I was stayed here just one day. Its value for money. rooms are so clean and hygienic. best for family traveler. having the facilities what we expected for a 3 star hotel. food is also good. but only disappointment is, on buffet break fast they won't fill items quickly. better you go earlier (8 am). I give 4.5/5 for this hotel. (its a non-veg hotel but providing veg also)

Rooms and bathrooms are neat. But in morning free breakfast plates are not properly cleaned and old plates are in table. Not hygiene. Ac also in rooms not properly cool. Old ac.

Located bang on a busy junction. Srirangam Temple is about 2 kms is a plus. Houses a popular non veg restaurant in a premises works against the in house guests. The food gets exhausted during my stay. The morning "buffet" is complimentary. It is not worth paying anyway. Friendly staff compensate for the other downsides that go with the design of the hotel. Whenever I build a hotel I would definitely hire the photographer who clicked pictures on the website. He is worthy of every rupee. Having said that, there are no other viable choices if you want to stay close to the temple and also want good connectivity to other places.

On 14th evening we have checked in... Next day morning at 500am we have to leave for Sri rangam temple dharshan... I could sleep up to 1230am. From 1230am onwards Carpenters were working on the 3rd floor...we were in 2nd floor room no 203 Just the were hitting and cutting the wood even up to morning 330am Worst experience in my life ever.... Even they dont have humanitarian thinking that people are sleeping. ... Horrible Parthiban vkm

Booked this hotel through make my trip for a recent temple visit with family. The hotel is strategically near major temples like Srirangam and Thiruvanaikovil and is also very approachable. There is parking in the Basement, but a bit difficult for new drivers. The staff are very approachable and helping. They did more than we asked for and very courteous. The Kannappa hotel serves very delicious food which we had for 2 days and really liked it for dinner(veg and non veg). Morning complimentary breakfast has a good spread. Tea and coffee are top notch. Will defenitely recommend this place for all travellers.

Had a Pleasant stay, only draw back I found from the property is the availability of parking and also the suite room number 111 was next to the bridge, gets bit noisy when you are trying to have a NAP.

Pros- 1)Very clean, well maintained, spaceous rooms with king sized bed, can easily accommodate 3 adults 2)well behaved and professional front desk and housekeeping employees. 3)super amazing food. We just had breakfast, wide range of items (french toast, doughnuts, pancakes, banana pound cake, idly, Vada, khara Pongal, vermicelli upma, sambar, chutney, tea coffee, juice etc etc) 4) the main gate security cleaned our car very well on request, we tipped him. 5) well spaced parking area in the basement 6) just 5 min walk to Jambukeshwar temple Cons: 1)It's difficult to keep your car outside the hotel for a long time as no space , very narrow road 2)their room tarrifs are very weird, unreasonable and not acceptable. They charge by number of adults for the same room. You give us the same space and facilities. We can adjust the number of people as we want. How can you charge us for more people? They really need to change this

We stayed here for one night on our way from Munnar to Chennai. This is exactly on the highway, just 50 mtrs down on the service road. The stay was comfortable. There's a restaurant inside the hotel with the name Kunapaa. The food is good here. While they are known for their non vegetarian varities, they also serve veg meals. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable and had stable wifi. The staff are very polite and helpful. We had requested an extra bed and they provided a rolling bed instead of just a mattress on the floor, which I appreciated very much. There were complimentary toiletries as well as complimentary water bottles and coffee/tea. The location is very convenient too, it is a short 5 minute walk to the Thiruvanaikaval temple. Overall, very satisfied with the stay and will return here for future stays.

This is not surrounded by good areas around. It's under the bridge and the outer area does not have parking facilities . We have taken 2 rooms for one night. We were not greatly satisfied. The hot water was not hot though , rooms were not so tidy , especially the bedspreads were dusty . The lobby is used as a store room I believe , bcoz nearly 5 to 6 dusty beds were placed in front of our room and lots of lizards were running here and there from that lot. The lobby was too smelly as I saw other room person leaving the used plates and it was not cleaned until morning and the smell evolved. The breakfast buffet served was adjustable.

Cons: Limited parking space Limited dinner options post 8:30 in the restaurant. Only option left was Noodles and Tandoori Roti which was not baked well and had to be sent back.

This is one of the worst place to book ,we had a very bad service , we checked in three hours after checkin time and still the rooms were not ready .one of the rooms had lizard and we asked for change of room and the other room air condition wasn’t and called maintenance - it took almost maintenance 1.5 hrs to get AC working . With all elders they did not even bother to ensure guests are comfortable . There weren’t any bucket or basic things in bathroom for elders and we had to call every time for tissue paper or basic things that weren’t available. They said wifi and parking available both were not available . I thought this will be a decent hotel during hour trip to stay with elders it’s pathetic and the reception lobby folks don’t know how to talk mainly the lady Kasturi . They did not even reduce anything due to the pathetic service and mental trauma they caused to me and elderly parents . Pls avoid this place .. only positive was the bell boy satish who was smiling and helpful when I asked . Highly pathetic place . Front desk folks called the manager or OM - Jeya - after we pushed many times to talk and they also did not even bother to respond and did not pick up call when we tried . Total irresponsible behavior and treatment to guests. PLS AVOID THIS PATHETIC PLACE NOT RECOMMENDED!! Not even 1 star as the lower star options not available

A lovely place and very warm people- just adjacent to Thiruvanaikaval temple. Mr. Joe manager, receptionist Ms Subeda and Mr. Ganesh took good care of us. Food was also tasty and served with love. Rooms well maintained and clean A little difficult to manoeuvre your vehicle in the narrow street and a steep driveway- need to be a good driver- they do have personnel to valet park Thankyou Grand Acardia Srirangam - They have another branch Grand Gardenia near Trichy junction

One of the best affordable range hotel in Trichy... Highly impressed with the room cleanliness and other amenities provided in the room... Only drawback of the hotel is it's location... If the vehicle part is taken care, then it's a must try hotel accommodation in Trichy.

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Stayed between 3rd to 5th December 2022..Breakfast buffet is good. Restuarant in the ground floor is a treat to Non veg lovers.

Very nice hotel. Staffs at reception and restaurant are very cordial, cooperative and polite. Room is very comfortable and the bathroom is maintained neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and stomach friendly. In case of next opportunity, definitely prefer to stay here.

The staffs were very inefficient, incapable. In spite of making the full payment 20 days prior to the check in, towards the booking, the hotel people has troubled our guests for payment at the time check in at 1 am early in the morning. Even I spoke to the hotel person before our guest check in to ensure a hassle free check in. Even when I told her that we made the payment on so & so date, she is least bothered to check the mail. The hotel is good but because of these kind of inefficient staffs spoils the reputation of the hotel very badly.

The rooms are cleaner and they serve good breakfast, as well as a good restaurant attached for foods their room service also good. But the staffs are really inefficient and there is no clear process on handling guests during booking, check in and check out. I made the booking through phone, they assured they will send the booking detail through Whatsapp which they didn't. I was kept under uncertainty till I reach the hotel and the booking details were not confirmed in written. During checkin, they collected our IDs, address and so on. They called us again to confirm the kids age, then called again to tell us there is a increase in rent and again called us to ask when is out check out, total pathetic. They didn't return our original IDs during the check in process which I also forgot to ask. They returned it while checkout, what kind of process is it?, They hold me during checkout for a missing plastic coffee mug, which may cost 20 rupees, even though I told them we would send it with the plates we returned. The hotel is nice, but the staffs make it worst experience

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Not big and not small. Quite decent. Parking is very tough if you go by big cars or SUV. Only non-veg restaurant available but veg foods are served and also good. Morning complimentary breakfast is served with a good number of dishes which is good. Have free wifi but the signal is poor in some rooms.

This is my 4th stay in this hotel. I prebooked 2 weeks before the rooms. I booked 2 rooms. The receptionist Subeida reluctantly said that there was one room ready and to take other room in next floor with 2 separate beds. Next issue was AC and TV batteries didn’t work and we have to keep calling them to make it work. The solar in bathroom was Not at all working and we had to bath in cold water. The main issue is none of them bothered to make these issues right. Parking is a big issue here. I will never choose this hotel in future. Beware of all these issues before booking.

The positives -The free breakfast buffet was really good. The variety in the menu and the taste, both were good, even better than we expected. The Kannappa restaurant in their ground floor was also a good place for spicy food at reasonable rates. -The room was clean. -The staff was responsive. The negatives -We chose this place for a quick single day's stay. This is barely a 3 star hotel. It was clean, but don't expect luxury in the rooms, they cover just the basics of comfort. Their lift was very small. -I saw in the reviews that they have limited basement parking, so I checked with them about our parking availability when I made my reservation and they assured me that they had space available for us. They had accommodation for our driver also. All was well when we checked in, but when we came back at night after our outing and dinner, they had given our parking space to another guest and the security rudely asked us to park outside. We took up the issue immediately with the front desk and the manager met with us, he did apologize and accept that it was their mistake, and managed to make parking space for our car in their basement parking. Hopefully they learn from this.

Stayed for 3 days. (4th to 6th Feb,2022) Rooms are very spacious and clean. Reception/Front desk: The hospitality of the staffs are excellent. Particularly Divya and Swetha,( the "Girls on the wheel" ) and Ganesh. Doing all kind of helps to the guests from check in to check out.. House keeping: Very neat and cleaned rooms. Prompt cleaning is done. I appreciate the services of Kasthuri, "The Clean Lady". Prices: Some people commented that room rates are high comparing to other hotels and recommended for reduction of prices. Me also agree with their views. To the comments the management also agreed to consider. Hope they will do it possitively. Complementary Breakfast: Lot of varieties Very good and tasty. Staffs are very kind. To say particularly Yuvaraj. Kannappa Restaurant: Foods are very good and tasty. I am vegetarian and so I can not comment on non-veg items. Services are good including room service. Particularly Karthik, Sridhar and Kathiravan. Car Parking: Here is the problem. There is no adequate space for car parking which is located on the basement. This hotel is located by the service road of a flyover. So car parking is not possible on the service road. I have discussed this issue with Mr. Madhan, Manager. He is a very nice man. He explained me the actions taken by the management for resolving this issue. They are discussing with the near by land owners to buy some land to resolve this. Conclusion: We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Enjoyed good services and tasty food. I like to stay here again whenever I visit Trichy and recommend others also. Poomari/Rajapalayam

Nice place to stay for a short period. Room is clean. Employees are helpful. Complimentary BF is very good, and lot of varieties available. Especially Mr.Kartick at dinning hall is much obliged. Overall a good place to stay with family.

Infact, all the reviews written are true in one way. The hotel is very clean, linen fantastic and bathroom really good. TV, fridge, night lamp, AC works in first switch on. Breakfast is good. Only problem is with the location. If you take the room near to the bridge, the constant movement of traffic disturbs you whole night. Take a room away. However at 5am, the neighbourhood mosque starts the prayers and will definitely wake you up. As i am supposed to wake up, it was good for me :-)

This is also one of the best hotels to stay in srirangam, but a bit expensive. The amenities are great. The rooms are so spacious and washrooms are neat and also premium. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Parking is poor and the breakfast buffet is very standard with limited options. Prices can be compared with the websites. Nice comfortable hotel with a good restaurant in Srirangam area of Triuchirappalli popularly known as Trichi. Nice & cosy rooms with room service. It’s one of the hotel near Two big temples can be visited. Also close to Srirangam railway station. Just out side on a walk of few hundred meters you can City buses to various parts of City. Or local Auto can arranged easily. Good breakfast and value for your money 💰

Liked my stay here. Walking distance to Jambukeshwarar Temple at Srirangam. Also on my request hotel staff arranged for a good guide. There was a bit goof up on the fridge and telecom (both were not plugged in properly) And some prasadam coconuts from previous Shiva temple darshan's as l was doing a Panchamahabhuta Temple circuit got wasted. But barring that hitch overall liked experience including the hospitality of the hotel staff.

The rooms were nice. Everyone is so very nice in grand Arcadia. We had a little bit of a bad experience with one of the people in kanniah's restaurant who was very rude. Think this is just with one particular person.

Very comfortable stay near the temples. The attached restaurant is good. The frontdesk service could be much better. Parking space is feasible only for smaller cars, despite being tricky.

Hotel was at a great location. Very clean, neat, service was good and breakfast was good. Its in between Srirangam and Thiruvanaikaval temple. They have a good restaurant.

Nice location every temple is nearby and food is delicious however amenities are very limited although hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

This hotel is located on NH-81, next to the Thiruvanaikoil overbridge. Google maps location will mislead you , as there is no proper sign boards on how to get to the service road. If you are planning for Srirangam temple visit this is quite closer, just 3kms away from temple. They have limited parking space in the basement, maybe 5 or 6 cars can be accommodated. This could be an issue during rush hours and will spoil your holiday mood. Room facilities can be rated as normal, they provide bath linen & accessories, mineral water. Complimentary breakfast is provided in the restaurant, food is good.

I had booked 3 executive rooms.and i reached hotel ath 5 pm.and still i need to wait for 45 min as rooms are not ready.also room service is very poor.not providing the kits.

A hidden gem for sure. Absolute value for money, neat clean and good looking rooms, was equipped with a kettle and items to make tea. Hot water was available too for bathing. The tea ordered was off but. Good service too, we were served complimentary cookies as well.

Booked based on reviews. But I suspect the reviews are based on the food in the restaurant attached. Location : on the service road by a flyover; the basement design will not allow access for larger SUV. No parking nearby Rooms: clean , spacious , some have the kitchen exhaust just outside the window and can be noisy. Breakfast : was out early all the days I stayed and did not have , can’t comment Restaurant: here is the issue , it appears to be a popular non veg joint. Judging by the number of clients and Zomato orders going out. Which means if you came back tired and hungry the veg options will leave you hungry and irritated. Better to eat elsewhere and come back. Surprisingly even the afternoon veg meals were just passable.
