MANAGER AT THE CASH VERY RUDE I inquired about a product that I noticed was no longer on the shelve. Instead of making the attempt to help me, he gave me attitude (seemed so unfamiliar with what I was asking for anyway) he sat on his chair and mentioned "Probably none left" without even checking. When I got to the cashier, he made a rude comment about my purchase. I would not recommend this hair store. Take your money elsewhere.

While they have many products to choose from, sometimes I can't find very specific items.

Not only am I being racially profiled by my own people the owner calls her up to tell her to watch me I just wan to buy some products. I have lived in ville st Laurant for 11 years and have supported your business even people said they are racist. Today you lost a customer. It was the light skinned girl with the green eyes and masque.

One of the best places to buy Black or Caucasian skin and hair care products. Wings, weaves, hair pieces...hair products. Prices are very reasonable. Store opens at 9:30 M-F and 11 am on Sundays. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nice shopping experience. They also have an outlet in Chomedey, Laval.

If you buy on their website, they will ask you to review their product. I did it, but I did not like the product so much, giving it 2 stars. So here are my 2 stars for not publishing their client reviews (I waited 3 weeks to make sure and still nothing). I wonder how not publishing a detailed review will help their customers?

First & probably last time. Got what I was looking for but the workers are very stand-off ish and not very welcoming. I felt uncomfortable. Moreover, I called in advance to ensure they had what I was looking for as I am not familiar with the area being from Toronto. The lady told me at the cash not to ask to put hair aside if I need a lot to just come to the store. It was only 4 packs of hair!

Being judged, discriminated and insulted by the employees for wanting to buy a wig. Was told straight to my face that I have disgusting hair, that I don’t need the wig and overall telling all the employees to look at me so that they can judge. They kept giving judging looks and kept giving me attitude at every single sentence. They just wanted me to leave instead of try to help me. If you aren’t in the black community try to stay away from here, this constantly happens to my family and friends that are not in the black community.

SCAM. You can only EXCHANGE products if they haven’t been opened but they open them themselves in store so that you can’t return them. Went to do an exchange and they claimed I couldn’t since the product had been opened. But I never opened it. Idiots
