A wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the bus-stand or the railway station. Clean and well lit rooms which are quite spacious. The staff are quite friendly and approachable too. Only drawback is the lack of car parking and access to the hotel by a car. However, you get ample parking space in the new bus-stand car parking which is quite close to this hotel. A few points for development/ improvement would be that the hotel can offer to place towels and soaps in the bathrooms and maybe place a kettle in the room if the guests are looking to have hot water. PS - see if you can get Room 205 or any room on higher floors ending in 5 for a spectacular view of the Rock Fort.

Parking not available, rooms very tiny. Staffs rude. Location bad. Never include breakfast in booking. They will provide cheap 55 Rs breakfast in the room. It was a family stay for a day with my old parents, wife and 9 month old daughter.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel grand stay Trichy. The experience was marred by several issues that need your immediate attention. Firstly, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. Upon reaching the hotel at 5:45 pm, we were treated rudely despite informing the hotel about our delayed arrival due to traffic. The staff claimed to have canceled our room, even though the booking app showed our reservation as confirmed until 11:00 pm. Furthermore, the staff's unprofessionalism continued as we were asked to move away and were subjected to derogatory remarks. It was disappointing to receive unofficial messages about the cancellation, adding to the confusion. The alternative room provided was subpar compared to our booked deluxe room. The room was small, the door lock was troublesome, and the bathroom had a leaking tap. We were also charged an extra amount of 1700, whereas our booking through the app was for a deluxe room at 1500. The entire experience left us frustrated, and the staff's lack of customer service skills was evident. As individuals working in the customer service field, we believe in the importance of treating customers with respect and understanding. The way we were treated does not align with basic hospitality standards. We hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services and prevent such incidents from happening to other guests. Room was new. Bathroom was clean. AC worked fine.👌 Only 1000 rps from online booking. Overall it looked so clean. But...... So many ants in the room. Ants were on my bed and even on my body when I woke up. I found 2 cockroach on the bed as well 😭 No hot water shower. They provided filter drinking water. Location was good. In a quiet alley but close to bus station, restaurants and rock fort. I have sent Whatsapp messages to the manager. Buy he never replied. The counter staff has very cold attitude.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and polite staff. Car parking not available on the site but they have option nearby walking distance. Perfect place for people travelling by bus and for those landing in chathiram bus stand. You cannot find a better hotel at this price in the locality. Would surely recommend to everyone to visit.

Booked stay for 2 days very budget friendly compared to other stays in the locality . Room keeping service was excellent and rooms were maintained very clean . Also it was located in the heart of city so other places in the city are easily accessible . Overall fully satisfied with the hospitality.

POSITIVES : 1)Best for the budget 2)Very near to chatram bus stand 3)24 hour check in when you book over phone 4) No parking, but not a problem who take up cabs/autos, very easy to approach from main road NEGATIVES : 1) They will say hot water is for 24 hours, but we need to tell them to switch on whenever required, you will not hot water till 4:30 in the morning, so early temple visits can be compromised. 2) The staff are mixed behaviour, some are ready to help, some have worst attitude 3) They take group booking for many tourists who flood in large numbers(who prefer to take this hotel for very less budget), so any body like familes, tourists, staying already are not considered, cleanliness cycle is compromised. 4)Not worth to extend the stay beyond 24 hours,

We had a wonderful experience staying at Grand Stay. They scored in cleanliness, welcoming and good hospitality. My suggestion is to improve ventilation in non-a/c rooms and keep a kettle for hot water. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

For the budget rate, it is a great place to stay. Clean Restrooms and no major complaints. Never stayed in a place before like this for such a cheaper Budget. Only disadvantage is no parking space available if you have personal vehicles. You can enquire with the staff upfront. Didn't try the food though. However this hotel is in closer proximity with better restaurants around .

Stayed for a day. The service given by Mr Santosh was good and accommodating. They even loaded our luggages onto our vehicle. It's a decent place to stay although the lane leading to the hotel is narrow and not accessible by vehicle but shouldn't be a problem to carry the luggage in and out as the path is smooth and the staffs are willing to help us. Anyway it's a good location for shopping as you can walk around lanes. You even can stitch saree blouses beside the hotel. There are many tailoring shops. Worth staying in this hotel. Hotel is clean. WiFi is very good. Even TV is working well.

Good budget hotel but difficult to find. Google maps show the wrong roads. One has to get down near Kalyan jewellers and walk on the narrow side lane to reach. Rooms have an ac, cable tv, hot water in the bathroom. There are no restaurants but there are several good ones nearby. The staff is good and courteous.

I stayed here for the weekend. This is a newly built property. It's near to St. Joseph college situated in the heart of the city. I had an amazing stay here. The staff was very welcoming, the hotel had all the amenities, rooms were clean and hygienic. I dont know about any other place in Tamil Nadu but if I visit Tiruchirappalli, I will be staying with Grand Stay. Highly Recommended for business travellers.

It was pleasant nice stay, It has located in the hot of the city & 5 mins walkable to distance to malakottai temple. It’s newly opened and room service was so good. For family superb cool stay..!!

Decent hotel for stay. But absolutely no parking at all… not well connected by road. Four wheeler Parking is the bigger concern between 10am to 9pm. Later street parking is available. DO NOT FOLLOW MAPS ALL THE WAY TO THE HOTEL. you should at Kalyan jewlers and walk last few meters

The hotel is located in a narrow lane behind Kalyan Jewellers adjacent to Indira Gandhi College at a 10 minutes walking distance from Chathram Bus Stand (local buses start from here) The AC was clean, compact and cute with a very clean rest room. Hot water is available in the rest room. No towels, soap, shampoo, drinking water will be provided. The reception gentleman Mr.Santhosh was very friendly and helpful. We cannot get any room service. One needs to go out for even tea or coffee. No car parking facility. The rooms are budget friendly.

Near to Trichy bus stand but little bit difficult to find out. Near to Kalyan Jewellers. Rooms are neat and clean. Don't choose room number 402, if you are going with pair, being it is in the terrace area. No parking is available.

The rooms are good and clean. There are new rooms. We 4 people were staying in 1 room whose rent for 24 hours was Rs 2100. And since the hotel is near the bus station and market, you can go for a walk and shopping anytime.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel for a bikepacker to stay in. They had no problems with me bringing my bicycle into my room. Clean water is available. Like many places, towels are not great and there is no toilet paper, but I am sure they would help you if you asked. I was able to check out at 4.30 AM without upsetting anyone.

I booked an AC room for 3 people by calling the hotel and paid advance also. But they called me 4 hrs before the check-in time and said they can only provide a non AC room. But when I went there and saw the room it was very small and only 2 people could accommodate it. When I ask the receptionist he is saying he doesn't know anything. When I asked again about the issue he started threatening all the guests. The receiponist is very rude to all the guests. Even 1 start is more the room and experience that I had with this hotel. This hotel simply deserve 0 star rating.

Located at prime area. Very clean and neat environment. Hospitality is first class. You ll get treated as you are in your relatives home visit. Reception guys did an amazing job! Liked it 🙂

Brand New Hotel with all amenities and very close to the Chathiram Bus Stand, Sarathas, Pothus, Mangal & Mangal and all shopping stores. Just opposite to St. Joseph College with great connectivity.

I had booked two rooms for my family. When I arrived I was surprised to see I was given a room with a sharing bathroom with a Stanger. Moreover the room wasn't Ready like no soap/towels and water bottles etc. Everything was provided after we asked for it and the staff attitude wasn't great ( only one and the other one was helpful).
