with current grocery prices high, these are still somehow even more. If money isn’t an issue for you, shop here because the selection is wonderful.

Many vegan options, layout was nice. Prices were a little high. Love how they have bike parking for coming off of the trail!

Please come downstate to Detroit 😭 we would love to support an all-natural and holistic grocery store that isn't owned by Amazon. On a real note though, this place was such a gem!! A TON of vegan and gluten free options. Amazing products, high vibe people, delicious cafe food! We made a whole grocery trip before coming back home. 1000/10!!

My favorite place to shop for groceries in TC! Super clean and organized with a great selection of essentials as well as specialty and unique items. Most items are organic or local which I love. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding products & staff. Deli is tops and service friendly & kind. Downside is incredibly high markups (not as high as Edson Farms). For many items also available at Costco, Oryana prices can be 50%-100% more on a per unit basis. Sad they have to markup so much to keep their high quality.

I ordered a vegetarian lasagna from Oryana to take to a gathering of friends. I am a 40+ year vegetarian. The lasagna (also gluten free - made with squash instead of noodles) was the best I have ever had. Absolutely delicious flavors, texture and appearance. The entire experience was so pleasant and easy with the kind chef and employees. Highly recommend!

A good place for good food, pay for what you get but in this context, it's a good thing. So don't expect any Wal-Mart quality food here. Best place to go for this sort of natural food. Glad there is somewhere out there that has actual Food Food.

I looooooved this co-op. Thoughtfully sources food, drinks, household items + Michigan gifts! Lots of options for grab and go food, food bar, coffee, etc and indoor and outdoor seating. Staff and patrons were super friendly. Overall stellar vibe!

Friendly staff and VERY helpful! We were looking for a jelly and it wasn't carried in the store. She didn't give up looking, found us while we continued shopping and let us know she found something similar and we ended up buying it. I wish I got her name! Awesome customer service!

I don't do much shopping here but, I do purchase my propolis spray from this location. The west side location does not carry it. The propolis spray can be used for several things but wound care seems to be what I use it most for. Love the store as it is always nice and clean. Friendly employees will help you find what you are looking for.

THE best place in the ENTIRE world. Wh*le F**ds wishes they had everything Oryanas has. I highly highly recommend this place, especially if you are vegan/vegetarian. They are focused on sustainability and bringing good, healthy food to the people of their community. We used their double up food bucks program which was nice and allowed us to save a little on produce. The landscaping outside is beautiful and now features an outdoor exercise gym! It's a tradition for us to go there every year we go camping up north and I look forward to shopping in your store all year long. Whether it's their bulk food section, or their hot food/cold food section, or you want something made hot and fresh, there is something for everyone here. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING!!!!

I went into Oryana today looking for something more natural for a face wash. After speaking to Crystal, she set me up with a face wash (which is amazing!) I also asked her if she knew of something to help my muscle pain after running. She GAVE me two packets of a new protein powder to try and showed me a good tumeric gummy to try. She went above and beyond in customer service today. She was sweet and just all around a joyous, knowledgeable person.
