Great place for pasta! They served us a big helping of spaghetti and they were really tasty (don't forget to taste the garlic bread...🤤) The service was nice and also the place had a cozy feeling all around. You need to order from your phone and pay before eating, as a spanish person this seems a little too impersonal but great if you are an introvert! It has a really pricey beverages...

The food is very delicious, the atmosphere is appealing and the personnel is super nice. The only problem is the ordering process is not completely translated to English but that's nothing that a translator app and a bit of plausible reasoning can't overcome.

Absolutely delicious meal! The bolegnese was incredible. Garlic bread was amazing! The service was top notch. Understanding that the world is changing and ordering from the QR code online was truly no big deal! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for fellow tourists!

Nice place for a quick meal. Not too fancy. Order at the bar and pick up your own food or use the QR code. Food is good and affordable.

Had the carbonara, it was not bad but definitely not great. The service was amazing though. They've got amazing waiters here so at least you will have a great experience with okay food

Food was decent. Service was terrible. We were 6 people ordered plenty of dishes, but Night shift worker behind the cashier was rude, then we asked her for chili flakes she brought us one tiny amount, we asked for another one and she kept refusing to bring one more and told us all six can use that small one and I'll charge you for more. Her attitude was really bad. We won't go again. She really ruined the dinner for the group with her attitude.

Their pizza Pollo was very good, fast expedited and delivered by a smiling waitress. Menu and (digital) ordering system works perfectly.

We were here 4 (!) times in one week and this place is totally perfect. Staff are very friendly and act professional, everything happens quick and in time. The atmosphere is comfortable (furniture, music, temperature, privacy, distance between tables, comfortable armchairs). And it’s really comfortable that you use an app to order and to pay, it helps make all the process quicker! Compliments to this restaurant. Usually I’m picky and often find something that I don’t like but I haven’t experienced anything bad or not perfect here! 😳😄

I had a wonderful dining experience at Pastafabrikken in the center of Tromsø. They offer a variety of pasta dishes as well as burgers. Ordering through a QR code was convenient, and the food was prepared quickly and delivered to the table promptly. The restaurant had a welcoming and cozy atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

The establishment is located in the very center of the city. Despite the day off, there were many empty seats. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, the food is delicious. Prices are low by local standards. The order can be made via QR code at the table or on cashdesk.

Thé dishes that we have order is lovely, we did enjoy it and if this restaurant is close to my house in uk , I would love to go there every week. Service man do speak English and also they have English manu for us to look too, so no problem at all with it. You can order and pay by your phone or just go the counter if easier.

Dined in alone and felt right at home because of a wonderful lady waitress who served me with a smile and was so welcoming. Pity I didn’t get her name to compliment publicly but she was petite and had slightly highlighted hair. Food and coffee was so delicious too.

Managed to grab a nice table with comfy leather chairs. Waiting Staff - friendly & professional. Restaurant was busy so they were quickly speeding through the orders. Food was quite good. Loved the Carbonara. Wish we had found this place on our first night - found it on our final night - we would definitely have eaten here more..

Very nice place, many options for pastas and pizzas. Can order from QR code or from the counter. Food is brought to the table. The pasta Pesto Rosso i tried was delicious!

This restaurant has great food, great wine and very friendly service, so I do recommend it. However, we found it quite pricy for our wallet, but for our one time going out dinner it was a great place to pick!

Great as a one time visit, the food is decent and there are plenty of drinks to choose from. We had some pasta and a pizza, the pasta was quite nice, rich in ingredients and cooked nicely. The pizza not so great, it lacked ingredients and the ones that were on the pizza, were "placed" / "arranged" very poorly. The staff seems super stressed and busy, I think, for the size, this restaurant would need an additional or even 2 additional waiters. Overall, good enough not to feel sad that I spent my hard earned money here. But I wouldn't go again :(

Like most food and experiences in Norway, it isn’t cheap, but everything we tried was super delicious. We can here several days in a row and tried different dishes. My favorite was the gourmet hamburger, but of course the pasta is excellent! I could not get the online ordering system to work, perhaps because of foreign card, but you can order at the counter. Table service is limited to when they bring you the food - beyond that, the staff don’t check in often. Time from ordering to receiving food seems to vary quite a bit - one day it took 5 minutes and the next day it was 30 minutes - so if you have a Northern Lights tour to catch on a schedule, try to come early!!

I ordered the Neptuno soup and it was one of the most delicious sea food soup I ever tasted. The staff are also very nice and always smiling. Be prepared to help yourself to water but for the rest they are more than happy to help. Would definitely recommend

We visited this place for several times, and we still love the Italian food, but unfortunately the meals are not the same as they were a year ago! My favorite was pasta neptuno, before it was served in a big plate with a lot of authentic crab, however the two last times I ordered this meal, the portion was reduced and I did not get any crab claws. Further I really loved the tiramisu desert, it was one of the best I have ever tried, but the last time now I did not like that they exchanged the cacao powder for greater chocolate pieces. In total they serve good food, which used to be even better before 😢

Lovely pasta restaurant. Gets busy for walk-ins so would recommend booking, particularly if you're trying to walk-in on valentine's day like we did! Staff quite hands off, you order at the till yourself. Really fabulous Italian in Norway, lovely atmosphere. Would come back.

Went in and ordered using the app functionality. Really smooth process overall as drinks and food were delivered to the table fairly quickly. Good selection of wine and different foods on the menu. Portion sizes were just right - filling and enough and overall price for a main, a soft drink and an alcoholic drink was around €30, so fairly reasonable for an evening restaurant meal in the area.

Cozy restaurant to go, good food, not super kids friendly, they have a kids menu, but the food is with a lot of condiments, we ask to warm up some soup for our baby, only on the third time they did, after we insist. Very modern to order by app and pay etc, but if you don’t understand so much technology or do not have a smart food, can be trick! It’s ok if you travel couple or alone, I would not recommend for a family with toddlers..
