Well designed structure, with LED lightings all over the place. Restroom facilities for men and women are available. Shops are also inbuilt inside the building.

Good. Maintainence also good. Then and there cleaning should be done by civic authority ie corporation. Otherwise catering needs of Trichy people.

this is not a bus stand.. this is garbage storing place...worst place i had ever seen..kindly make this place clean...

Chatram Bus Stand is the second Bus terminal for Trichy. Situated Near Main Guard Gate (walkable distance to Rockfort Temple). You can get the buses frequently to All over Trichy. Bus services available for all tourist places such as Srirangam, Samayapuram, Thiruvanaikaval, Vayalur, Mukkombu, etc. (Now it is closed & being constructed under Smart City Scheme).

Even though this is a small bus station, more number of bus routes are well controlled. But information centers are not up to the mark. I liked it. Cleanly maintained.

It is under renovation and all local buses will come to this bus stand. Government and private Buses to Ariyalur,jeyamkondam, Chidambaram,pullambadi,Perambalur,thuraiyur and to all the near by villages will start from here and it will be opened 24/7. Outstation buses will also come here before going to central bus stand.

Visited this place couple of days ago. I really liked the availability of buses and that too the frequency. We got perfect buses to nearby places. There's a market just beside where we found good produce as well. It's crowded in the peak hours but still a delightful place.
