Awesome little place, family owned, great group of people staying there with us. Clean, comfortable beds for the money and NO RESORT FEE! Located by lots of good places to drink and eat.

I came to Florida with my father to attend the funeral of my Uncle, his oldest brother. We are here for two weeks visiting family and attending service. This hotel is the first one to make us feel welcome and worry free. Big beautiful extremely clean large rooms. The friendliest front desk. Softest beds. Wonderful beach side views. I was worried about having to spend a lot of money on what I assumed was going to be a Hilton chain on the beach with bad over priced rooms. This is completely opposite of a Hilton. It's got better quality rooms and service. Better prices and better owners. And it's not for the 1%! The 99% of us can afford and enjoy this beautiful family owned hotel. 6/5 Stars

This is a gem of a place. The view is just breathtaking spectacular. Rooms are 10🌟 extra clean. And the people... oh my! Can't find any friendlier or efficient people elsewhere. I can't say good enough.

We have stayed here many times and they consistently provide great value. while this an older facility, they continuously update the property. the staff are all friendly and helpful. we will be back next year!

Stayed here for a wedding and had such a good experience we came back a year later, and I have no doubt we’ll be looking to return again. Page Terrace may list as a 2-star, but it punches well above its weight. The rooms are indeed excellent, great view and pool, and everyone wants to be there, both staff and guests. The staff is, indeed, remarkably friendly and accommodating. It’s a refreshingly grounded, human place on the main tourist trap street. They are a spectacular hotel, incredible value, and deserve to have the “no vacancy” sign lit year round.

My family has been coming here for decades. Now my husband & I come here. The Page has the best staff, cleanest rooms, best location & the prices cannot be beat. Not once in all the year's have I seen or heard a staff member being rude. Everyone treats the guests so respectful ly. I would give the Page Terrace 10 stars if it was an option. Cudos, Christine & Arthur!!!!

Not a Five Star Motel, but a Five Star place. The boutique motel right on the beach with small cooking facilities in the rooms make this place awesome! Staff is great. Pool is great! Just plain nice!

I used to come here with my family growing up and had the most incredible times and memories. Now I come here as an adult with my partner and continue to have the best time. Family owned and family friendly. I will never stay anywhere else! I love it here. Best location to everything you need. I'm already planning my next trip back.

We enjoy Page Terrace so much! Already booked next year before leaving. Great veiw of Sunset weather from the beach, deck, pool, or our room!;)

Our adult children are coming to visit us in May. We walked in to rent 4 separate rooms for a Thursday through Sunday. (Not a holiday weekend) The lady at the front desk said they only had 3 rooms available, as they had other guests checking out & checking in on the Saturday during our dates. We agreed that 2 of them could just stay together in the 2 queen room, and that we would be fine with just the 3 rooms. The lady then keeps looking at her ledger and says, "We'll pass. We don't let people check out on Sundays." Really????? But 90 seconds ago you just said people are checking in And out on the Saturday??!! Why did she waste our time when she knew the dates and days from the get-go? I guess they don't need the business. Luckily for them, they'll never get mine and I'll never send anyone to them. It worked out well though. We received exceptionally better service at the Bilmar right next door. It also has superior rooms and amenities, and was less expensive than the rude Page Terrace. Update to Page Terrace's response to my review: At no point were we disrespectful to the lady behind the desk. We said we'd take the 3 rooms available, and then she says "no." Nice try, though.

We absolutely love staying at Page Terrace! The location is perfect for what we like to do. The beach is always perfect, the pool is heated, which is nice because we go in January. All of the staff is so nice and personable. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. We always stay on the 3rd floor because of the huge balcony! Our only downfall is no elevator, but Arthur helped us carry up our big suitcases. Thank you!! See you in January!!

Owner is awesome. She keeps her Page Terrace Beachfront Hotel neatly organized and spotless clean. Friends stay when they come into the area for a visit and we all love the rooms, pool and beach. Walking to restaurants, stores, drugstore, and casual walking / running. Great Staycation!

Another Hidden Gem 🤫 Located on our favourite area Gulf Coast Room, Service and Location Superb Very Friendly atmosphere and great staff. Have stayed in Treasure Island over many years, this is now our favourite 👍 Stayed in nearby Bilmar often, but no customer loyalty or recognition RickyT great bar and food with live music across the road as is a Walmart.

Great location, nice pool (very deep), loads of loungers/seating/tables. Very quiet and relaxing. Lots of easy parking spaces. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ha e stayed many years at Page Terrace. Author and Christine are the nicest people. Very acomdating. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. Situated on the beach tou could not ask for a better place to stay

I love the Page and has been my go to every May. The staff and other guest are awesome. We have formed friendships over the last Ten plus years with our visits. The Page Terrace has a quite and relaxing atmosphere , close to everything you need.

Super clean rooms, great staff, clean pool, close to stores and restaurants. You can tell they get alot of regular guests who are super friendly. We felt very welcomed there. Great hotel on the beach

Let me start with the staff. Whether it is by phone or in person the staff at check in is always cordial and knowledgeable. The cleaning crew is efficient and friendly. The location is excellent! It’s only a few steps to the walkway onto the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The view from our room to the Gulf is amazing! Page Terrace is our go-to hotel on Treasure Island!

I found this place driving by about 10 years ago. It is family owned and well priced. Very friendly employees and very clean. I have stayed here probably a total of 10 -15 times. I love the area so much my husband and I bought a place and now go down once a month but always recommend Page Terrace to family and friends. Perfect location and sunset views.
