A lovely cafe with good food and a nice atmosphere. Welcoming of tourists needing to speak in English. We had half each of different open sandwiches which were both nice. We had tea (yes they sell English Breakfast) and cake afterwards, the cakes are very nice. Would recommend the chocolate brownie as it comes hot with ice cream. The coffee is reduced price refills, but the tea is not which feels strange to me (English) but seems to be usual here in Norway.

Delicious soup and warm relaxed atmosphere. Felt very cozy and local and even some fun vintage finds for sale. Recommend the toffee cake with raspberry sauce!

Very cute place. Service is friendly. Good coffee by Oslo based & roasted Solberg&Hansen half&half blend (it's very popular in Tromsø). I wish some single origin coffees of that brand would be served too! Brownie was ok.

Very cozy place. We felt really good just sitting there in the beautiful interior. Coffee was super delicious, just like the cake that we got. I hope we’ll be able to come back one day.

The lunch set menu including main, a slice of cake and hot drink was great value for money, on top of things being delicious :) Their mugs are pretty cute too!

OMG!!! Amazing homemade unique desserts! And the coffee is not bitter or burnt! Great coffee! We had the Cortado and the Cappuccino, one with oat milk and the other regular. Dessert had plum filling with merengue and a custard. The ambience is definitely cozy and the staff, beautiful!

Happened upon this wonderful spot by chance and got the most delightful Oat milk latte and slice of carrot cake. My husband got the Asian soup and a slice of Snickers pie. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was adorable. Lovely cafe!

This cute place serves amazing fresh homemade food ! We had the fish soup and the green lasagna, they were both tasty and the plates were quite big and nicely presented. And for dessert: apple cake and carrot cake, both delicious too. I highly recommend!

Lovely and cozy place 2 min walk from the center of Tromsø. Me and my friend had carrot soup and Indian soup, both of them were tasteful and delicious. For dessert, we also had carrot cake and lime cake. Good balance price/quality. I'd definitely recommend and go there again myself. Short opening hours.

Café with great atmosphere, lot of space for sitting in different rooms. (!) Just be aware that you HAVE to order some food with your drink. Not probably a problem as their cakes are great, but good to know before you drop by.

We had a good lunch, the staff suggested to have the Menu with fish soup and cake. We really loved the fish soup and the focaccia that came with it was very very nice. We had carrot cake and the berry cake with coffee, everything was delicious. Considering being in Norway our lunch was not expensive and with a very good quality. Thanks for your hospitality!

They absolutely nailed it with their coconut meringue and vanilla cake. The atmosphere was super cozy and peaceful. Highly recommend it! Although it is on the more expensive side

Amazing fish soup and the best cappuccino in Tromsø! Staff also came in after hours so we could pickup a bag we accidentally left behind before our 6am flight the next day!

Good spot to warm up and eat cake after walking back over the bridge from the Arctic Cathedral. Lots of fun tea (and I am told the coffee was good), to go with an array of delicious cakes. They had multiple gluten free homemade cake options, with the majority of the choices being coeliac friendly. Cosy cafe with vintage objects for sale around, and big windows to people watching.

Svermeri is more than an independent Kafé run by Katherine and her wonderful staff. Rather It’s a dive into her world. Everywhere you look, the furniture, plants and the little ornaments with all the quirks makes time fly by! This place is a story selling at its best. Bravo!

Super cozy living room atmosphere and delicious cake. The staff us really nice as well. I wish they would have a broader coffe selection.
