This is the best known place in Sri Lanka for repairing steering racks. You can't make prior appointments here, instead you should go early and park your vehicle in the queue. I reached there exactly at 06.00 a.m. on a Saturday and there were already two vehicles ahead of me. They start trial runs around 7.30 a.m. and give you an insight about the problems with your suspension system. When my job was done it was around 4.30 p.m. So it took me nearly 10hours. But the friend who recommended me had got his job done by 12.00. However, I can give five starts for their price, efficiency and quality of the work. The biggest plus point is their guarantee of 50,000km for the steering rack. The place is highly recommended.

Excellent place to repair and solve all kind of steering rack / suspension issues. If the issue is repairable, they will definitely do it without asking to replace with new parts. However, the repairs will usually take longtime. I reached there at 08.30 a.m. on a Saturday morning and when the job was complete with alignment, it was around 7.30 p.m. So it took me nearly 11 hours. However, most importantly they will give you 50,000 km warranty for the rack. Therefore, please don't waste money on replacing your existing racks with recon one’s. instead, you could come and repair the same with “Deemo Lathe works”. Highly recommended.

You will get one day service, but need to spend quite a lot money and the day you are going to garage, you will have stay there full day. If you want to see how your vehicle is being repaired.

The most honest garage I’ve visited. Went to Negambo twice to get my steering rack done for a complicated Lexus GS450h. People come from all over the island. They are the best for steering racks. All garages send them racks to repair them because they can’t do it in house. It’s a long wait (probably the whole day) but rewarding at the end! The owner Deaman, Viji and all the staff are friendly, honest and professional! Highly recommended.

I have visited this place twice for repairs. Only thing I want to say is they are excellent. The guy who does the test drive to identify the fault is a genius and will tell you the where exactly the problem is. If the problem is repairable they will definitely repair it without asking to fix new parts.

Best place for your Vehicles steering rack problems and suspension problems They never compromise the final results. Quality work. Need more patient and wait for long time. But they will do the best work. Demand is high so they may busy to satisfy your customer care but the work is excellent. Go early and wait and do your work. Only 4 stars because they need to improve their customer care and communication with system of advanced booking.

Once known for a best place to get steering rack repairs done in the country is slowly fading their reputation due to unprofessional employees. The person who does test runs is so unprofessional. I visited the place recently to replace steering rack bushing (no leaks). I was the second one to arrive in the workshop at 5:30am. They managed to remove the rack between 9-10am then my vehicle was left unattended until 4pm. Those who came after me with major repairs on their racks have already left after getting their jobs done. When I inquired about the delay, the test run guy got angry and talked to me in a very insulting manner. Finally, I received my vehicle around 6:30pm and I was probably overcharged for making the guy angry!!! Not worth the hassle!

If you go this place, better to go before 6 A.M. I went there around 5.20 A.M. But I got que no. 3. Works done at around 12.30 P.M. Good staff. But you have stay longer than you expected

Very Experienced and well trained employees. I went at 6am and work done at 2pm. There was a huge queue of more than 25 vehicles. Be there in the morning.

Highly recommended for repair of power steering assemblies, front end noises and rattles and unusual front tyre wear issues. Will detect and pinpoint all front undercarriage issues with utmost accuracy and attend to repairs with speed without the hassle of running to spare parts shops to buy parts...charges and costs are very low...Only hitch being having to report to the shop in Negombo and join the queue of vehicles before 6 in the morning...only take in first 14 vehicles and the rest have to turn back and come again another day !!!

I had my vehicle rack repaired by them, but it only lasted for 3 months. I can hear noises from the rack again. They seem professional, but they're not. The only good thing is you can get all your rack related work done in one place. They charge a lot for their services, and they know no one will question it. This place is talked about too much. I don't recommend them. If you have no other choices, then you can go here.
