Fantastic view 🤩 you can save $32.00 by walking the mountain. This is truly recommend. The trip takes 20min-1hour depending on how fit you are. It also makes the beer on top taste twice as good

The cable car wasn’t working and i climbed up the mount and it was amazing. You can see the northern lights if the sky is clear.

Take a trip up on the cable car. Not too expensive but well worth it for the views. You can walk up if you prefer. Take the 26 bus from in town. You can buy a day bus pass for around £8

Great view of Tromso city from the top. Also a good Northern Lights lookoutpoints. Can take either a cable car or even hike up the mountain. There is a small resturant at the top as well. Car parking is available at the base of the mountain.

Stunning view of Tromsø and maybe even northern lights if you're lucky! It's definitely a must see at night I think. The weather changes very quickly up here and you have a clear view and 5 min later you can't even see the cable car station anymore. Very nice place for a coffee with a view as well.

You can get to this beautiful viewpoint either hiking or by cable car. If you prefer the first option I would suggest doing it with enough time to avoid getting caught in the middle of the forest at night. The sunset from this point is especially beautiful.

Excellent view point. Not too expensive. Must visit if you have some time in Tromso. We did this as part of Havila Capella excrusion.

One of the paths is recently built by sherpas from Nepal; this is basically a staircase all the way up and does not require hiking or terrain shoes (leave your high heels at home though, sneakers are highly recommended). Once at the top you get to enjoy the best panoramic view over Tromsø. The cafeteria sells pretty much garbage at your typical tourist ripoff prices (one waffle is 40 NOK, half liter of coke is 45). I’ll highly recommend that you rather bring along a sandwich bought in the city; ex, Kaffebønna. If you’re not able to walk up the stairs (or one of the alternative mud paths) you could always take the cable car to the top.

When you are in Tromsø you need to go here!! A really nice place with a stunning view over the city! The cafe up there is also nice and comfortable. We went there shorty before sunset so we could enjoy the view by day and night.

It’s so worth it!! The view from up here is amazing!! Tip: layer up, it’s ridiculously windy here! If you can make it while it’s daylight and wait it out until it gets dark I think you’d get some really amazing shots. I wasn’t patient enough but even during the day the view was spectacular.

Very fun activity around tromso area. It's around 260 nok for both ways for the cable cars. Stunning view of tromso and a nice coffee shop up the mountain. Highly recommended

The view is exquisite from the top. You should come there and see it by your own eyes
