ROOM ARE GOOD THERE BUT IF YOU ARE BOOKING YOU STAY THROUGH OYO APP SO PLEASE DON'T MAKE PAYMENT FIRST, BUT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENT AND THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ROOM IF THE BOOKING AMOUNT IS LESS THEN 800, SO IF YOU ARE PLANING FOR GO THERE FIRSTLY CHECK THE ROOM PROPERLY THEN PAY THE AMOUNT. AND WHEN YOU DO CHECK OUT THEY WILL ASK FOR YOUR MOBILE PHONE SO THAT THEY CAN GIVE GOOD RATING TO THEMSELVES, SO DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE, THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY.

Low quality and third grade owner and despite taking telephonic confirmation of booking, they try to deny the booking. Owner was asking extra money for my pre booked room. Shamefully dirty bed linen and pillow cover. It is low quality and an OYO property, so what more you can expect.

Bohat hi ghatiya room aur hotel hai inke. Checkin denied by hotel manager in night. Started asking for more money or cancel the booking. Rooms were not clean. Beds has bugs and termite.

Booked for one day luckily as it was just worst experience and while booking only one deluxe room option was there and no other type of room was shown and the room was said to have ac, tv,and more. But when i got there the receptionist told me i had booked non ac room because i had payed less and if i pay more ill get an ac room. This thing of have different rates online and actually at the hotels is just worst things one can experience. Donno who is at fault but currently it is what it is. Rest u can see the rooms and all as i didn't talk about it as pictures says it all.

Hotel staff was rude... Hotel room was not clean, bathroom was also not clean... Bedsheet was also not clean...at the time of checkout hotel staff took my phone gave the 5 star to his hotel and service... Telephone was not there.. led was not working... online booking was not considered...they told us for offline booking.and we reached there before 30 minutes they ask for the extra payment... At the time of check-in he was on call he was doing delay... I was not happy with them

Good Hotel for couples.. they will charge you ₹800 and don't go on Sunday no rooms available.. but Rooms are clean service are very good.. food is good .. check-in check-out experience was Good Overall worthit for couples

I searched for OYO Rooms near to 24/30 Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III. All the time it showed me this hotel is near whereas it is 7 Kms away to my visiting place. How can one trust?

Worst experience. They demanded for more money. Pathetic service from oyo and hotel both. Without extra amount they don't provide hotel. They ask for 200 to 300 more Rupee's than the booking amount.

Oyo is providing faulty informations regarding hotels in Delhi specially when you try to get lowest tariff deals. Hotels are providing non-ac room instead of AC room as being advertised. You have to pay extra. This particular hotel has bad service & worst room. The only thing is reception a bit polite but they surely know about the rooms & condition & the difference of Oyo & service in real. Don't opt for this hotel in particular & avoid Oyo in Delhi if you don't want to end up paying extra.
