    (Translated by Google) This company does not care about what is best for students. They make everything complicated with high fees and poor information. Every time I have rented from the community (4 times) there has been nonsense in the form of keys, cleaning and once they joked to one of my applications so that I did not get the home I had already been allocated with a signed contract, thus I was placed in an apartment where I ended up paying much more than what was planned because the electricity bill came by and there was no furniture there. I have also received a fee for, in the eyes of the community, not good enough cleaning and it was 500kr, something they said was the smallest fee, SMALLEST! For students who already have bad advice and no job, this is an insanely expensive fee to pay because the room was not WELL ENOUGH cleaned. Incredibly poor service and treatment of students, I think. I have nothing left for this company, I hope others have had a much better experience than I have. Hope Samskipnaden changes its methods, because this is not okay. (Original) Denne bedriften bryr seg ikke om hva som er det beste for studenter. De gjør alt komplisert med høye gebyrer og dårlig informasjon. Hver gang jeg har leid av samskipnaden (4 ganger) har det vært tull i form av nøkler, rengjøring og en gang tullet de til en av søknadene mine slik at jeg ikke fikk boligen jeg allerede hadde blitt tildelt med signert kontrakt, dermed ble jeg plassert i en leilighet hvor jeg endte opp med å betale mye mer enn det som var planlagt fordi strømregningen kom utenom og det var ikke møbler der. Jeg har også fått gebyr for , i samskipnadens øyne, ikke godt nok renhold og den var på 500kr, noe de sa var minste gebyren, MINSTE! For studenter som allerede har dårlig råd og ingen jobb, er dette en vanvittig dyr gebyr å betale fordi rommet ikke var GODT NOK vasket. Utrolig dårlig service og behandling av studenter, synes jeg. Jeg har ingenting til overs for denne bedriften, jeg håper andre har hatt en mye bedre opplevelse enn det jeg har. Håper Samskipnaden endrer på sine metoder, for dette er ikke greit.

    I move in few week later after the semester began due to Covid, yet I had to make a contract which starting 2 weeks early and pay for it. They offered me a really good room for quarantine so I can't complain, yet I do still think that it was unfair to pay for the monthly rent even though I specifically explained I couldn't be there by then due to pandemic. They didn't check my housing request where I applied for and gave me an housing offer that I didn't even think of which was far far away to commute to school. I didn't deposit my money because I realized they are not very responsive and very vague when delivering a message, but according some of my mates, they seem to be trusty to deposit the money before flying in. So if you want to avoid frequent transaction Visa fee, it seems to be more economical to use their pre-paid card system.

    Not acceptable behaviour. Some students had some things in the hallway for just one night for drying and Samskipnaden overreacted completely, threw things away and locked other things away. We now hope they are paying for the lost things (quite expansive expedition equipment). But it is hard to life in a place where you cannot trust the landlord at all.

    This company robs student’s deposits and don’t even care explaining why. If you are choosing a place to stay in Tromsø as a student, Samskipnaden would be the worst one.

    Whatever you do here, don't lock your keys in the room. Otherwise you have to pay 1350 or 1800 nok for the 5 min unlock :) And they are the only one in Longyearbyen you can ask help for, because of their electric lock system.

    Hadde gitt 0 stjerner om det var mulig... Har ingenting positivt å si om Samskipnaden studentboliger. De svarer ikke på henvendelser, er lite samarbeidsvillige, forskjellsbehandler ulike studentblokker etc. Det er verdt en ekstra tusenlapp eller to å bo privat

    Skulle gjerne gitt 0 stjerner, med det er ikke mulig. Gammelt, skittent og stygt. Ble fakturert 1500kr ved utflytting for vasking av areal som jeg aldri hadde brukt. Anbefaler kun Norges Arktiske Studentsamskipnad som en aller siste utvei dersom du ikke finner noe privat.
