There is no elevator. You must carry the your heavy suitcase yourself on the stairs. Dinner was very bad. There was only fish. Food allergy is a reality and you should realize it !..

Nice hotel in a very good location, very close to the center of Trebinje. We stayed there for 3 nights, the room as can be seen in the pictures below it was descent for the price, obviously the hotel isn't a 4 star hotel and has to be changed to 2 or 3 stars hotel. The air-condition was working perfectly, the bed was ok and the room in general was clean. It needs renovation especially the floor and a new television (they had an old CRT TV). It has to be mentioned that there wasn't an elevator but there were two guys who were helping everyone with their luggages.

This hotel is a very bad choice. We went on a school trip there. The staff is very rude. They don't change the dirty towels with clean ones and they don't take out the trash. The lobby employee doesn't speak english. People come in our rooms without knocking by using their own keys. The wifi is very bad. The food is untasty. There is no elevator. Some rooms smell very bad and some have bees in them and the staff doesn't do anything about it. Some hairdryers don't even work. The windows are very old, so the rooms are always very cold and everytime someone opens the front door, the windows open by themselves.

I stayed at this hotel recently with a group, and we had a mixture of experiences. We were thrilled by the hotel's exceptional location, nestled by a tranquil river, and its close proximity to the city centre. This made it incredibly convenient for us to venture out and explore the local area. The breakfast service was quite decent, offering a variety of choices to kickstart our days. However, this was where the positive aspects of our stay ended, and we started to encounter issues. We were rather disappointed with the level of service from some staff members. We felt their attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, which was not what we expected from a service industry. We hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving staff training for better guest experiences. Furthermore, we noticed cleanliness was not up to the mark in our rooms. We found stains on the bed sheets and mould in the shower - definitely not something we wished to encounter during our stay. The dinner served at the hotel was merely passable, lacking the taste and presentation we expected. Our group experienced several technical difficulties as well, such as malfunctioning AC units, problematic door locks, and ineffective fridges. While the location and accessibility of the hotel are commendable, the lapses in service, cleanliness, and maintenance are considerable drawbacks. We sincerely hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

They shouted to each other and maybe to us, we couldn't understand, they spoke only to their language. 4. Breakfast was OK, but dinner was really bad. 5. The rooms was old and dirty. We went with group and every room had a problem. We had dirty bed sheets. The shower and the fridge were full of mold. I don't recommend it. Go somewhere else!

Its very old it needs renovation,rooms are outdated windows dont work and shower cant close properly. Location is very good and you are near everything. We were ther on the school trip but personali i would not select this hotel.

They didn't want to give us dinner food because we missed the hotel's dinner time (21.00) by 10 minutes. Then they gave food (only fish), but we will not forget the unhappy and bad service of the waiters.

sewage smell at bathroom; old worn furniture and accesories, warm good shower, excellent location close to many restaurants and events, fair cleaning at rooms. Fair breakfast relative to other Balkan 4 star hotels.

The rooms are too small and very dirty. Dusty walls, cobwebs in the corners of the room. The beds are uncomfortable. I don't recommend it

Little worn out, old, russian style hotel. Location is great by the river. Just across the river is old town. Takes you about 5 min. to walk there.

The personnel are super-super helpful and hospitable. The rooms somewhere need to be improved. The shower cabin should be cleaned from fungus, and locks on the some doors should be repaired (few persons in our group had problems with closing/opening doors). Although I need to notice, that for all reported problems a solution has been found.

Trebinje is a dreamy place!! The hotel room was nice, roomy, air conditioned, with functioning fridge. Dinner was moderate to poor, breakfast was a bit better. I would go again because I fell for the picturesque town.

The hotel is old building but they do renivations. Rooms are small but the staff is very nice and polite that makes you welcomed

This is a cheap hotel,actually 3 stars ,not 4 as they claim (doesn't even have elevator) which provides basic things. It's clean, the location is very good ,near the center of Trebinje, the staff is friendly.On the other hand the food isn't tasty, wi-fi is weak ,the hotel needs renovation (very old building from the 60s), the balcony was rather dangerous (balcony railings too low).If you need a cheap hotel near the center of Trebinje this is a good choice.

There was a constant bad smell from the toilet, and both the fan and the fridge were so loud that one couldn't keep them on at night. Which made them unusable. The mattress in our room was way too soft. The food was neither good nor bad. What made things much better was the hospitality of the staff.

The hotel is at a very good location to the city center, the view in the garden is exquisite.
