Management,
I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
dissatisfaction
with
my
recent
stay
at
your
hotel
grand
stay
Trichy.
The
experience
was
marred
by
several
issues
that
need
your
immediate
attention.
Firstly,
the
staff's
behavior
was
unacceptable.
Upon
reaching
the
hotel
at
5:45
pm,
we
were
treated
rudely
despite
informing
the
hotel
about
our
delayed
arrival
due
to
traffic.
The
staff
claimed
to
have
canceled
our
room,
even
though
the
booking
app
showed
our
reservation
as
confirmed
until
11:00
pm.
Furthermore,
the
staff's
unprofessionalism
continued
as
we
were
asked
to
move
away
and
were
subjected
to
derogatory
remarks.
It
was
disappointing
to
receive
unofficial
messages
about
the
cancellation,
adding
to
the
confusion.
The
alternative
room
provided
was
subpar
compared
to
our
booked
deluxe
room.
The
room
was
small,
the
door
lock
was
troublesome,
and
the
bathroom
had
a
leaking
tap.
We
were
also
charged
an
extra
amount
of
1700,
whereas
our
booking
through
the
app
was
for
a
deluxe
room
at
1500.
The
entire
experience
left
us
frustrated,
and
the
staff's
lack
of
customer
service
skills
was
evident.
As
individuals
working
in
the
customer
service
field,
we
believe
in
the
importance
of
treating
customers
with
respect
and
understanding.
The
way
we
were
treated
does
not
align
with
basic
hospitality
standards.
We
hope
you
take
this
feedback
seriously
to
improve
your
services
and
prevent
such
incidents
from
happening
to
other
guests.
It
is
essential
to
uphold
the
reputation
of
your
establishment
and
ensure
that
all
guests
are
treated
with
courtesy
and
professionalism.
