Update: yup - everyone who works here (or at least works evenings) clearly is disgusted by people who come in & by having to make sandwiches. Tonight they were stand-offish, spent as much time as possible talking to somebody else in the store and deliberately made a mess of my food. Apologies for imposing upon you so massively. I'm done with yawl. Just go to the one down Glisan or up Hogan!!! Usually everything is fine - it's Subway, it's fine - but the guy working Friday night 21 December was awful. He was slamming stuff around the whole time, he burned my bread, he completely butchered my sandwich by just throwing stuff on it, he charged me for the garlic stuff but barely put any on, he completely drenched my sandwich with dressing, he was heaving giant sighs the whole time like I was majorly imposing on him - especially when I didn't answer right away. I'm sorry you're having a bad time, dude - not my fault so please don't be sh¡tty at me... I'm hitting up one of the other Subways from now on. 👎

This store still only has 1 employee working (at least for night shift), which worked against them, because while we stood in line for 20 minutes we started looking around & realized the light fixtures & water sprinklers over the food are covered in dust, the windows on the food containers look like they are never wiped down & there isn't a clean "surface" in site. This is disconcerting under normal conditions, but I don't see how this isn't a health hazard during Covid-times. Needless to say, we decided to leave & try another location. Standards are a real thing Subway... Just saying.

Subway is consistently disappointing. I don't understand why anybody would come here over really any other sandwich spot? It's not TERRIBLE but, you get what you get. The only thing that makes the sandwiches taste good here is the sauce. I genuinely reccomend just getting a veggie every time you go here. Regardless of what you order it will always taste the same so no point in getting a more expensive sandwich. Also, the workers are so clearly overworked. They NEVER seem like they are having a good time there. I can only imagine what atrocities the management makes their workers go through. Make sure if you decide to eat here for whatever reason that you treat the employees with respect. Better yet just don't go here? I doubt the associates would care. Heck, they would probably appreciate it!

The girl who worked this evening had FLAWLESS eyeliner and was incredibly friendly/helpful to all the customers (me included, but I'm just a lowly dasher). I went back hoping to get her to make an order for me and my husband after my doordash shift and I was sadly stuck waiting for an eternity while the only person making subs flirted with a drunk customer and made an insanely long wait time.... I hope he got her number 🤷‍♀️ I'm still super happy about this restaurant though(being open24/7 is magical).... it's clean, and the service is usually above average!

I’m a fan of subway, just not this location. The employees here always seem questionable and rude. I decided to just not go here anymore. It’s also always dirty and the cooler in the front with the drinks isn’t even cold. You can tell the place is under very poor ownership/management.

I give 1 star because they are not open 24 hrs. They flat out lie they know they cannot staff this location 24 hrs. They have many people drive to this location late night just to ser a Ooen 24 hrs sign turned off. And no they arent open for delivery 24 hrs either. Dont know how coprate lets them misadvertise like this

It's a good subway. Staff are friendly and helpful. The seating area is very clean as well as the bathroom.

The oven wasn't working so my sandwich wasn't toasted boho service was fantastic

YO! . PSA! This place gave me food poisoning! The club sandwich before working a night shift, lest be said one of the worst nights from food I have experienced. The cramps hurt so bad I felt and sounded like a dying dog. Do NOT EAT HERE! PLEASE! I felt the pain for you guys. Anywhere else is your best bet. <3

Exactly like every other Subway you've been to, except a lot of times one of their entrance doors is out of service.

The staff is great love them all. The place is really clean. But for F-sakes it’s hotter than sun in that place…Fix the air conditioning. Poor staff is hot and it’s not comfortable to your customers..

Stopped here right at about 1am Friday morning. Person behind the counter was nice and made my sandwich well. Haven't been in since they changed their menu. Can't comment how clean the place was but behind the counter it looked clean and veggies were all neat and tidy. Veggies looked fresh so I was happy with that. I hope my stomach feels good tomorrow too because I can't really find anything to complain about. I came here instead of mcds for something a little healthier. Got a footlong meal and it was only like 14 bucks so not too bad I'd say.

great location, it's usually busy but we worth a bit of a wait. Only issue we had is, we didn't want our sandwiches toasted and she toasted them anyway. not that big of an issue

The district manger and her side kick are very rude. Gave her own opinion and judged something she shouldn’t have. I never seen or see any black people working in there. I went to an interview back in May 2022 and noticed something during the interview but didn’t want to assume nothing. I witnessed them hire a white boy on the spot. I witness them tell another white person they will be calling them back. I purposely came to another interview on 11/4/2022, that’s when it was clear to me at that time, the district manager seems to have a problem with black people. She thought she was just going to talk and treat me any kind of way, coming to me with her nose flared out, and body posture real negative. The thing is feel how you want too, but please don’t disrespect me. I am in contact with cooperate about this issue. If I could give them -5 stars I would have.

It was not your normal experience. First we tried to order online for a current deal; which was buy a footling and get a 6 inch. Secondly, when your order a sandwich you could even modify it. Thirdly, there wasn't way to buy the deal. So, we decided to go in the store to order. We had ask the employees if they new how work the Subway application that we had missed or did wrong. The sad thing was not a single employee could help us out. We ordered the Monster Steak and Cheese. My husband order his with no onions bell peppers. I told them to put no onion on mine. They didn't ask us what veggies we wanted; which I found odd. Later we opened the sandwiches mine was lacking in veggies, where my husband has no veggies all. Ordered through Grubhub - WORST SUBWAY EVER. Normally I wouldn't even bother leaving a review, but when you order a bacon egg & cheese and the sandwich arrives WITHOUT bacon, there's a serous problem with the employees working there. On top of the the egg is COLD and hard boiled. I will NEVER order from there again.

Every single time there seems to be something wrong. The last time my sister and I ordered subs online they arrived with so few ingredients that we had to actually pull the bread (which was crusty and old) apart to see if anything was even added (skimpy meat and extremely wilted lettuce and soggy veggies...yum) Thought it might have just been a fluke so last night after I got off work (at 4 in the morning) I figured I'd stop by and grab one on the way home. Place was closed up, despite saying they are open 24 hours. If you close early, why not take the ten extra seconds to update your hours online? Employees and management clearly don't care about their customer base or providing the bare minimum of quality, but this is to be 3expected from Subway. Just stick with Big Town Hero or Jersey Mike's if you want a sandwich not made by troglodytes.

Worst experience every will not go back to this store and have used them many times in the past. Placed order online everything was wrong. Gave us the wrong bread, didn't even cook the flatizza for my 7 year old son nor did it have the marinara sauce on it, it was shredded cheese and olive thrown together and put in a wrapper. Talked with the asst manager she was rude and condescending. She shouldn't even be in customer service.

It is basic sandwiches. All menu Items are nolonger customizable so you get it how it comes-they are very strict about it so don't even try. Cost is not worth what you get anymore. There are many better sandwich shops or just go to the food carts down the road. Also close to a High School so don't bother going at lunch time.

Walked in at about 9:30 Tuesday evening with the hopes of getting something quick for dinner. Two employees "working" the counter, one of them had gone back into the office before my father & I walked in only to come back out and let us know they were supposedly closed for the night. It looked as though there was some customers tucked into the back of the dining room eating when we walked in, but it could have been more employees- I'm not sure. Rather disappointed.

Saw some rough reviews, but I went ahead and put in an order anyway (through the app). Didn't realize I could just pick it up, but the dude was cool, came out to see if he could do anything for me and pointed out the rack. Wished me a good night and that was that. Sandwich is good as Subway gets and I've got no complaints, especially for a 24-hour spot.

The toaster was broken, they were out of half of their vegetables, the bread was stale, and they have a new guy working there who was doing crazy body, and mouth movements. He appeared to be on meth, and he made the sandwiches with his face hunkered closely over them with his mouth wide open, rolling his tongue back, and forth in his mouth in a way that I found repulsive.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The workers are rude and disrespectful. 1 star. Don't recommend

The service is great but the toaster is always broken and they discontinued breakfast subs at this location. Unfortunately I like my subs toasted.
