So you realistically have a million different beach resort destinations. The decision may be based on weather, flight time, budget, season, people, safety, or a million other factors. We have been fortunate to travel all over the planet and this is one place we will come back to regularly. We arrived and were greeted with a room upgrade; the beach access was amazing; the pool and hotel facilities are second to none. But the really big difference was Edwin, the hotel Ambassador. He treated us like family from the second we arrived and made it his personal mission to assure we were happy. Not happy like you get at a nice hotel; but happy like you are family and you can trust your small children with him. We truly felt welcomed like it’s hard to find anywhere on the globe. This is an amazing place on this planet that everyone should see and experience. If you are fortunate enough to end up here, say hi to Edwin for us and maybe we will see you here.

We have been coming to the Bilmar Beach resort for years with our boys. It's a perfect spot for a family vacation. We have created so many memories here. The service is exceptional and the rooms are always clean. The pools are kept warm. The only complaint is we can't get the boys out of them! We will definitely be back next year!

My family has been coming here for many years now. It’s a wonderful location with amazing gulf views from every room. A very nice pool area with a hot tub. Very comfortable chairs and umbrellas. There is a pool attendant to help get you set up. Restaurants and shops are nearby. It’s all very walkable.

Beautiful property, I would lack words to describe how satisfied and happy I am every time I visit your property. Especially the check-in staff, Mr. AHMAD, is super professional, pleasant, kind, he welcomed us warmly on every occasion, they make us feel at ease. With my family every time I am in this facility, the luggage handler Mr. Edwin is very friendly and attentive, delighted with his service. The rooms exceed my expectations, the cleanliness is unique, the kitchen is very comfortable, spacious and with everything you need to have a prolonged stay, the rooms and the ballroom are very modern and very beautiful, the view facing the sea steals the whole show, God breathes peace and tranquility and a beautiful view, I definitely recommend it 100%.

My Wife and I went here, and it was amazing. The front desk & staff was very friendly. We felt very welcomed there and as a queer couple that are both heavily tattooed, and my wife has Dreadlocks so we can definitely stand out a bit lol it was kind of a big deal to us that we didn't feel so out of place. The hotel was clean, the view was amazing and perfect location. We will definitely be back again for more vacations as we only live 2 hours away!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the resort. We had booked a specific room and the amazing team member Ahmad upgraded us immediately to a beautiful suite. We had thought we booked the room initially but we’re accommodated quickly after the confusion on our end. Will definitely be back again the entire staff and onsite restaurant were amazing too. We also had a beautiful ocean front view. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall great stay. Good location, lovely pool & tiki bar. Edwin at check-in is a rock star! He greeted us with such happiness and enthusiasm, he took extra care to ask us our needs, placed our bags and all hanging items in our room before we even got up there with key cards in hand. Other than a few items needing some tlc on the property, no complaints. The staff were all wonderful!

What a beautiful property and wonderful staff. Paytra was amazing. When we arrived our room was not what we thought we booked and she went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of immediately! We ended up with an even nicer room and all within minutes of arrival. In addition Anthony her manager was great and caring. The tiki bar was also fun and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Service was outstanding! I felt like a queen when I walked in! My room was beautiful, it had a kitchen filled with amenities, a dining area, a sitting room and an enclosed bedroom. My view was facing the ocean with a balcony. The walls and floors are not thin. My fiancé was playing lite music in the kitchen and I was in the bedroom watching TV and I couldn't hear his music at all. Treasure Island Beach Resort reminded me of my own condo oasis on the ocean. My room was very modern with all the fixings. The hotel is on the shoreline with just a small walk to the actual beach. The pool area is also very nice with umbrellas and cabanas. The resort is in close proximity to stores, gas, and shops. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars! Loved it

Great Service all around. Love the text message communication and check in, very prompt response time. The rooms were stunning, we got upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The view to the beach and balcony setting was breath-taking. The kitchen was great and put to use traveling with young kids. I traveled with my husband, 4 and 5 year old and they did not want to leave the pool. It was a good size and plenty of space to spread. Breakfast was delicious at the downstairs restaurant. There were many shops within walking distance and parking on site.We even went to Disney World and were able to do a same day trip-- with a 1.5 hour drive each way.

If we could give this place more than 5 stars we would!! We stayed here for our honeymoon and they blew our expectations out of the water!! Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded to the largest suite and on the highest floor for free! This alone was more than enough for us to grateful for but they also left us a card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The room and entire resort was spotless. The whole place smells fresh and clean, exactly what you’d want when staying away from your home. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. Always asking how are stay was going and if there was anything they could do to make it better. They even text you to check in! The staff truly does go above and beyond to make sure their guests are enjoying their stay. We want to give a special shoutout to Jordan at the pool. He was one of the first staff members we met here and was SO friendly and eager to make our experience great. Aside from how great the resort and its staff were, you couldn’t ask for a better location. We could walk to many of the great restaurants in the area and are just footsteps from the beach. Beautiful place. We will tell everyone we can to come here. Due to this experience we will probably never stay anywhere else. We already can’t wait to come back and make more memories! Thank you!!

Pretty good. Good renovation. Great for families. Only problem is the ocean is probably 1/4 mile from the hotel. The hotel is on the beach, but the ocean is a good distance.

Great place , amazing customer service, beautiful clean room with a view to the beach and the restaurant food and customer service was fantastic. This was a perfect way to celebrate Mother's Day! Relaxing at the beach. I thank my daughter for selecting this beach view hotel to spend an amazing Mother and Daughter time together.

Absolutely perfect! Upscale, gorgeous property and the attention to detail is impeccable. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they check in with guests daily for any needs. Rooms are beautiful and luxurious with full modern, updated kitchen and the finest decor and finishes. There was a charcuterie board and bottle of champagne awaiting us for our anniversary. The one bedroom gulf view room has an unbelievable view of the beach and sunsets. The private beach is just breathtaking. After a windy day, there were so many shells to collect on the beach. The BRGR restaurant in the resort was exceptional with great frozen drinks as well as wonderful food. We had the island shrimp (a large serving of 17 shrimp in a delicious sauce), truffle fries were perfect, and wedge salad was a very generous size and delicious. We will definitely be coming back soon!

By far the best place you can stay within miles. Denise, Edwin and Mike were absolutely amazing. The place is gorgeous the beach is so deep at this point. The restaurant in tiki bar are solid. The best places to go are close by. Truly gorgeous place but the staff really made it I never thought it would matter that much but they were amazing

This was a very nice 3 star hotel, not a 4 star luxury resort. Rooms were comfortable but furnished comparable to a mid level Hilton would be. No amenities other than a very small pool. One restaurant comparable to a nice luncheonette, no activities, no spa, no bellman, no luxury. Nice beach though!

Great resort on the beach. Rooms were large and accommodated us well. We stayed in a 2 room king suite gulf front. Pool area has ample chairs and umbrellas with good service. The bedrooms were really nice and quiet but because the door faced the road the living room could be noisy with street sounds. The rooms were well insulated though and we could not hear other guests What would have made it 5 star - house keeping came at different times everyday which was tough to plan nap times for my young son accordingly - we spilled the dish detergent on the floor and wiped it up with a wet towel. The towels were black with dirt from the floor. The floors need a good steam after each customer to get up all the grime - we forgot to put the parking pass up one night it’s too big to drive around with it hanging from the mirror and got a warning we would get a boot. We are hotel guests take our plates and action accordingly - Music, sometimes it’s nice to sit outside and not hear music but the hotel plays music outside at the pool all day which was loud enough to be heard all day/evening on our balcony Final thoughts would I go back yeah! all my complaints are fairly minor other than the floor but some dirt is to be expected this isn’t your home. We wear inside shoes…
