The Wax it! Beauty Lounge is within walking distance of Barbarossaplatz and can therefore be easily reached by public transport. I quickly became a regular customer at the Beauty Lounge and come here for waxing as well as pedicures and manicures. I have finally found a studio that not only meets the highest standards and, above all, offers perfect service, but also has an ambience in which you as a customer feel like a guest. The absolute best address for a short vacation in the middle of the city center! Special mention at this point for dear Aline ❤️, who magically knows exactly what I want - and then makes it happen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called them to book an appointment and they called back right away. If it’s your first time you get a 50% discount. The atmosphere is really great and the girls in the shop are simply the best. Chiara attended my appointment and was excellent. She was very nice and professional and understanding of any embarrassment. She did an amazing job and the results were really really clean. She knows what she’s doing and was able to perform other services. She even suggested the best offer for the best results. Bravo! You can’t pay by card unfortunately, so make sure you get cash with you. Love this place. The experience was excellent all in all. Would definitely come back again if I ever visit cologne.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and am very satisfied. First for sugaring and now for laser treatment. Quality and costs are right for me. Should appointments be postponed (regardless of which side), this is always very straightforward.

I was there to get my eyebrows plucked and a pedicure. The eyebrows were only cleaned and not shaped. Eyebrow coloring was messy and according to the employee my hair didn't absorb the color? It looked so bad that I had to correct it myself with drugstore products and plucking. Funnily enough, I had no problem coloring my eyebrows at home. That makes me wonder what kind of products there are. Be used. The employee was nice, but seemed stressed and not really competent. No professional tools were used during the pedicure either and I had to place my feet on the employee's thigh, which I found very uncomfortable (unprofessional). The employee couldn't do much about it - the armchairs are unsuitable for this type of work. It should be mentioned that the armchair I sat in was from Ikea (conventional armchair) and was anything but comfortable. I also don't find all the blankets and pillows hygienic. These are not replaced after every customer and the upholstery cannot be wiped clean (disinfected) nine times. The water for the foot bath is brought into plastic bowls. Overall I have to say I was very disappointed. The stay was anything but satisfactory and anything but professional. What was done that day for the price was outrageous. If you're going to pay for it, the work should probably be better than the one you do at home. Thanks for nothing!
