Room was clean and neat, room service is good. Mr. Alax one of the staff, I departed very late, I didn’t order dinner but He arranged me the best dinner . Sea wind directly coming to the balcony and nice beach 🏝️ view . clean room. clean swimming 🏊‍♀️ . swimming pool have a good beach view . they served a good breakfast.staffs are customer friendly and adjustable. they gave a best service. Value for money.

I had an amazing time at Trincomalee Beach Resort. The view from my room was incredible, overlooking the beautiful beach and the sparkling swimming pool. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, providing a perfect retreat. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was pure bliss. The swimming pool was refreshing and enjoyable, offering a great place to relax and cool off. The resort's surroundings were filled with adorable animals like ducks, bunnies, a deer, and turkeys, which added an extra touch of charm. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic and memorable solo getaway. I was not disappointed.

We had a very bad experience with the hotel ,after booking an advance and booking the 2 rooms for 2 days once we arrived there lift has broken down. Since we had a family member who can't climb stairs up and down continuously we requested for a refund and they 1st refused where we had to ask for a higher management staff that came in still was reluctant tried to pay only a part of the advance where we had to demand and get the full refund. Over all we give this hotel a zero for customer service. When we did some research we found only the property looks OK apparently there service and food is really bad. If the owners who own this hotel living in Canada reads this get better trained staff who does not look like they are working in a corner shop . They look clueless and they don't look like trained staff more like people who just come to work for a minimum wage.

This is a beach resort with all the basic amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean with a good sea view. They serve buffet breakfast daily but for vegetarians the options are limited. The in-house ice-cream is a must try. For the service part it's a tad slow, we have to keep on following up every now and then. The main issue that i faced during my 3 days here in this hotel is that 'there is not hot water'!, If travelling with infants it would be troublesome. On the weekends a lot of locals come here to spend time and it would become crowded. If you're planning to go snorkeling, whale watching better do your research about the price part and always try to avoid the agents/employees from the hotel. They quote very high prices, and convince you to do it from them. One could just head on to the beach and ask the locals for the same and they are very much happy to oblige with a minimal price.

Good place to visit in Trinco. Nice hotel friendly service. Rooms are good. Food 👌🏻Nothing to say very delicious. Reasonable price.(The crow comes and drinks water from the pool, that's the only problem, please do something to that and room cleaning staff not doing their job correctly we left the room in the morning and we came back afternoon the room door was open and the keys are in the door) we spent two nights in the hotel.

We stayed here for a short 2 night break. We found the service from the receptionists and hotel staff exceptional. The rooms were clean and tidy. The reception area and rooms were very spacious. Cleaning staff attended all the cleaning work from early in the morning making the hotel front very attractive.

Great beachfront location close to the town. Large comfy rooms with the view of the pool and the sea. Friendly staff who can communicate in Sinhala and English. Nice pool. Food is ok. Not well maintained. Hot water didn't work. Some ceiling tiles of the bathroom is removed and not replaced. Taps and fittings are rusted. A better hotel in the area if maintained well.

I visited with my family and it had plenty to offer esp to my kid. Especially the beach was clean and fascinating so was the swimming pool. Staff also was great and the mini animal park where animals were treated kindly ,was eye catching.

I visited this place on 18th December 2022 with my family. It was very hard to find a parking slot to park my car and nobody did assist. Room was clean. But remote controllers of TV and AC were not functioning . We had lunch , dinner and the next day breakfast from the hotel restaurant. Food was not tasty and we had to wait considerable amount of time until they fill the empty pots. No forks/spoons were there for the desserts. I don't recommend this place to anyone for a visit .

Rooms were below average. Shower head was broken prior to entry, sheets were dirty and door handles were faulty. However on the positive side, service was really great. Ppl were lovely and accommodating. The pool is amazing and has a great view of the beach.

Amazing resort! Stayed with family and the service and hospitality was absolutely incredible! We had lunch at the waterfront restaurant which was our favourite part of the whole experience. The food was also amazing. Highly recommend if ever in Trincomalee

Beautiful beach resort. staffs are very friendly and very helpful.. We spent 2 days in this resort. This a one of best place, Reasonable prices. Foods are really tasty. Very friendly staff.. Everything is price worthy.. The location is superb. There is a beautiful animal park. The pool area animal park and the beach were really nice.. It is a nice place to stay and enjoy our holiday. Avoid! Dirty and disgusting!!! Oh my god! If this is the last place on earth to go I suggest you stay home. This was our last stop before we concluded our little family trip around Sri Lanka. It was a nightmare! Big big mistake we made by not looking at the reviews and quickly deciding to stay here. Thank god it was just one night’s stay. Where to begin, Arrival - we were shown a room with a dirty floor so I requested for another and on an upper floor since they mentioned they are having the staff party I expected it to be noisy. So we were given an old tired looking room with many defects including the sink leaking and flooding the entire bathroom floor. We requested a room change and we’re put back to the same room with dirty floor and I request it to be cleaned. No welcome drink served. In room - now starts the real thing Room had amenities only for two pax, requested to make it a triple as we paid for a triple but we had to go get the amenities from the service cart. AC was not effective at all during day time and mosquitoes in the room at night. Bottled refilled water - god knows where and how they were filled. We did not use them. There were no spoons to make tea 😂 Bathroom and room overall so so dirty, bed linen dirty and stained Bath linen so dirty and stinky and absolutely disgusting! Bath mat seemed like they have been used over a month with out washing! Room blinds broken so sunlight steeped in, what a pleasant experience to have while sleeping 😡 TV did not work as the bill was not paid Ceiling fan covered in dust so had we switched it on, we would still be recovering from the dust bomb that would hit us. The pool was dirty and discolored tiles were everywhere and the best one is no markings of depth in the pool, no pool attendant or life guard on duty during operation hours we had to go and ask how deep it is… This place does not meet even the basic cleaning and H&S standards!

The staff was quite busy while we were there and never failed to provide us with excellent service. very kind and helpful personnels. My son enjoys the desserts that they served on the first day, and both the breakfast and the dinner were quite good. The food was great all around. There were a few minor problems in the rooms, but as soon as we brought them to their attention, they immediately remedied them. Every one of the staff made an effort to make us feel comfortable and was really friendly. Really nice place to visit, and they had excellent hospitality.

I recently had an overnight stay at Trincomalee Beach resort and would like to provide my honest aspects, starting with the positives, the hotel's proximity to the sea was a definite highlight, offering beautiful views..the pool was enjoyable, especially for families .how ever , the staff ensured a clean and tidy environment, which was appreciated. nice place calm and quiet place..we spent the 2 nights with my family. rooms are clean Before going back to Singapore last days in Sri Lanka and nice place was a wonderful location to farewell our time.friendly staff .

Outstanding hospitality and delicious meal! Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed with my family in Trinco. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and OM. The staff was extremely friendly & humble, the restaurant very flexible and the restaurant staff deserves a special thanks. Wonderful experience. Nice view of the room. All staff were very helpful. Especially, Damian at the front office Manoj on the floor and Jeewa in the kitchen were fantastic. The food is fantastic. Nice place to visit and you must go there on your next visit to Trincomalee.

We went for a day out twice. Once with the staff and the other day with the family. That was an awesome experience with friendly staff and good customer care.The food was delicious.Mr.Dixon and the staff were supportive and friendly. Nice view from the sea and the pool area. Rooms were good with beach view but buffet is very very bad. Don't expect standard meals from here, today I am staying here, at 9.30 pm there is no meals for us in buffet. I'll add some photos of the buffet. Nice rooms with worst meals is waste of money. However for breakfast there was an improvement. we have variety of food. Thanks for consideration. We went for the pool and lunch. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly. The swimming pool was fairly clean. The food was tasty but was toward the expensive side. The overall experience was good and we had a good time.

This hotel is one of the best in Trincomalee area compared to its price range. Spectacular view of the beach from your balcony.. refreshing sea breeze make the best environment for a cool beer. Swimming pool including kids pool is very clean. Restaurant is amazing, rooms are 100% neat and clean. Rates are affordable and most important thing is the staff.. they are very kind and helpful. I do recommend to anyone who visit trincomalee to go there for a stay.

We can start with the Beautiful scenery of the ocean. Steps away from the building and a zenful spot to catch the sunrise and spend the evening. The staff are helpful and kind, and are able to assist with any special requests. The outdoor pool, and the wooden patio in the shape of boat, are family friendly and can accommodate a small to large group. Aside from the views and amenities of the resort, the highlight would have to be the food. All 3 meals are tastefully made with a good spread and variety catered to both vegetarian and non- vegetarian guests leaving the restaurant awaiting the next meal. All in all, a relaxing stay.

We all friends went for 2 holiday and when we went their we decided to stay 3 days. So nice place and calm environment. We had privacy 100%. Beautiful clean sea view and beach. we love the ⛵ boat which have in the hotel. All three of you love this hotel and we enjoy lot. Thanks for all staff and their kind hospitality and amaizing food.
