Paguei 7 reais em uma garrafinha de água, preço extremamente surreal. Além disso, mesmo com preços exorbitantes de tudo (e pouca concorrência na rodoviária) havia apenas uma funcionária cuidando de tudo - do caixa, servindo e até limpando! Aumenta ainda mais minha indignação com esses preços altos e exploração de mão de obra… não compro mais e jamais indico!

The worst service at the Campinas bus station, very expensive prices, spoiled and old snacks. Employees speaking badly about managers, I simply don't recommend it, I gave it one star because there's no way to give it zero. Leave the bus station, cross the street which has much cheaper and fresher snacks, even the street vendors at the bus station have better service and sell better snacks. They should close the place down.

The prices are very expensive and there is no other cafe to compete with. I bought a cappuccino and they just gave me milk and coffee! I paid 12 reais for the ham and cheese roll and it came with a ton of filling. Second time I eat at this place and I don't recommend it at all!

If there are professionals to destroy the image of a place, you just found it. Staff are rude, debauched and not at all concerned with providing good service. Poor quality products. Hoje, dia 16/09 às 10 horas da manhã, a mulher que estava atendendo recusou vender 01 salgado, para minha mãe idosa que ia viajar, ela estava com 6 minutos para o ônibus sair, essa mulher extremamente mal educada falou pra aguardar 1 minuto, passou 3, eu expliquei que o ônibus estava quase saindo e só queria um salgado, ela virou e disse que estava tirando mais salgados e que era pra eu aguardar, porque se me atendesse o salgado que ela estava tirando ia esfriar, insisti e ela virou as costas e não vendeu. Terrível. Não coloque seus pés aqui. Não quer trabalhar, tem que queira.

Fui na manhã de 1/3/23 e me surpreendeu as 3 funcionárias estarem discutindo o desconto de tiveram no vale alimentação em vez de atender os clientes. Além de mim mais 3 pessoas foram embora pq as funcionárias não atenderam. Se é para manter um lugar assim melhor fechar de vez!
