Cannot explain how awful their service is. Went to get a pair of glasses for my mom. 1. They have a sophisticated machine for finding the eye sight but the technician was either high on weed or was not a real technician. He kept on asking the same question again and again to my mom who told him they she was sick. 2. The sales guy (older gentleman) is the worst sales person I've seen. I do not use glasses and know the different types. Instead of explaining this to me he was condensing and asked me technical questions on features. When I told him to explain he never did. Finally after we ordered the glasses and when it finally came, it turned out to be a large pair which is does not fit my mom's face. They completely forgot to take our request to make the glasses smaller. These kind of old business who do not care about customers and their needs are bound to go out of business. I'll never visit this again or suggest this to any of my friends.

Such a POOR experience from the store manager while i gone for the after sales service. Ray ban glass are so poor quality and not upto any standards, i havent got my issue covered under guarantee and they dont support the customers at all even they say they are sure wheather it will be returned. They told me one more thing for makeing me buy a new glass like it will take a long time for checking guarantee

I have visited today for getting eye glass for my younger daughter. Shop provided wit all types of optical product's. They are also working on Sundays. Prices of optical products are moderate. Customer service is also good. I recommend this shop for all your purchase of eye glass.

I visited this shop today for a frame and lens. The salesperson who came to see me was attempting to impose his theory on me. he argued that I could not use the same lens for reading, mobile screen reading, and PC monitor, where as I had been using the same lens for all these since the last few years. When I was adamant that I buy a single lens irrespective of all these theories, he somewhat agreed. When I almost finalised the frame, then came his next theory, that they couldn't deliver the fitted frame on the same day even though it is a simple lens, requiring 4 to 5 days. When I argue that others deliver the final product on the same day, he says here, we are like this only! I left the shop and visited George's Vision Plus at MG Road. I ordered a frame with my likes and a specific lense. Voila! They delivered the same by evening. Customer service sucks here.

I was most satisfied with their service to the customers, the workers who knew the needs of the customers and were able to select the product, and the new types of products. Their ability to clearly understand the pros and cons of the item being purchased should certainly be appreciated...

My experience with Lens and Frames Thrissur is excellent. I have been wearing lenses for past 35 years and since the last 10 years, I approach lens and frames whenever there is requirement to change lenses or frames. The customer service is exceptionally good. There are good choces for frames. Further pricing also I find very reasonable. Hence 5 stars
