Nice condos, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a heated pool that goes up to 8ft deep and the cool thing is that it overlooks the bay. Great spot to see the sunrise. Mostly families with kids, not a party environment. Parking also available.

If you are looking for comfort, reasonable, beautiful water front accommodations with convenient check-in and checkout, across the beach, and lots of things to do, search no more. This condo is perfectly located to enjoy all the desires of a pleasant, peaceful, and active vacation. It’s all close by - such an oxymoron for a beach town. You have to watch the video of our condo because “a picture is worth more than a thousand words.” Lesley and Chad are the best, serviceable, professional, and friendly. We will be back!

The rooms were nice and clean. Lower floors had a lot of step sound from floor above. The second unit was exactly what we had expected when we booked. And the view from that unit was like a post card!

One of our favorite repeat sports for a vacation. Right on the bay but a quick cross-the-street to a very deep but quiet part of the beach. Beautiful patio with pool, docks, loungers, and even two grills. Publix is walking distance, as are restaurants and live music. The area has also been improving a lot the last few years. We love it.

Great location near the beach and restaurants. The condos are clean and spacious, complemented by very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Booked a girls weekend trip here for my mom’s birthday and we really enjoyed our stay. Safe, quiet, and beautiful view. Very close to Publix & right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to many places to grab a bite and enjoy live music. Short drive or Uber ride to John’s Pass or Saint Pete Beach to check out the rooftop bar. Make sure to check out dolphin racer for a two hour boat tour. That is probably the best tour I have ever taken on the water.

Great place to stay, rooms, location and service was great. We stayed at room 204 and it was clean nicely decorated. The guy in the office was very helpful with us. I’m definitely coming back

Very nicely furnished and decorated. Clean. Friendly staff. A couple issues but nothing major. They gave us a free upgrade at check in. Overall It was better than expected. I would recommend to friends.

Unit A-108 is the best unit in the complex. It's ground floor and unit on the water. Most of the units don't have outside access out the back overlooking the water like this unit does. Check it out on VRBO

My husband and I absolutely love it here.Our 2 bedroom 2 bath overlooking the Intercoastal waters is beautiful,clean,comfortable and has everything we need..The beach is right across the street so we have the best of both worlds. Leslie is the most amazing person you could ever meet who is there for whatever we need. We truly consider her a friend more than anything. Chad is great and very accommodating also. This is the best place ever. Thank you The Skougs

We loved this hotel! Great value for the price. We spent here 3 days on vacation to celebrate my 60th birthday. I loved the room on the main floor with a patio by the pool. Clean and well maintained. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Good quality linens. Steps to the beach and a good grocery store. Well equipped for the beach - 2 chairs and an umbrella. It was very quiet too.

Our stay was great! We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Was very clean. Staff was exceedingly nice and went out of way to help us. Everything needed was in walking distance. Beautiful views. Couldn’t ask for anymore! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Affordable!! The condo was clean the beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the resort even has sand toys and chairs. Highly recommend!

Superb is an understatement!! Arriving as a first time guest there, yet no stranger to (the T.I.) I was overwhelmed with the kindness, competence and friendly warm vibe Lesley and Diane exhibited. The place was IMMACULATE!! Beautiful, classy and beyond what we imagined. Every single thoughtful stocking, beach chairs a complete kitchen stainless steel with EVERY THING STOCKED!! We felt like we were home. Our back porch opened to the water and a private gorgeous pool mere feet away. 3 private docks for your boat rental or pier fishing. The bed was a huge king, plush down comforter and extra linens available in the walk in closet. I’ve had the luxury of staying all over the world from hostels to the Ritz- Carlton and this place takes the cake from the young and beautiful funny manager Lesley to the dolphins swimming literally as I sipped my coffee from the back. I am planning to return again with my 4 yro Autistic son who loves the room so much he refused to leave and even locked me out to which Diane another bubbly blonde came to my rescue in mere minutes. Publix is a quick walk and they even delivered our groceries and beer in 20 minutes. I plan to return every year- for life! I loved it here 10 STARS!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly what we needed. Our kids loved being able to walk right out of our room to the pool.

Spring break was great. A family trip. Wonderful coastal views and sightings of Dolphins, Manatees, and water birds! Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.We will return.

Very nicely decorated, clean rooms, up to date. They provide beach chairs in your room. Our room (Room 312) provided a full kitchen, master bedroom (queen bed) and small single full bathroom. We could hear a little road traffic, but very little after 9pm. Elevator is directly across from room, you can hear it beep three times when someone uses it, but didn’t hear it much. Two TV’s in room, plenary of channels. Nice, but small pool area, less than 12 chairs/recliners. There was a grill and some other areas to sit near intercostal waterway. Also a few small docks you can fish from. Cross the street to gain access to Treasure Island beach, very short walk. All in all, a nice property to stay at.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are super friendly. Only had a couple minor issues and they were fixed immediately. The room was clean. Beds were super comfy. Can't wait to come back!

A wonderful place to stay for your family vacation. Management was very lovely and accommodating. The rooms were wonderfully clean and had everything we needed. Right by the beach and close to shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend!
