The place was amazing and always crowded. The restaurant is very clean and the service was very good. The staff are welcoming & friendly. there is plenty of parking for cars. Most of the time they have amazing offers for their meals. They have many variety of food. Prices are cheap comparing other restaurants. Highly recommend to try it

Good food and friendly staff

Poul d’or daher l 3ain is a good place for a family time, there is a parking next to it. We take a seat at the second floor, there is a small playgroud for kids with additional charge. Staff are helpful and friendly. We order shawarma and rice plate it was good, also we order chicken burger it was good and we order crispy plate it was good. Prices are affordable not expensive.

Ordered 2 grilled whole chicken, which were burnt and dry. The phone operator started blaming me for ordering them extra grilled🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Very rude employees, and I would never order again....

The food is so so tasety and delicious. U don't wait so much to have your order. The service is good and they are kind. In consider for the atmosphere it is not bad, sometimes it is so messy and can not find place to sit..

Worst experience ever in my two months stay in Lebanon. I decided to order a Zinger Burger Meal ( 530L.L which is very affordable compared to other restaurants ), it came full of cheddar and dynamite sauce ( covering the taste of the burger ) + cold chicken ( i couldn’t bite it ) , bread and fries.The moment i touched the burger with my hands, it spilt . I called the waiter and asked if this is normal here, she took my plate and addressed the problem with the chef that was sitting on the table next to us. After a couple of minutes, they brought a new plate not even better, the bread was black due to the toasting and they ( i think ) hide it by putting cheddar cheese on top of the buns ( that wasn’t on the first burger ) but the fries in the new plate were fresh and hot. Overall : I don’t recommend it.

They have serious service issues! Orders take forever to arrive, and you need to ask for small details like ketchup! Food is average... First and last visit.
