I don't know how much times they used their oil for frying other foods for this chicken to taste horrible

This branch is when they're serving, the fries aren't always hot even if you request for newly cook fries, and drinks are tasteless. It looks like they put water in the coke, like that coke has no spirit, and are you saving for ice because all i see is 4 small goddam ice cube with a large coke in couple of minutes the ice is gone or vanish into the thin air? the service is good, and the atmosphere is great; it's just the fries and drinks you better check it out.

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, big french fries and matcha for take out. When I got home, I found out that there were no cheese at all in the cheeseburgers😟 what happened?

No breakfast at all today. Too much shipment was the excuse. As a matter of fact, 4 of the last five times I've been to this location, they were out of coffee or the breakfast items that I wanted. New location hasn't translated into better customer service. Someone there isn't cutting the mustard and should be removed as soon as possible because they are not good for business, period.

All is great...please visit. No regrets after.
