One star is lacking ,only for: 1: sometimes there is a smell in the air of a large drain nearby. 2: The water supply in some houses is too dirty to use. Best surroundings and people and amenities and environment and greenery and access.

Location is very good. Just Beside of blue line Metro station. A big property with beautiful Greenery. Swimming pool not available. High Rise & Low Rise both buildings available. The Rent is High. But As a resident I am Fully Satisfied

Large residential soceity comprising of 1000+ flats. Located at the east end of Delhi, it is very near to the Noida border. The New Ashok Nagar metro station is only 50m away from the apartment. The flats are generally overpriced owing to the premium location. However, the flats are very old and cleanliness is an issue here.

This apartment is really beautiful from inside ❤️they have gated society with guard faculty over there ,near by metro station is new ashok nagar,every friday there is special market for affordable clothes , jwellery and so on.

It's a very old built society but it's very nice. The flats are good spacious and organised.

Society is old ,flat size are good.Issue with the maintenance of society.Highlight is metro gate is adjacent to society it make commuting super easy
