Lets start with the fact that the 4 star rating "Mi Chelle" works at the front office and isnt a resident. As well as the fact that almost all of the good rating for this place arent from real residents. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place will screw you over and take every dime you have. Don't move here, I'm so glad to be done with them.

I have had a great experience! From my first communication with the rental office to those who responded to my first work order everyone has been knowledgeable and have taken care of any issues very quickly. I’m very happy and the staff here have been amazing and respectful. Moving in has gone very smooth and I would definitely recommend Matheson apartments to my family and friends!

The Matheson is an amazing place to live! We have a three bedroom apartment and we love it. The design is beautiful, the open concept makes our living area much larger than it really is, and the appliances are top-notch. Step outside your apartment and you will find beautifully manicured gardens, a lovely pool, and a state-of the-art fitness center. The office staff members are amazing and take their time to meet everyone’s needs. Michelle honored the original price on our lease even though we were out of country and James took his valuable time to set up our Dwelo and RentCafe accounts on our personal devices. Once you move into an apartment you are often forgotten, but at the Matheson you are really treated like family. The office staff are excellent with sending out emails regarding construction, maintenance concerns, and fun activities. We couldn’t be happier with living here!

The experience i had with the tour that Audrey gave me and my girlfriend was awesome. Every question and concern was answered quickly and with knowledge. I had questions on the application process Audrey and James assisted with professionalism and courtesy. With all the amenities and great staff that the Matheson apartments shown me I can't wait to move in. I would refer anyone to them. Great job Matheson!

Great place to live! Any issues we have had were handled professionally and in timely fashion. I feel safe living here and for me, that is very important!!!

We have been here a year and have had no major issues. We love it here. The office staff is awesome. Our maintenance crew is quick to respond and address issues. We’ve never had this great of an experience with any place we’ve lived before.

The apartments are very nice. I just wish they were more child friendly. For example, all of the door handles are pull handles and can be easly unlocked on both sides (to include the exterior doors) by my 2 year old without assistance. Also the thromstat is easly accessible to my 2 year old due to its low location on the wall. Other than that, no complaints.
